On the March 29 episode of her vlog “Mo’Nique and Sydney’s Open Relationship,” the Oscar winner went there, letting the audience know that “the topic today is actually inspired by our sister Wendy Williams and we’re calling the topic, “Is Karma Real?” Alluding to the talk show’s host’s battle with sobriety and her husband’s alleged love child , Mo’Nique suggested that perhaps this all could have been avoided if Wendy just “minded her own business” better. “What you put out in the world, comes back to you. If you are that person, that you seem to not have nothing nice to say about anybody, if you’re that person in your group that… Listen, you know everybody’s business but your own, ” she stressed. Adding, “If you’re that person in the family that baby when you call or come around they really want to walk out the room but they just tolerate you. We’re asking that we pay attention to the lesson. On last Monday's intense episode of The Bachelor , Colton Underwood walked away and seemed to quit the show. He didn't really , of course, but ABC did conclude the installment by fading to black before even airing a rose ceremony, telling fans the storyline would “be continued” this week. Those were the circumstances under which we turned in to The Bachelor yesterday, curious about Colton and where his mind is at these days. But we ended this episode with thoughts about two suitors instead, following their historic decision to truly quit the show. These choices have been teased in our ongoing The Bachelor spoilers section, but you need to scroll down to see how they actually played out… 1. We Started This Week with a Rose Ceremony Gotta make up for not showing it last week, right? Almost right off the bat, Onyeka is sent packing after her explosive fight with Nicole in Miami. 2. What About Nicole? She got the early boot, too, of course. 3. We Move to the Group Date… The women competed in martial arts prior to going to a party, at which Sydney confronted Colton about giving other women more opportunities than her. 4. Why No One-on-One Date? Colton had no answer for Sydney. It’s not like he even picks who is rewarded with these outings. “I feel like ever since someone’s like, ‘Hey, you’re The Bachelor,’ it’s a lot of pressure. Everybody expects me to have everything figured out, and I don’t. I don’t have it figured out,” Colton told Sydney during this emotional chat. “I’m not naive to the fact that there’s other people here and I know every relationship is so different.” 5. Here’s the Thing, Though “My fear is that with the choices that you’ve been making, you are taking a lot of the easier choices with the people that you are pursuing. If that’s what you’re looking for, great,” Sydney told Colton candidly. 6. If you’ve been keeping up with The Bachelor Spoilers , you know Colton’s final choice. But he made a lot of decisions before the finale. On this week’s episode of The Bachelor , some drama between two of Colton’s contestants left the leading man unsure of whom to believe. And that only how the episode began … and ended. For the week’s first group date, the women are costumed as swashbuckling pirates. Katie, Heather, Hannah B., Courtney, Kirpa, Tracy, Demi, and Caelynn all got into costume. Viewers did get a kick out of hearing them all refer to Colton as “captain” for the evening. While the purpose is not explained, maybe it gave Caelynn — Miss North Carolina 2018 — a home field advantage. NC’s coast was Blackbeard’s favorite haunt, and Caelynn certainly caught Colton’s eye. Hannah Brown, on the other hand, did not love seeing him give her rival all of that attention. Demi Burnett was living her best life as a pirate and really got into the role. “The job of a pirate is to steal and I’m here to steal Colton’s heart,” Demi announced. She joked: “I don’t want to be another one of those yo-ho-hos.” Hannah B, on the other hand, felt her insecurities come out. “It’s a little frustrating to watch Caelynn engage with Colton right in front of me,” Hannah admitted. Hannah Brown is Miss Alabama, and watching Miss North Carolina excel did not sit well with her. “I’m trying my hardest to not get upset but then Caelynn is just everywhere,” Hannah lamented. “I didn’t come here to compete in another pageant,” she said. “Honestly, this sucks.” Whatever that pirate contest was, Caelynn won it, and Colton gave her a congratulatory kiss. “You’ve got to be kidding me,” Hannah bemoaned. “It’s not easy to see Caelynn moving forward with Colton.” “It brings out all of my insecurities and I start to spiral,” she admitted. “If Colton knew the truth about Caelynn,” Hannah B guessed. “I think he would feel differently about her.” Hannah B decided to confront Colton about Caelynn during the cocktail portion of their date. Note to all The Bachelor hopefuls: trying to undercut your competition always, always makes you look like the bad guy. “I was just in a high-stress situation with her and it was like the most hostile environment I’ve ever been in,” she told Colton. She continued: “It’s hard because it’s like, if that’s what you want, you don’t want me.” Perhaps due to how flustered and insecure she felt, Hannah B didn’t really communicate very well with Colton. This left him feeling frustrated and perhaps a little annoyed — she actually had to ask him for a kiss at the end of their chat. Yikes. To make matters worse for Hannah B, Colton then made a beeline for Caelynn to hear her side of the story. Caelynn was blindsided and cried. She confessed to Colton that she hadn’t planned on addressing her past at that time. So Colton presented her with the Group Date Rose. “I want you to know that I like you a lot,” Colton assured Caelynn. “And it’s about our time together and our connection.” Then there was Colton’s one-on-one date with Elyse. Their date isn’t exactly romantic — a lot of viewers were reminded of babysitting, even if it’s for a great cause. Colton does charity work with kids who are hospitalized, and he and Elyse go on some fair rides with ten children. Elyse does praise that seeing Colton be so good with kids is “the sexiest thing ever.” She also opens up about her life, and the two of them get to bond despite their (gasp) 5-year age gap. Elyse gets the rose. For the second group date, Colton once again has his heaving man-bosom on display. Tayshia, Nina, Catherine, Sydney, Onyeka, Cassie, Nicole, and Caitlin join him for a workout class. On the one hand, most people would rather be pirates than sweat in front of the guy they’re dating and the viewers at home. On the other hand, Colton’s tatas are out as a feast for their eyes. That’s fair. “We pull up and Colton is waiting for us topless,” Caitlin said. “Which is a really nice sight.” Terry Crews, who is always a delight, and his wife Rebecca were there to help Colton in his quest to identify his “strong woman.” We joked about Caelynn having an advantage, but with this group date, some women quickly stood out from the rest. Sydney is a dancer, Onyeka is a track star, and Catherine knows karate. Onyeka gets the “strongest woman” trophy. Then it’s time for the cocktail portion and to lounge by the pool. “I feel like I’ve kind of been slipping behind a little bit,” Caitlin admitted. “Because we got sent home on the last group date.” But when she actually gets some one-on-one time with Colton, she falters. He asks her what she’s looking for in a man, and she says someone who’s happy to have a silly evening with her and her friends. Colton just about has an out-of-body experience out of sheer boredom with her answer. Then, Caitlin confesses that her life has been pretty chill so far, so she doesn’t have anything major to spill to him. Colton goes ahead and sends her home because he doesn’t feel much of a spark. The Caelynn drama with Hannah Brown isn’t over, though. Colton speaks to both women, who both paint unflattering (but vague) portraits of their former frenemies. “I feel like I’m going around and round in circles,” Colton said. “I don’t know what to believe.” “I’m frustrated because I still don’t understand this,” he confesses to an unseen producer. “The last thing I wanted to do today was spend all day at the pool party talking about this,” he said. “I’m not getting clarity at all.” Since Caelynn had received the group date rose, Hannah B gets a rose. Remember last week how people aka Yandy, Kimbella, and Jonathan felt that Juju was secretive? This is that again. Basically, Yandy feels some type of way because Juju never really actually told her anything about her breakup with Cam’ron. Like, how dare Juju be so heartbroken that she doesn’t want to talk about a painful thing! Anyway, Juju expresses that she doesn’t like being called secretive, and she won’t be talking about the break up any time soon because it still hurts and frankly, she doesn’t have to…just like Yandy didn’t tell them about the fact that she and Mendeecees planned to not sign their marriage certificate. Jaquae and Rich Dollaz meet up to talk artist biz. Basically, Jaquae is working with Nya Lee and wants Richie D to check her out. He doesn’t know that Rich Dollaz and Nya Lee hate each other. You may remember Nya Lee from a few seasons back. She was another stripper/rapper trying to make it big but she came on the show full of herself. She and Rich had a major falling out minutes after they met because Nya Lee felt it was the perfect time to express that she thought Rich Dollaz was corny. Obviously, that relationship died before it began. Jaquae says that Nya Lee has turned down a lot and gotten more focused since she became a mom, so he wants Rich to give her a chance. Rich agrees to think about it and then reveals that “he got this chick he has been working with” that’s a rapper, and he wants Jaquae to check her out. We’re all thinking the same thing because we all know Rich makes Creep Squad moves. Jaquae asks what we all want to know, but according to Rich, it’s strictly business. Later on, we find out that Rich’s new artist is Sydney Star. Jaquae is obviously surprised, but he does admit