Jesus Take The Wheel: Psycho Broadway Dancer Chokes His Boyfriend To Death “I Did It For Love, I Am God”

Mentally Unstable Broadway Dancer Charged With Murder Of His Boyfriend Murderers come in many different forms… Via NYDailyNews The Broadway dancer charged with murdering his boyfriend in the Bronx — before leaving a series of chilling Facebook posts where he proclaimed to be God — has “severe mental health issues,” his lawyer said Thursday. Marcus Bellamy, 32, charged with strangling his partner Bernardo Almonte in a W. 174th St. walk-up, has a serious — but undiagnosed — condition, lawyer Martin Goldberg said after Bellamy appeared in Bronx Supreme Court. “I’m no psychiatrist, but it’s clear that he suffers from severe mental health issues that have not been addressed,” Goldberg told the Daily News after the hearing. The report goes on to say: Bellamy, a backup dancer in 2011’s “Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark,” is charged with fatally choking Almonte inside a Morris Heights home last Friday. Moments after the afternoon killing, Bellamy appeared to confess to the crime on his Facebook page, writing, “Forgive me. I did it for love.” In another post, the dancer wrote, “I am God. I give life and can take it away.” Domestic violence is not reserved for straight folks. This guy needs a prison cell and a psych eval…ASAP. Image via Facebook

Arrests: 17-Year-Old Boy Charged With Attempted Murder After Throwing 9-Year-Old Neighbor Off Roof Of NY Apartment Building

SMH. Our youth really needs to get it together. Via NBC News: A 17-year-old boy has been arrested after police say he admitted to throwing a 9-year-old boy off the roof of a Bronx apartment building Friday night, critically injuring him. The 9-year-old boy was found on the pavement unconscious with severe body trauma in front of the five-story building on Nelson Avenue in Morris Heights at around 8:30 p.m., authorities said. He was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital where he is listed in critical condition. On Saturday, police charged 17-year-old Casmine Aska with attempted murder. According to a police source, Aska told investigators that he threw the 9-year-old boy off the roof after they got into a fight. The boys are not related, but live in same the building. It was unclear what started the fight or how the two ended up on the roof. Aska’s family did not respond when a reporter knocked on the door to their apartment. We hope he recovers from the trauma….our thoughts are with that boy’s family.
