Ryan Edwards Drug Use Shocker: Was He Caught Shooting Up?

If you watch Teen Mom: OG online , then by now you’re likely familiar with the ongoing drama surrounding Ryan Edwards’ substance abuse issues. Edwards checked into rehab last month, but not before creating some of the most appalling scenes in the franchise’s history as a result of his addictions. The most recent TM:OG season finale offered viewers a glimpse at Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer’s wedding – a grim, rushed affair that was attended only by Edwards’ parents. Even more surprising than the sullen nature of the occasion, of course, was the manner in which Edwards and Mackenzie arrived at the chapel. A visibly intoxicated Ryan drove himself and his fiancee to the church. He was so high that he frequently nodded off behind the wheel, and Standifer switched off the dash camera, so as to prevent viewers from seeing just how inebriated Edwards really was. On social media, there was a wild uproar from fans over the decision to let Edwards drive under the influence . (Both Standifer and MTV have taken considerable flak for the scene.) Now, eagle-eyed viewers have noticed that further cause for concern was captured on camera in the controversial episode. In several screen grabs from the finale it appears as though Edwards may have recently used intravenous drugs. During the controversial scene in the car, Standifer accuses Edwards of taking Xanax before his wedding ceremony, but now it looks as though even those whom he’s closest to did not realize the severity of Ryan’s drug problem. Dr. Pawan Grover, an addiction specialist who has not treated Edwards tells Radar Online that footage from the show seems to indicate that Ryan had been injecting some sort of substance , most likely of the opioid variety. “Based on Edwards’ history with addiction issues on the show, the images are consistent with track marks,” says Dr. Grover. “Which is a tell-tale sign of chronic intravenous drug use.” Fortunately, Edwards conpleted treatment for his addictions earlier this month. Unfortunately, he remained in in-patient care for a scant four weeks and announced his release with a brutal social media attack on his son’s mother, Maci Bookout. Many fans are taking that as an indication that Ryan has yet to address all of his demons. We’ll have further updates on this story as more information becomes available. Naomi Campbell: Furious at Rihanna for Dating Hassan Jameel

Rihanna may have bagged herself a billionaire in Spain this week. But she also walked herself right into a feud with veteran supermodel Naomi Campbell. Or kissed her way right into this feud, we should say. On Tuesday, photos went viral of Rihanna making out with someone named  Hassan Jameel  while the two took a private deep in a pool in Spain. The superstar and Jameel were only spotted swapping spit, but it was an intense session of tonsil hockey. In baseball terms, Rihanna and her rumored new boyfriend may have only gotten to first base, but it was a sharply hit, line drive single. Moreover, who knows what went on behind closed doors between Rihanna and Jameel? Even more layers of clothing may have come off. Not that Campbell wants to hear about any of this. The long-time model dated Jameel last year; she was spotted at a Stevie Wonder concert with him during the 2016 Barclaycard British Summer Time Festival in Hyde Park. And it’s safe to assume that Rihanna’s relationship with her former flame is the reason why Campbell stopped following the artist across all social media platforms. “Naomi has known about Rihanna dating Jameel for a while and she is furious about them being together,” a source tells Hollywood Life, adding: “On a superficial level, Naomi feels she’s hotter and more successful than Rihanna, so it’s frustrating to see the photos circulating online.” That’s a superficial to be sure. It’s also a simple falsehood. We can understand why Campbell is pissed, however. Hassan Jameel is a lot more than a handsome face. The guy is ridiculously rich! The businessman’s family owns Abdul Latif Jameel, an organization that – among many other ventures – owns the right to sell Toyota Motor vehicles in Saudi Arabia and several other Middle Eastern countries. In other words: he makes money every time someone in these nations buys a Toyota. Just how lucrative is this business? Jameel is reportedly worth around $1.5 billion. He’s also a good person, however, not just a cold-hearted money-maker. Jameel is the president of the company’s Community Jameel in Saudi Arabia. This is a a charitable organization that coordinates programs focused on the “social, cultural, educational and economic development of individuals and communities in the Middle East region and beyond,” according to the official website. Asked by Andy Cohen earlier this year about her alleged beef with Rihanna, Campbell shot back: “We’re fine.” She eventually said she doesn’t have a feud with anyone, “especially with black women, who are in the same thing and doing the same struggle.” Or doing the same man , apparently. An insider has told The Sun that this romance is “the real deal,” but Campbell isn’t buying it. She’s supposedly not all that upset about Rihanna getting it on with Jameel because she “doubts they will last very long as a couple, given their poor dating histories,” Hollywood Life writes. Only time will tell, but we don’t really care what Naomi Campbell has to say. As long as Chris Brown is sad over this relationship, we’re extremely happy.

