The epic, long-awaited, carnival-themed 10th birthday bash for the Gosselin sextuplets has arrived on TLC’s Kate Plus 8. And not a moment too soon. Now that it’s over, she can finally go away again! Maybe that’s wishful thinking. After all, Kate is an abusive, greedy, fame-hungry monster who engineered her entire FAMILY for the sake of her own celebrity, according to a new book. You think she’s about to let that go quietly? We would wager heavily on not. In any case, the second half of the much-discussed, oft-maligned Kate Plus 8: Sextuplets Turn 10 reunion special is now in the books. Here is a recap: Kate Plus 8 Clip – Kate Always Wins Kate makes her kids breakfast everyday at 5:30 a.m. She hates it (and basically every other part of being a parent that doesn’t involve fame or money). The carnival cake hits a snag when a bird lands on it. She has to get a replacement one at the last minute, though that too ends up looking great. An epic hail storm descends upon Eastern Pennsylvania as Kate goes to pick up the party supplies. A gust of wind blows party signs into the pool. Even nature is not a fan of Kate Gosselin, it appears. The mother of eight later dresses up as a clown – or whatever you’d call that pink-wigged thing in a sundress – which may be scarier than regular Kate. The kids think it’s the best birthday ever, while Kate says she doesn’t throw epic parties to be a super mom (just to mask that she’s really a bully ). “I cry behind closed doors. I struggle,” she laments. “Sometimes its 4:45 [p.m.] and I don’t have a clue what’s for dinner,” but she perseveres, because their premature birth and lives are such miracles. As is the fact that Jon Gosselin was ever married to her and stuck it out as long as he did. Not that he’s some prize, but can you believe this person?
