Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens were caught getting totally wasted in Florida this week, but fear not. They aren’t going all Lindsay Lohan on us. The young actresses co-star with Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine in Spring Breakers , an upcoming film in which the quartet portrays college girls who end up in prison after robbing a restaurant in order to finance their vacation. They then get bailed out by a drug/arms dealer who wants them to do engaged in even more dirty work. Sounds intriguing, and looks even better. Pi Day: Celebrating a Literally Irrational Number!

Pi Day is here again. You know, March 14 … get it, 3/14? For those of us who aren’t math teachers, Pi is named after the mathematical constant that is the ratio of a Euclidean circle’s circumference to its diameter. Although usually truncated to 3.14, Pi (22/7) is not a finite number. It has been calculated to a million-plus digits, but it has no end. It’s literally irrational! Pi Rap Here are some ways to mark this special day: Listening to the Pi rap above (obviously there was one on YouTube). Geeking out hard to these amazing Pi-themed accessories . Eating pie. Not only a homonym for Pi, but a circle too! It also happens to be Albert Einstein’s birthday! Woo!

Brandon Marshall Accused of Punching Woman in the Face at Club

NFL star Brandon Marshall has been accused of – and denied – punching a woman in the face at a New York nightclub despite detailed reports to the contrary. According to reports, the wide receiver was outside a club in Chelsea around 4 a.m. last Sunday morning when he got into an argument with a group of people. He allegedly threw a punch that connected with 24-year-old Christin Myles. It’s unclear at this time if Brandon Marshall intended to strike the woman … or if she was collateral damage as Brandon was trying to KO someone else. Either way, Myles says she suffered a black eye and filed a police report . According to the New York Post , Myles was nervous about filing because of Brandon’s high profile status, but ultimately she decided to go through with it. But Marshall’s lawyer says the 6’4″, 230-pounder did NOT strike Myles, however, claiming she was hurt in a DIFFERENT brawl that went down at the club. Remind us never to go out to said unnamed club. BTW: Marshall was just unloaded by the Miami Dolphins in a trade to the Chicago Bears for a couple of draft picks. Nicely played by the ‘Phins.
