Melania Trump: FINALLY Moving Into the White House?

As you’re probably aware, Donald Trump unveiled his 2018 budget proposal this week, and he’s pretty much the only one who likes it. The plan calls for massive cuts to several vital government agencies, in particular those tied to health, human services, and the arts. Democrats are balking at the tremendous human toll, and key Republicans believe the budget will prove impossible to pass. Yes, Trump’s first federal budget appears to be DOA, but there’s still one person who can swoop in and save the day … We’re talking, of course, about the seldom-seen Melania Trump. You see, ever since her husband’s inauguration back in January, Melania has spent less time in the White House than people taking guided tours. The Trump administration initially responded to concerns about the cost of round-the-clock Secret Service protection for the Manhattan faction of the Trump clan with vague promises of Melania and son Barron Trump eventually making their way to D.C. But the consensus among insiders seemed to be that Melania never intended to move into the White House . (In fairness, she was probably just as shocked as the rest of us when he won the election.) Now, however, it seems that in a move to appease voters, Donald will make the ultimate sacrifice and live under the same roof as his wife. According to TMZ, insiders close to the situation say that Melania and her son are “absolutely moving after the school year.” One source claims a school has already been selected for Barron, and White House staff members are readying Melania’s living quarters with a fresh coat of paint. We assume the stench of goat blood and charred flesh all of Steve Bannon ‘s scrifices to the Prince of Darkness, but it’s nothing a little Lysol won’t fix. So what does all of this have to do with Trump’s budget proposal? Well nothing, really, but an oft-cited statistic is that the cost of keeping Melania and Barron in Manhattan is greater than the entire annual buget for the National Endowment for the Arts, a program that’s marked to be gutted by Trump’s budget. So will the program be saved now that Melania is taking one for the team and pretending to share a bed with Donnie? Of course not, silly! That would amount to compromise and we’re pretty sure The Art of the Deal could basically be summarized as “compromise is for pussies.” Besides, that money can be easily wasted elsewhere. Now the whole family can take costly trips to hobnob with pay-for-play oligarchs at Mar-a-Lago! View Slideshow: Melania Trump Meets Michele Obama, All of Twitter Makes the Same Joke

Julie Bowen BASHED for Barron Trump Inauguration Jokes: What Did She Say?

Most of Hollywood is very unhappy that Donald Trump is now President of the United States. It’s true. See what a significant number of celebrities had to say about Trump being sworn in to office on Friday NOW . But Julie Bowen is under particular fire from the social media community for the way in which she went about making her anti-Trump feelings known. The Modern Family actress live-blogged the inauguration, focusing a great deal of her commentary on Barron Trump, the 10-year old son of Donald and Melania. She didn’t insult the child or anything. Not really. But many followers still thought Bowen was out of bounds in even bringing Barron into the picture. “I think Barron is on his Gameboy. Can’t say I can blame him,” Bowen wrote as a caption to the following image. She sort of invited confused criticism with this quip. Wrote one critic quickly after the photo went live: “Gameboy…..is he at the 1988 inauguration?” And this was one of the more tame responses Bowen received for her posts. “Barron, a voting majority shares your horror. #barronforpresident,” Bowen captioned the next picture, implying that Barron was disgusted his father is now Commander-in-Chief. “He is a 10-year old boy. Lay off him,” shot back a commenter, while another added: “What is your problem? Are you an adult? You should feel ashamed bashing a child! Would you like it if someone was talking shit about your boys? Grow up!!” From there, Bowen continued to hint that Barron is ashamed of his dad. “When your dad is boppin’ his head to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. #dadshame #barronforpresident,” she wrote. Cue the backlash! “Eww don’t make fun of a child! You’re no better than him for doing this,” penned a follower. Another expounded on the critiques offered above, penning a pretty long reply to Bowen that reads: “It takes a big woman to make a fun of a child. If you don’t support Trump, why post anything at all, especially, his innocent child. I guess that makes you feel good about yourself. I wonder how you would feel if someone starting putting your kids out there and make fun of them??? “I’m done with you, UNFOLLOW and not watching anymore. You shame me coming from Maryland.” Lastly, Bowen shared the snapshot below and wrote: “Hey @CNN! Don’t box the Barron!” We’ll just rundown a handful of the more pointed comments left on Bowen’s page in response to this line of joking and insulting: And done with self-centered celebrities that think it’s okay to have the “wit” to make fun of a 10 year old. I will officially stop watching your show. No matter who you voted for it is what it is and time to quit bitching and come together as a country for the greater good. But to call out a ten year old boy on social media is a new low. I cant believe @itsjuliebowen posted this! disgraceful!!!! You just lost a fan. Go back living in the world of Hollywood… Unbelievable! Karmas a BITCH just like you. Mocking a child, you’re PATHETIC. You are hateful Julie. All of my friends have unfollowed you today. As a mother, how cruel of you to pick apart a 10 year old child. Was Bowen really slamming Barron at all with any of these comments? Does it matter? Should she refrained from mentioning him at all, given his age? “I love that Barron is a kid being a kid,” she wrote in her defense after the criticism continued last night. “My kids would be a horror show at a public event! Just trying to keep it light.”

