The Bachelor Creator "Hates Women" and is "Piece of S–t," Kaitlyn Bristowe Claims

Kaitlyn Bristowe does not appear to know any  The Bachelor spoilers about the upcoming season of this ABC franchise. But the former reality star does want to spoil your view of series creator Mike Fleiss.  For good and with authority, we should add. During an interview with comedian Nikki Glaser on the latest episode of Talkhouse Podcast, the Season 11 Bachelorette lead took aim at the Fleiss when the topic of Dancing with the Stars was brought up. She held nothing back, either. “They won’t let me [go on the show], ever,” Bristowe alleged on this podast, adding in more specific and cruel detail: “I’ll tell you exactly why I can’t go on Dancing with the Stars. Anybody that listens to this podcast knows why I cannot go on Dancing with the Stars. “And it’s because, and I will say this with a mic in my hand and a smile on face, that Mike Fleiss is a piece of sh-t. He is the creator of The Bachelor, and he hates women.” This isn’t the first time Bristowe has made such a powerful claim. Bristowe has long insisted that Fleiss denied her the opportunity from joining the hit ABC dance competition series when she was approached after her season of The Bachelorette in 2015. This, despite the fact that Kaitlyn worked as a professional dancer before appearing on reality televison. “Actually I was offered it, had the contract & Mike Fliess [sic] told me I wasn’t allowed,” Bristwoe tweeted in 2017 after Nick Viall (who placed second on her season) was cast on season 24 of DWTS, adding back then: “He said he didn’t want people wanting fame after his show.” At the time, two-plus years ago, Fleiss actually responded to Bristowe, writing: “@kaitlynbristowe has my total support if she wants to appear on DWTS!!! Thanks I’ll get right on that opportunity 2 yrs ago.” Bristowe then fired back: “I wonder what changed your mind?” So, as you can see, this feud isn’t new or anything. Kaitlyn has simply upped the ante this week with her extraordinarily harsh comments about the executive producer. For the record: A total of four Bachelors have competed on Dancing with the Stars: Jake Pavelka, Sean Lowe, Chris Soules and Viall. The only Bachelorettes to have competed are Trista Sutter during the show’s very first season in 2005 and Hannah Brown , who is currently competing on season 28.  And Bristowe obviously doesn’t blame the aforementioned women for their appearance on the program, telling Entertainment Tonight previously that she was totally psyched for Hannah. “I’ve spoken out in the past about how Bachelorettes haven’t gotten the same love as Bachelors when it comes to the chance to complete in the ballroom,” she said after Brown’s casting, adding: “The fact that it’s finally happening again for a female franchise lead is long overdue. I will be watching, glass of wine in hand, and cheering her on.” On Talkhouse Podcast, Bristowe alleged: “So [Fleiss] lets all the Bachelors go on and the only reason he let Hannah go on this season of Dancing with the Stars is because — well, I hope I had something to do with it, that I said something — but because he’s in hot water because there’s some sh-t that came out on him abusing his wife. “So he’s like, ‘Look at me, I love women.’ As long as he’s in power with ABC, I will never get on that show.” What Bristowe is referring to here is the allegation that Fleiss assaulted his pregnant wife this summer. He has not yet responded to Bristowe’s latest insults. View Slideshow: The Bachelor Spoilers: Peter Weber’s Final 12; Hannah Brown Still Trying to Win Pilot’s Heart?!

Chris Harrison Reveals Condition of Peter Weber After "Freak Accident"