Alaskan Bush People Recap: Yes, It’s Cancer

The sad rumor turned into an unfortunate reality on Wednesday night. Following weeks of chatter heading into the final season of Alaskan Bush People, the latest installment of this popular Discovery Channel series confirmed the truth about star Ami Brown… … she has been diagnosed with lung cancer. “Ami started getting sick months ago and we didn’t know what it was, but it changed from the point of ‘something’s wrong’ to ‘something’s wrong ,’” Ami’s husband, Billy, told the camera on this week’s episode. In previews for Season 7 of the show – which centers on a family who has basically cut itself off from civilization and who lives off the land in Alaska – there were hints that Brown was ill. There’s been talk that she was even flown to Los Angeles for treatment. This is what really got folks talking, considering how rarely members of the Browns visit the lower United States. The final set of Alaskan Bush People episodes started filming three months ago. They premiered last Wednesday with a focus on Ami undergoing a biopsy after a number of scans revealed a disturbing mass in her lungs. “Everybody, of course, knows that it will come out good – so we just have to be strong,” said 22-year old daughter Bird last night, trying to remain optimistic as she and her siblings awaited test results. Later on, however, 30-year old Bear went over to a car with a flower for his mom… and noted right away that the news was not positive. His brother, Matt, agreed. He felt the same way. “Seeing mom and dad get out of the car I … kind of already get a feeling that it hasn’t gone too well,” he said, adding: “In one way, I can say that everything in my life has prepared me for this moment. In another way, nothing can.” In the end, it was left to Billy to confirm the family’s worst fears. “Not good. Not good at all,” he told his kids of the exam outcome, explaining as follows: “They’ve got to do some more tests and stuff and what they can see is stage 3 cancer. She could easily be stage 4.” Alaskan Bush People Season 7 Preview: The Biggest Challenge Yet Stage four is the most serious level for a cancer. It typically means the patient does not have a lot of time left. “I don’t care who you are. I don’t care what you’ve been through. I don’t care how old you are. If you hear that your mother has cancer, it’s going to shock you,” said Rain, 14, the youngest of the seven Brown children. “I just wish I could change it somehow. I’m very scared for her,” she added. For Ami, meanwhile, the fear of what will happen to her appeared to be less cumbersome than her concern over the impact this will have on her loved ones. “She doesn’t want to be a burden on someone,” Billy said of his wife. “That’s not Ami. Ami is to take the burden away and take care of everything, but she has to admit to herself that she can’t be that right now. “It’s just time for us to pay it back to her right now, it’s all I think we can do.” To conclude this recap of the latest Alaskan Bush People episode, we’ll leave you with a few words from Ami. Bill and the kids are very loving and supportive. They’re all worried. I tell them, don’t worry. Please don’t worry. Be happy … keep the faith. Good or bad, it’s God’s will and we’ll walk that road. There’s a lot for the kids to experience. I want to be there. I want to hold their babies. I want to hear them laughing … I want to see their eyes wide with enthusiasm as they experience these new things. We’ll continue to tune in each Wednesday night at 9/8c to Discovery and hope that things turn around for Ami. “This is not the end of the road,” said 27-year old son, keeping a hopeful viewpoint and concluding: “It looks like it’s going to be the beginning of maybe a very long, very hard road for everybody. “But we’re just going to have to be stronger than ever and keep up the faith in the good Lord and make it through this.”