Barron Trump Video Creator Issues Apology, Removes Controversial Footage

Melania Trump has clearly learned a lot from her husband. The impending First Lady just used the threat of a lawsuit to get an everyday citizen to grovel at her feet, while also do her exact bidding. In this case, however, we can’t really hold anything against Melania. She was just defending her son, after all. Allow us to explain… Early last week, a YouTube user named James Hunter shared a seven-minute video of Barron Trump on the campaign trail with his father. The footage featured the 10-year old acting restless in a chair, clapping without having his hands touch and exhibiting other signs on the spectrum of Autisim. This is what Hunter wondered and alleged, that is. The video then went mainstream after Donald Trump rival Rosie O’Donnell linked to it on her Twitter account, asking followers whether Barron was actually Autistic. This created quite an uproar, although Rosie later tried to explain that her own daughter is Autistic and she was simply saying that Barron’s diagnosis might help bring attention to this disease. O’Donnell didn’t hide her disdain for the President-Elect, but said she has no “ill will” toward members of his family. But she still helped the video go viral, which prompted Melania Trump to say she would sue Hunter if he did not remove it from the Internet. Via a statement through her lawyer, Melania also plainly said that Barron Trump is NOT Autistic. On Tuesday, not only did Hunter obey Melania’s instruction that he take down the video, but he also offered a very public and heartfelt Mea Culpa. He even put it on YouTube. The video is titled “My Apology To Melania and Barron Trump” and it is comprised of the following words: “On November 11, 2016, I posted a YouTube video titled: ‘Is Barron Trump Autistic #StopTheBullying.’ “n the video, I suggested Barron Trump might suffer from autism. This is in fact, 100 percent false. “It was incredibly irresponsible of me to diagnose Barron Trump using a selection of misleading videos. Many of the videos I used showed Barron Trump behaving like any normal kid would at 3 a.m. “I falsely correlated him trying to stay awake and occasionally doing quirky things, with him suffering from autism. This was incredibly foolish of me.” You can watch the apologetic video here: Barron Trump Video Creator Issues Apology Hunter continues in it: “My video was originally intended as an anti-bullying video, as I myself suffer from autism and wanted to educate people. Unfortunately, I completely misdiagnosed a person and ended up making a video that was false, defamatory and malicious. “I retract every single statement I made in that horrendous video, and want to sincerely apologize to the Trump family, especially to Melania and Barron Trump. “I can understand if you might not want to accept my apology, but please know I didn’t mean to hurt anyone with my video. “I wish your family nothing but good luck, safety, and love, as you prepare to become the next First Family of the United States.” Sounds pretty darn sincere, doesn’t it? We’re guessing no lawsuit will be filed and this will be the end of this scandal. We can all now return to wondering what the heck Barron’s father will Tweet next… View Slideshow: Donald Trump on 60 Minutes: 13 Major Revelations
