Emu On The Loose Causes Delaware School Lockdown Thursday NBC News 10 , reported that a giant bird was the caused of multiple school lockdowns in Delaware. The bird is an unlikely pet, but of course in white folks world that didn’t stop them from keeping it. The pet escaped from it’s owner and has been on the loose for months. Yes, months! This week it was spotted by a grandfather and his grandson roaming near an elementary school. The result: multiple school lock downs in the area.