that she’s talented after she raps for him and it does actually seem like Rich might really be about his business. For real, for real this time. Meanwhile, Jonathan gets together with Cyn, Kimbella, and Anais for a kiki. It starts off like a friends pow wow but then goes all the way left. First, Cyn dishes about her trip to Cabo with Joe. It was not as “sextacular” she wanted because Joe really just wanted to sleep. He’s still not understanding what she needs from him. Then we get to the hook of this meetup. Jonathan then tells Anais that she shouldn’t have ambushed Juju at his party. Then he tells Kimbella that he felt attacked by her because she brought Juju to the party in the first place, knowing dang well he didn’t invite her. You know Jonathan is extra so his delivery is intense and comes off as confrontational. Anais gets set off and starts yapping about how she was defending him (even though she really didn’t need to do that). Kimbella is over it too because Jonathan is still going on about how she called Juju secretive and none of this is productive. Anais and Kimbella both end up storming out. Overit dot com. Remy Ma attempts to bring Juju and Yandy together to hash their drama out. They talk. Juju says it’s hypocritical for Yandy to call her secretive given her marriage papers situation. Yandy thinks this is two different things but Remy Ma chimes in as the objective voice and says they’ve both been secretive about things and need to get over it already. They ramble on about stuff until Remy cuts them short, declaring that “it’s cheeseburger o’clock” so they have to go. That’s pregnant woman speak for, “I’m hungry and I ain’t got time to be doing this all day.” They laugh about it but we still don’t really know whether Juju and yandy move forward on good terms or not. Probably not. You know they’re petty af. Jaque actually got Rich Dollaz to show up for a Nya Lee performance. Nya still thinks Rich is messy but they attempt to hash out their differences maturely, and that’s when Sydney Star interrupts and all hell almost breaks loose. Nya Lee feels some type of way about Sydney Star existing, being a big personality, and generally posing a threat to her shine. Nya Lee doesn’t bite her tongue so she says that Syndey better not think she’s going to steal her shine. They start going back and forth until Rich removes Syndey from the situation because he doesn’t want her arguing with Nya Lee, or anyone, really. The episode wraps with Juelz Santana taking the plea deal. He’s probably going to do 18 months in jail, but he doesn’t have full closure on that situation yet because the judge ultimately has the final say. That’s pending. He and Kimbella end up arguing because Juelz said he was headed in the right direction before this but Kimbella feels like he still hasn’t taken full accountability of the fact that drugs led him here. Then he brings up how she’s not perfect because she cheated (you know, the ole apple plus banana equals orange trick). They start arguing about who did and didn’t do what or support who, and even pretend like they’re actually going to break up after all these years of lowered expectations. Kimbella even delivers a dramatic, “Let’s end this now” for good measure. But we all know good and dang well that they’re getting married. They’ll probably get a wedding special out of the deal but we need more details about Juelz’s case first. As previously reported Mo’Nique did a Periscope with her “daddy” Sydney who cried as he spoke on his support of the “world’s most decorated comedian” who showed off her trophies—before dragging Oprah for not helping black women. Things got especially interesting, however, when she brought up fellow comedienne Sheryl Underwood who spoke on Mo during “The Talk.” Mo previously said that neither Sheryl nor Julie Chen came to her defense and during the show, Sheryl defended herself. Sheryl said she spoke with Mo’Nique and didn’t tell her to take low offers, and actually advised her to go back and make amends with Oprah, Tyler Perry and Lee Daniels, who she previously accused of blackballing her. “I do not recollect ever asking her to take less money, especially if she felt she was violated. What I asked her to do and what I was hoping that she would do, was to talk to Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Lee Daniels… Now she may not agree with me but what I do commend her for now is having the discussion that will hopefully open the door to solving this racial and gender inequity problem that we see.” According to Mo’Nique however, that’s a flat-out lie and instead, Sheryl agreed with her that she was wronged by the team behind “Precious” and suddenly rushed off the phone after making that statement. “I watched my sister Sheryl Underwood sit on that stage on “The Talk” and she said, “Let me be clear about something I never told Mo’Nique to take low offers, I told Mo’Nique if she asked for forgiveness from Oprah, Lee Daniels and Tyler Perry then things would be okay,’ said Mo’Nique.
