Heidi Klum wants to legally take husband Seal’s name, according to court documents. The German supermodel has reportedly filed paperwork with the LA Superior Court to have her surname changed to Samuel. The “Crazy” singer’s full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel
