News now confirms that the actor is engaged to longtime girlfriend Angela Stacy . Lanter popped the life-altering question to his three-year long gal pal during a vacation last month to Paris, making it impossible for Stacy to say no by offering up a 4.2-carat diamond on a diamond band.
