Surveillance video, released by the Philadelphia Police Department, shows a fight that spills outside the Penthouse Club on Castor Avenue in Port Richmond between two groups. Police say a man, described to be in his 30′s and 40′s with balding black hair, threw a cement block at his head striking him. He then attacked another man with a brick, police say. Moore was knocked unconscious, sustained three fractures to his orbital bone, suffered hearing loss and permanent optic nerve damage.