If you’ve been following  The Bachelor  Spoilers , you know that this season’s filming is well underway. On Tuesday came the shocking news that  Peter Weber was injured in a freak accident , sustaining some nasty-sounding facial cuts. But Chris Harrison is assuring fans that, despite Peter’s hospitalization, the show will go on. Chris Harrison has opened up on social media about Peter Weber’s injuries. The  The Bachelor  Host acknowledges that Peter “suffered a freak accident” while getting into a golf cart in Costa Rica. “He got a cut on his head,” Chris shares as a detail. This wasn’t just a scratch, either — that hospitalization was very much needed. “He did get stitches,” Chris confirms. Head wounds can be frightening, particularly because they tend to bleed a lot. Chris wants to assure fans: “but he’s 100% okay.” “And,” he adds. “Production is already back underway.” It may sound cynical to discuss the production schedule, but each day of  not  filming can cost thousands or even millions. But knowing that Peter is already okay to film again will do more to assure fans that he’s okay than almost anything else. Naturally, some people might have worried about  The Bachelor ‘s season if the leading man has a serious facial injury. Chris wants to assure everyone that, no, Peter has not been disfigured by this fall. “He’s still the dashing, handsome pilot we’ve all dreamed of,” Chris promises. Chris also observed that there had been “wild” rumors about Peter circulating on Tuesday. He hopes that his words of assurance help people to calm down. Our suspicion is that some people will harbor worries until they see a fresh photo or video of Peter’s face. He has a lot of dedicated fans — and he did even before people found out that he was Hannah’s  windmill bandit . You know that some people are rooting for him to find love just to see if he goes four times in a row with  every  lady he courts. But fans should remember that he’s a person, with charm and other qualities unrelated to windmill boning. And his face is, we’re sure, just fine. While we’re relieved to know that Peter is “100% okay,” this did give us a thought. How would contestants and the Bachelor Nation as a whole react if, halfway through a season, the leading man were suddenly and abruptly less handsome? We don’t mean a single cut that was treated immediately. We mean, like, suddenly he’s gone some  Phantom of the Opera  stuff happening on his face. Which contestants would quit, knowing that the eyes of America are on them?  Who would stay on out of love? Who would stay on to make it look like they’re non-shallow romantics but really they just want to build their brand? To be clear, though, we’re not trying to give producers any ideas.  Please do not maim reality stars, no matter how interesting the season would be. As for Peter, we’re sure that he’ll be back to boning in windmills before his stitches are even done healing, if he hasn’t already. Good for him. Peter Weber Rushed to Hospital For "Serious Injury" During Bachelor Filming

From the moment that Peter Weber was announced as the new Bachelor , the decision was mired in controversy. Now, strange reports from the set have led some fans to the conclusion that we may be in for the franchise’s weirdest season yet. First, we learned that Hannah Brown is involved in Peter’s season for reasons that still aren’t entirely clear. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Weber was hospitalized after suffering “a serious injury” during filming on Monday. Apparently, the 28-year-old was participating in a group golfing date when a freak accident occurred: “He went to step on the cart but fell and split his face open on two cocktail glasses he was carrying,” a production source tells Radar. Peter required 22 stitches but was released from the hospital later the same day. “He is pulling through,” the insider says, adding that the injury may force a delay in taping. “Everyone is worried about production,” the insider claims, as “all the women were flying in for a filming today” for several days of consecutive filming. Between The Bachelor , The Bachelorette , and The Bachelor In Paradise , there’s almost always one Bachelor Nation show on the air and another one in production. It’s a tight schedule that keeps Chris Harrison’s pockets pleasantly plump … but doesn’t allow for much in the way of unforeseen delays. A source from the set claims Peter was not drunk at the time of the accident, but simply suffered an unfortunate misstep. Hey, when you think about it, it’s sort of amazing that “cocktail glass to the face while golfing” isn’t a more common injury. If you’ve been keeping up with our Bachelor spoilers , you know that Peter is down to his final 12 after cutting four contestants during a rose ceremony held on Saturday. As for whether or not Hannah’s still on set, that remains unclear — but it looks like producers might be planning to keep her around as a sort of wild card pseudo-contestant for the remainder of the season. “They’re weaving Hannah into as many storylines as possible,” says spoiler master Reality Steve, who notes that Hannah has already “hosted” at least one group date. We appreciate that producers are trying to keep things fresh and beef up the dramatic tension, but Hannah already chose Tyler Cameron and Jed freakin’ Wyatt over Peter. We doubt dude is feeling tempted to give her yet another chance. View Slideshow: The Bachelor Spoilers: Peter Weber’s Final 12; Hannah Brown Still Trying to Win Pilot’s Heart?!

