Miley Cyrus is just the gift that keeps on giving for a celebrity blogger. Because when she’s not doing topless “artsy” photoshoots , she’s showing up to events like the Adult Swim Upfront Party wearing an outfit made entirely out of bandanas, or skipping the middleman and posting even hotter pictures to Instagram .
