MTV Announces Performers At 2015 Video Music Awards Right on the heels of announcing that Kanye West will receive this year’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award , MTV is lifting some more of the mystery surrounding the 2015 Video Music Awards. With the performing lineup a complete secret until news leaked that The Weekend would be hitting the VMA stage a few weeks back, the network revealed the rest of the people who’ll be performing between Miley handing out moon men. Encyclopedia Brown Movie: Happening!

There’s an  Encyclopedia Brown movie in the works! And if that bums you out, just be glad there’s not an  Encyclopedia Britannica movie in the works. Warner Bros. is currently finalizing negotiations for the film rights to the iconic children’s book series. The series follows the son of a Police Chief, named Leroy Brown, who solves petty crimes with his best friend Sally from his family’s garage. The Lego Movie producer Roy Lee will produce the film along with Howard Davis Deutsch. There is no word yet on plot, schedule, or casting. Stay tuned for more details as pre-production starts.

Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx Salsa Dance on Univision: Watch Now!

Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx know how to produce the viral clips. With last week’s “Channing All Over Your Tatum” video still setting the web ablaze, and their new movie coming out this week, they’re making the media rounds. And showing off their salsa moves on Univision’s Despierta America: Channing Tatum on Univision The White House Down co-stars learned to salsa dance with the show’s anchors, and while Channing had a tougher go of it, he was a good sport. We’d still Channing all over his Tatum. Whatever that means. Foxx, for his part, showed that he is truly a man of many talents in the performing arts, matching the male Univision correspondent step for step. These two need to make movies together all the time, BTW.