Mike Johnson: I Was in Secret Talks to Be The Bachelor, and I Wanted it BAD, But …

Time and time again, interviews with Mike Johnson showed the charmter Bachelorette alum gently set aside rumors that he was in talks with ABC. He was — and is — a fan-favorite to be the next leading man, even though Peter Weber is the Bachelor . Now, Mike reveals that he was in talks, that he did want the role, and shares the extremely noble reason why he was hyped for it. Mike Johnson had already weighed in a little on Peter’s selection — he’s a big fan! But on The Bachelor Happy Hour with Rachel & Ali  podcast, he elaborates upon how much he would have liked it to have been him. “I was 100% in talks to be the next Bachelor,” Mike reveals for the first time, having previously claimed to have not been in talks. He admits that, because of this deception, “People probably didn’t think I was considered to be the Bachelor.” Mike explains that he denied being in talks “because I was trying to be so respectful of the crew at Bachelor world.” “And,” he reasons. “I didn’t want to speak about it.” “Even when I went on TV. I thought that was being extremely respectful and a gentlemen of me to the Bachelor world,” Mike says. Oh, he absolutely was. “And Peter didn’t do those interviews,” he acknowledges. “So he didn’t have to go through that.” “I 100% wanted to be the Bachelor,” Mike emphasizes. And he tells th eworld exactly why. He explains: “Reasons being: One, I do want to find a wife.” Mike then adds: “Two, it was bigger than me and I wanted to represent for all people of color.” “Talking about people of color,” Mike continues, pointing out that the black community is not the only minority underrepresented on the show.  Having more than twenty seasons but zero black men isn’t a coincidence, but there’s more to it than anti-blackness. “They need to have an Asian Bachelor, they need to have an Indian Bachelor,” he correctly expressed. Mike added: “They need to have other people outside of just black and white.” He also goes into detail about how far along, how prepared, he was. “I had a list of — a Word document — of the type of woman I wanted, what I was scared of, what I wasn’t scared of,” Mike reveals. Mike makes it clear that, as important as representation is, he’s not bitter. “They chose the right person for what they want,” Mike expresses. “And there’s nothing wrong with that at all,” he emphasizes. Mike admits: “When I first found out, I’m not gonna lie, I was sad. I was annoyed when I very first found out.” “But then by the end of the night, I wasn’t annoyed no more,” he shares. Mike explains: “because I was appreciative and thankful that they told me ‘no’ right then and there, because now I could focus on myself.” We can understand why he would have felt annoyed. Not only did ABC and producers skip over yet another black candidate for leading man, but Mike must have felt strung along. Hopefully, his date with Demi Lovato soothed some of that hurt. Unfortunately, as long as a chunk of Bachelor fans decide to tune out when the lead is black — as they did in Rachel’s season — producers may still make the same choices. The Bachelor: Spoilers Confirmed! Selection Made! Viewers Aghast! Chaos Rages!

The worst kept secret on television was confirmed as official news on ABC last night. It’s tragically true, Mike Johnson fans and supporters: Peter Weber will be the next The Bachelor. This long-awaited announcement was made on the Tuesday night season finale of Bachelor in Paradise. “It’s still hitting me right now, and I feel so grateful right now just to have this opportunity in front of me,” Weber told Chris Harrison at the end of the reunion special. He added: “I feel emotional right now. This is crazy. This is life-changing. I have truly, my entire life, looked forward to finding my girl, and that first person that I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with… “I have all the faith in the world that this can work for me, and I know it’s going to.” Weber, of course, advanced to the final three on Hannah Brown’s most recent season of The Bachelorette. He became well-known and very respected for having slept with the former beauty queen a show record four times while they stayed overnight in a windmill . He seems perfectly nice and harmless and, yes, white… so it’s no real surprise that executives chose Weber. Thanks to a bunch of recent The Bachelor spoilers , we all saw this confirmation coming weeks ago, too. Asked what he learned from his relationship with Brown, the pilot replied on air: “From night one with that first toast to the very end when I said goodbye to her, she was 100 percent unapologetically herself, and I love that. And that’s something that I definitely want to carry forward with my journey now.” Sounds like he’s gone to ABC Cliche School and graduated with honors, huh? Other frontrunners for the job were Brown’s former suitors Mike Johnson and Tyler Cameron, plus Bachelor in Paradise favorite Derek Peth. Shortly after Weber was announced, social media blew up with reaction to the news. Not much of it was positive… Johnson would have been the first-ever black lead on the show if he had been selected. He does appear to have moved on in amazing manner , but still. Come on, ABC! You had a real shot to make history here. Right, Rachel Lindsay? “I think Peter seems like a very nice guy. He seems lovely. This is absolutely nothing against him, but how many Peters have we seen before?” the only-ever black Bacheloerette told ET of the latest casting, adding: “What season are we on? 24. So, we’ve seen 24 Peters. I’m bored. And it’s nothing personal against him.” The Bachelor Season 14 will premiere on January 6, 2020. The Bachelor Stars: RANKED By (Short) Relationship Length!

Take heed, Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph , and all Bachelor couples of the future. Take heed. Time passes. Life happens. Love – and fame – fades. Reality sinks in. And hits hard. That sounds cynical, we know. But it's also factual. The Bachelor stars have not had the best track record when it comes to love lasting. How bad is it? Simply by virtue of being together a year later,  Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins  ranked among the biggest success stories. And they still broke up! That says it all right there. Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi broke up after not even half that length of time after a relationship many felt was doomed from day one. As for the latest case study beginning now? Let's just say Colton and Cassie are up against major obstacles (if you saw the recent season, you get it), and the odds aren't great.  That's probably putting it generously. The odds are poor. Check out the full Bachelor relationship rankings by length and see how poor … 1. Brad Womack Brad Womack, in the first of his two stints as The Bachelor, takes the cake by not choosing to propose to, or even continue his relationship with, either of the final two women, Jenni Croft or DeAnna Pappas (pictured). Wow. 2. Brad Womack (Take 2) In his second stint as The Bachelor, Brad Womack was briefly engaged to Emily Maynard. That ended pretty quickly, as she was single again in a couple of months. 3. Travis Stork Dr. Travis Stork and Sara Stone were broken up so fast, they got to talk about it on the After the Final Rose special. 4. Jesse Palmer Jesse Palmer, former NFL quarterback and current sports TV analyst, did not propose to Jessica Bowlin. They continued to date but broke up just weeks later. 5. Aaron Buerge Aaron Buerge and Helene Eksterowicz also lasted a matter of weeks. 6. Bob Guiney Bob Guiney did not propose to Estella Gardinier, but gave her a promise ring indicating that they would still date … for like a month it turned out. View Slideshow

Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph Reveal Engagement Plans!

The Bachelor finale has come and gone, and Colton Underwood got his happy ending . But after some major deviations from the show’s usual “script,” he and Cassie are not actually engaged just yet. Now, the two lovebirds have opened up about their relationship plans in the future. Colton Underwood opened up to People about his romance with Cassie and their plans for the future. “We’re so excited to be out in public,” Colton begins. Excitedly, he adds: “and not have to hide anymore.” Living with exciting news is tough when you can’t share it, especially when you’re famous it impacts your entire life. “I’m so in love,” he raves. “And I’m ready for everyone to know it.” Though Cassie was roasted on social media for her apparent inability to string together a coherent sentence on the finale, she also spoke to People . And she sounds over the moon. “We can finally be outwardly happy,” Cassie announces. “And,” she continues. “Not have to keep this big secret.” That must be a tremendous weight off of their shoulders. So, how does he feel about the way that he ditched tradition? “I know there’s a certain format that comes along with being The Bachelor ,” Colton acknowledges. “But this was about the rest of my life,” he notes. Some leading men treat the show as entertainment. Clearly, Colton took it very seriously. “And I couldn’t risk giving Cassie up,” Colton admits. And obviously, he didn’t want to pull an Arie and propose to one woman while thinking of another. That is why he broke up with Tayshia Adams and Hannah Godwin. In case there was any doubt, the two have not gotten engaged since the finale was filmed. “She doesn’t have a ring on her finger yet,” Colton admits. It sounds like they’re still taking baby steps in their romance. That is perfectly okay. “But she will,” Colton vows. “One day.” Presumably, the two of them will know when the time is right. Cassie makes it clear that they’re not avoiding the subject. “We definitely talk about our future engagement,” Cassie reveals. The speech pathologist adds that it’s not something that either of them are dreading. “We’re both excited to get to that point,” she gushes. They’re just not in a big rush. “I am now a California resident,” Colton notes, revealing that he uprooted himself from Denver. He now lives in West Hollywood — but he and Cassie do not share a home. Not yet, anyway. “Our goal is to buy a house in Huntington Beach in the next year,” Colton speculates. “But,” he adds. “We probably won’t move in together until we’re engaged or married.” “As much as I want her to live with me,” he admits. “It’s a big step and something we both take very seriously.” That is absolutely their choice, though we hope that they’re making sure that they will be a good match as housemates. (What temperatujre do they both like their home? Their bedroom? Do people handle dishes and bathroom stuff in the same way?) “I came on The Bachelor wanting to be madly in love when I left,” Colton concludes. “And that’s exactly what happened.” View Slideshow: Hannah Brown: Confirmed as the Next Bachelorette!

