My name is Megan, I’m from South Africa and in October 2012 at 2:00 in the morning, Justin announced that South Africa was included on his Believe Tour! I sat up all night screaming with my best friend because I couldn’t believe that he actually was coming to my country! I waited and waited for the tickets to come out and the pressure was definitely on. Unfortunately, I was in Thailand when the tickets came out in SA and I made my friends get me tickets. None of my friends could get, they all woke up at 3 am to wait in lines but they were all sold out. When my dad and I were booking the tickets all the way in Thailand, each time we pressed “Golden Circle” it would say “error.” I cried a lot and I was absolutely heart broken and I just kept praying to God. When we arrived back home in South Africa my dad got an email saying, “All your tickets have been saved.” When I heard the news I was so happy and thankful, I couldn’t believe that I was going to see my idol LIVE. I heard about a competition were you buy a SIM card and enter some digits, then you go into a draw and you can stand a chance to win M&G tickets. My mom gave me the SIM card as one of my presents for my birthday. Days past and I was all alone at home, when I got a phone call from some lady. She asked me for my name and she told me I had won JUSTIN BIEBER MEET AND GREETS. At first I thought it was a prank call but she was serious. I phoned all my friends and the vibe was just insane! On the 12th of May, the day of the concert, my nerves were kicking in. I still couldn’t believe that I was meeting Justin! While waiting in the line backstage, Kenny came out while taking Justin’s wardrobe which we saw, and we watched as he spoke to some security guards. The next minute Alfredo and Lil Twist came out. The line moved forward and it was almost time for my sister and I turn to meet Justin. No words could describe what I felt when I saw his face, my heart sank and I was just so over joyed. I walked into the room and as Justin took a photo with a family, he glanced, and looked at me. I walked over to him, hugged him and told him that he was my inspiration. We took the photo and I took his arm, looked him in the eye and I told him that I loved him. It was the most indescribable feeling and moment that I have ever had. I was so thankful and grateful because I never ever had thought that I would meet my idol. He smelt like heaven and he was absolutely gorgeous beyond words! I’m pretty sure he was caved by angels. They took us through backstage and I made it to the front of the Golden Circle. I just couldn’t stop smiling and I was filled with happiness. I BELIEVED and had met Justin Bieber.
