Zac Efron caused mayhem on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Ausralia . The High School Musical star was making an appearance at the Oakley Learn To Ride Surfing Day , in association with the On Sight Charity , and fans of the hunky actor went crazy on the beach. The 17 Again star is in Sydney with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens .
