Back in April, I went on an organized trip to Poland called March of the Living. While I was there, I was at an event and all of a sudden, the last thing I could have been expecting popped up, a video featuring Dan Kanter! I completely forgot about the video until a few days before the Believe Tour was set to hit Melbourne. I tweeted Dan and told him I saw his video, and he followed me back! I DM’d him immediately and told him I was coming to the Believe Tour on December 2nd, not really expecting anything to come of it. The next day, I received a DM back from him! He gave me his email address and asked me to send him an email of who I was coming with, so I did. At this point I was so excited, thinking I might meet Dan but not even wanting to get my hopes up to meet Justin. That night I was with the friend that I was going to the concert with when I received the email that changed everything. DAN WAS GOING TO GIVE ME MEET & GREETS. I cried, screamed and barely slept that night, or the next or the next until finally it was concert day. My friend and I picked up our wristbands, and as we were walking into the meet and greet line, I heard Dan saying, “Where’s Ruby, has anyone seen my friend Ruby?” At that point I absolutely lost it, Dan knew who I was and wanted to see me. He pulled me aside and invited me to a private, small acoustic show that was being held for a belieber that had been in a very bad accident, but unfortunately I was going to be away and unable to go. We chatted for about 15 minutes and then it was time to meet Justin! My heart was beating so incredibly fast, and when I walked in, Justin gave me the best hug ever. We took the photo, and then I told him I was so thankful for everything and that he meant the world to me. He replied saying, “Thank you so much sweetheart, that means a lot.” Then security tried to pull me out but I asked Justin for another hug and he pulled me back and squeezed me again! Finally, I was pulled out and completely burst into tears. It honestly was the most amazing night of my life, and to make things even better, Dan gave me 5th row tickets! My name is Talisa and I’m 17 years old from Brisbane, Australia. I have been a belieber for as long as I can remember. I have seen Justin a few times live before and saw him in person, but missed out on a photo with him when he had come to Australia previous times. In June 2013 I remember sitting and listening to the radio when they announced that Justin was coming back to Australia for the Believe Tour in November/December 2013. Right after they said there would be meet and greet package in Australia, I knew that I had to get one. During all pre-sales, I missed out on meet and greets in all states. I entered every competition they had to win meet and greets, but I pretty much had faced the fact I wasn’t going to meet him. Later, in September they released an extra show in Brisbane and I was determined once again to try for the meet and greets, but I didn’t get my hopes up. On the first pre-sale I tried like every other time and one minute after they went on sale I had got one! I was still so confused and shocked. I wasn’t sure if it was real. I got my confirmation email saying I had just purchased ‘ONE VIP MEET AND GREET PACKAGE.’ I sat there crying on the phone to my best friend and it was honestly the best feeling knowing I was going to meet my idol and finally get a photo. Finally November 26th had arrived. I went to the venue not really knowing anyone and straight away became friends with so many others that were just as excited as I was! We picked up our tickets and got our VIP lanyards and wristbands. We waited hours for Justin, then finally he arrived and we formed our line. We were close to the front and I could hear other fans go in and meet him. I realized it was going to happen. I was panicking about what I would do when I got in. Myself, along with a few other girls were let into the black curtain and I saw him. I was in complete awe of him, he was perfect and just looked so unreal. It was my turn and I walked up and wrapped my arms around him. I couldn’t see or hear anything else. It was like it was just me and him, as crazy as it sounds. I told him I loved him and he said it back so sweetly. I thanked him and he gave me such a sweet smile as I walked out. I was quickly rushed out but he kept eye contact with me until I was completely out of the room. I couldn’t believe what had just happened. I was in shock, I had finally met Justin. If you haven’t met Justin yet or seen him live, never ever give up. I was sitting in class scrolling through Twitter when Justin finally tweeted about the Australian tour dates coming out. I was freaking out! My friends and I made plans and the day the tickets came on sale we all tried but unfortunately missed out. There were multiple days but we failed to get Sydney tickets and had to split up. I went to Melbourne and was lucky enough to get VIP tickets in the front row. I couldn’t believe that I was actually, legit, getting the opportunity to meet Justin! It didn’t seem real and since I had a lot of school work to do, I tried not to think about it. Coming up to the day of the concert, I was going through a lot and didn’t even want to go to the M&G because I knew it would be over instantly and then my only piece of happiness left would be gone. I flew to Melbourne early that day and went to the arena to pick up the tickets. The lady was like, “Yep 2 tickets” and we screamed because we were meant to have 3. We started panicking and then she checked again and was like, “Oh yes 3, come back to the arena before 5:30.” When we came back, we went and got our wrist bands and got in line. Ryan came into the room and said, “You can go down and watch Cody Simpson but you MUST be back in here by 8:05.” We watched Cody do a few songs and before 8:05, ran back to the room. We walked down the stairs and got in line. The line moved so quickly and before I knew it, it was my turn to meet Justin. I was trying to act calm and walked up to him. He was perfect. So beautiful. We said hello to each other, took the photo, and hugged, thanking him for everything while holding his hand and looking into his eyes. When I walked out of the room it hit me and the tears started. I couldn’t believe I had met my world. We walked back into the arena and got in our seats and waited for the concert. It was amazing! While being in the front row the whole time, Justin looked at us and pointed! At the end of the show, one of the security guards gave me Justin’s drumsticks which I couldn’t believe. The night turned out more perfect than ever and better than I imagined. Justin you are truly wonderful. Thank you so much for everything. Being able to write my own Bieber experience is a dream come true. My name is Amelia, I am 16 years old and I can finally say after years of waiting, I have met my lifesaver. On Friday the 29th of November 2013 I was stalking for Justin around the city but there were no leads and Justin and the crew weren’t coming down from there hotel. A few hours later I went to Pattie’s book signing and thankfully to my friend from Twitter, I was the third person to meet her and I got to meet her again after! It was so nice meeting Pattie. She was so sweet, small and pretty. After meeting her I went to the Believe Tour for night one! To say it was amazing was an understatement, the whole show has been put together with so much hard work and dedication. The concert was unforgettable I loved it. The next day however (Saturday the 30th) was going to be so much better. I went stalking and again had no luck. I went home and started to get ready for my Believe Tour MEET & GREET. Soon I was in a fast moving line, with Justin standing right behind a curtain. He was perfection. Justin was so flawless, perfect and sweet. It all happened so fast, I can hardly remember it but I did get to say, “I love you.” The few seconds I was standing next to Justin has made my life complete. After meeting Justin I rushed to the show and eventually got to be front row to see my baby perform. I thought the night before was amazing but that night was the best night of my life! Justin was less than a metre away from me for half the concert and I still can’t believe it happened. Not to mention being able to witness Justin singing ‘Hold Tight’ for the first time ever live. These have been the most amazing experience that I worked hard and waited for. July 23 2013, a.k.a the best day of our lives. We had absolutely no idea we were going to meet THE REAL Justin Bieber until the day of the actual concert. I had already gotten floor seats concert tickets for my friend Luana and I one week before the concert in Ottawa which is pretty exciting on it’s own, that is before we found out we were meeting Justin. My friend and I were getting ready for our road trip to the concert in OTTAWA and we still had no idea we were meeting Justin Bieber. Finally we got into the car and 5 minutes into the drive we get a phone call from one of our other friends (Katie saying) “My dad was able to get three meet and greet tickets, do you guys want to come?” I told her “Is that even a question? Like hello. Hi. I’ve been waiting forever to meet him. OF COURSE!” Obviously I started freaking out and was super excited because I was not expecting this AT ALL and because not only was it going to be my second time seeing Justin perform live in concert during the Believe tour, but that I WAS NOW MEETING HIM. We finally arrived at the venue and we run inside to meet Katie. We got the wrist bands and put them on. Before we knew it was our turn to go in. Katie had gone in before Luana and I and was able to get her own picture which worked out because then we would all get a chance to be next to him. As Luana and I walked towards him he was just looking straight at us with his hands crossed in front of him. Luana went to his right and I went to his left and and we said, “Hiiiii” and I put my hand around his waist for the picture and before the picture was taken he said “How old are you pretty ladies?” We told him that we were 16 and then we took the picture. He then said, “Ahhhhhh 16 why can’t you beautiful girls be 18?” Then said, “In two years you girls will be 18 and will come back right?” and at that point we were dead and had absolutely nothing to say. I was going to ask him for a hug but the security guards went in front of him so that made me sad but then I said thank you so much and he said, “Thank you so much, see you girls sooon!” I would have hugged him, kissed him, told him I LOVED HIM, but we were rushed out. In the moment we froze and no words would come out of our my mouths, but on the bright side I MEAN, JUSTIN BIEBER DID CALL US PRETTY AND ASKED US OLD WE WERE. Plus I finally got to meet my favourite person in the entire world so that’s all that matters. We then got to watch his beautiful face perform for 2 hours and it was an amazing experience and a day I will certainly never forget. Justin really does know what he’s talking about, “NEVER SAY NEVER”.
