There’s nothing like the exploitation of the OJ Simpson murder trial to increase ratings, is there? On last night’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , Camille Grammer hosted a dinner party. By sheer, totally unscripted coincidence, a woman naked Faye Resnick showed up. A friend of Kyle Richards and a former gossip columnist, Resnick is best known for having penned “Nicole Brown Simpson: The Private Diary of a Life Interrupted.” She posed for Playboy soon after this book came out, an appalling fact in Grammer’s eyes. Yes, Camille has appeared in that magazine on numerous occasions, but never when using a friend’s death for publicity purposes. Michael C. Hall may have been fixated on the rear end of Julia Stiles at a recent party, but the actress wants to make something very clear: this doesn’t mean she played any role in his split from Jennifer Carpenter. Days after these Dexter stars announced their divorce , rumors sprung up that Hall’s relationship with Stiles mirrored the naked one between their characters on season five of this Showtime hit. Julia Stiles helped kill people on Dexter. But she insists on not committing any marital homicide for Michael C. Hall. But Stiles has now released a statement in response to that chatter: “I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer. We are good friends and enjoyed working together. “This is a personal matter between them, and we should respect their privacy. Although I too prefer to keep my private life private, I felt compelled to dispel the rumors I was somehow the cause for this matter.”