The Bachelor Season Finale, Part 1: What Did Colton Do?!?

Colton Underwood promised to be a different Bachelor this season, coming into the season as a virgin. (It's true! He had never had sex before! Not sure if the show had mentioned that at all.) And, in the end, Underwood lived up to this promise. He made an unusual decision on part one Season 23 finale, breaking down in tears often and taking both viewers and Chris Harrison aback. Like, way aback. For what reason? What did Colton decide? Scroll down for all the delicious details! 1. Cassie or Bust! As nearly all Internet users knew heading into the finale, Colton lost it a week prior after Cassie said she didn’t love him and wanted to go home. He jumped a fence and disappeared into the night, leaving Chris Harrison and company confused and in a panic. 2. Quote of the Century? “We called back to Los Angeles… and we woke up other executive producers and executives and said, ‘This is what’s happening. What do we do?’ and they said, ‘At some point, you’re gonna have to call the authorities,'” Harrison said on air of Colton bolting. “Luckily as we were about [to call the cops], someone’s walkie talkie clips.” (Ummmm… you were gonna call the cops and say what?!? A grown man was walking outside by himself? Please help?) 3. I’m F-cking Done! When finally tracked down by producers on the finale, Colton told Harrison that he was “done” with the show because Cassie’s rejection reminded him that he is “not enough.” 4. What About Tayshia and Hannah G? You know, the two women remaining on the finale? Colton said they were cool and all and he was maybe falling in love with them — but he was ALREADY in love with Cassie. And he wanted to fight for her! 5. Sorry, Ladies So Colton went out and made history: he dumped both of the women remaining! He chose to enter part two of the finale (airing on Tuesday night) with zero suitors because his heart was set on winning Cassie back. 6. How Did Tayshia Take It? Very well. She wasn’t happy about Colton’s decision, but she also said some nice things about The Bachelor before leaving Portugal. View Slideshow

The Bachelor Finale Sneak Peek: F–k It, I’m Done!

It's all come down to this for Colton Underwood. Following a season of heartbreak, tears, fence-jumping – and, of course, no sex in the Fantasy Suite – the world's most famous virgin will finally select his wife on Monday night's grand finale of The Bachelor. Or will he?!? This is the question on the minds of all franchise fans, as they watched Colton literally sprint away from the mansion in Portugal last week after having his soul torn above by Cassie Randolph. He couldn't handle the rejection from the suitor he wanted to be his lifetime mate — so he made a run for it and got as far away as possible from Chris Harrison and company. In this sneak peek, we witness the aftermath of that shocking decision. “Is that him walking right there? … Let's catch up to him,” a crew member can be heard saying in the video, while Harrison meets up with this season's star on the side of a road. “I'm done with this,” Underwood says, prompting Harrison to ask where he's heading. He answers that he has “no clue” and has his “wallet and that's about it.” After the frazzled Bachelor declares, “I'm f-cking done,” Harrison attempy to talk him off the proverbial ledge by saying, “Okay, well, we can be done. We're not gonna walk back to the hotel.” Naturally, of course, Underwood is not done. In case you were wondering, he doesn't just leave the series and tonight's finale does not just feature a black screen. He returns to face the music… and the women remaining. “I have some very, very important conversations,” Underwood has teased of what came after the fence jump. “I think it was one of the things realizing, 'Hey, I owe this to myself. I owe this to everybody [to see it through].'” (He also probably signed a contract with ABC that said he has to actually be on the finale.) As for what viewers can expect specifically on the final episode? Visit our section of The Bachelor spoilers to find out — and also click down below. Then, check out the video featured here for an early look at what's on tap! It's gonna be CRAZY!
