Source: Atlanta Police Department / Via APD Alexis Crawford Found Dead Sad news is coming out of the Atlanta University Center. Alexis Crawford , the missing 21-year-old Clark Atlanta senior, has been found dead. 11 Alive reports that the news came from Rev. Markel Hutchins whose been representing Alexis’ family since her disappearance. He told 11Alive the family was recently notified. Family and friends were hopeful that Alexis would be found after noting that they spoke to her multiple times on October 30, the day of her disappearance. Alexis’ roommate also told police that she dropped Alexis off at a local liquor store before Alexis returned home and then left again in the middle of the night. CBS 46 is now reporting that the roommate and the roommate’s boyfriend confessed to Alexis’ murder. Breaking News Update: Clark Atlanta Student Alexis Crawford's body has been found. According to the San Francisco Chronicle , Airbnb , under intense pressure and a lot of bad PR, has finally decided to pay for the funerals of those murdered in the Orinda shooting. A statement released by Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky announced that the company has budgeted funds for not only the funerals but also counseling for the families. What happened on Thursday night in Orinda, CA was horrible. I feel for the families and neighbors impacted by this tragedy – we are working to support them. — Brian Chesky (@bchesky) November 2, 2019 Chesky’s above tweet prompted some card-pullin’ and receipt-wavin’ from lawyer Jesse Danoff who represents the family of Raymon Hill Jr. He said his law firm “wants the public to know that in no way has Airbnb done anything to support the family of Mr. Hill.” He said the family asked Airbnb to cover funeral expenses but got no response. “They haven’t even reached out to apologize,” Danoff said in the statement. “They have merely responded in public with platitudes and thoughts and prayers or have made nebulous promises to ‘do better’ and ‘improve trust.’” And. I. Oop. Shortly after Danoff let the yoppa speak, Chesky called and offered to pay. An offer Danoff calls “reactionary”. Despite the company’s offer, Danoff said his law firm, Mitchell, will sue Airbnb for negligence that caused “a grave and serious risk to life.” “We’re looking to have the family compensated for what was a senseless death of their family member,” Danoff said. Gonna take more than a half-dozen caskets and flowers to push past this one. Chesky better be ready to back the truck up.

Nancy Botwin Byke: A ‘Weeds’ Reboot Is In The Works With Mary-Louise Parker Reprising Her Role

Source: Joseph Marzullo/WENN.com / WENN A Weeds Revival Is In Development At Starz Showtime’s popular series Weeds ending in 2012 after eight seasons on the air, but now, the series is coming back for a revival on a different network: Starz. According to reports from Variety , Lionsgate Television announced recently that the series was in development during one of their earnings calls. Not only is the series making a return, Mary-Louise Parker is attached to the project and will reprise her role as Nancy Botwin along with serving as an executive producer if the show ends up receiving a series order. “As excited as we are about our new series, I want to remind everyone that ‘the old is also new,’ and we’re pleased to be bringing two of the most acclaimed shows in television history, Mad Men and Weeds , to the global syndication marketplace next year,” said Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer. “We’re thrilled to be back in business with series star and producer Mary Louise Parker on what we’re calling Weeds 4.20 , already in active development at Starz, as we prepare a comprehensive and integrated rollout for one of television’s most beloved properties.” Series creator Jenji Kohan –who is also known for her work on Orange Is the New Black– is not currently attached to the revival, but former Weeds writer and co-executive producer Victoria Morrow is acting as the creative lead. As for what kind of story will be happening within this new addition to the series, it’s been hinted that the show will start with a 10-year time jump from the original series finale–which means the story will pick up in an era where marijuana is legal in an increasing number of states. Though Weeds has a huge following and was beloved while it was on the air, a lot of the show’s biggest fans were disappointed by the last couple seasons of the show, so bringing it back for even more is an interesting decision. Guess we’ll have to wait for the new show to air for us to find out whether or not this revival is worth it. Will you be watching?!

Source: Lou Rocco / Getty Donald Trump Jr. Appears On “The View” Donald Trump Jr .appeared on “The View” today and it did NOT go well for him, things were so bad in fact that his appearance has been described as “ chaos.” The spoiled citrus spawn sat down with Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Abby Huntsman, Sunny Hostin, and Meghan McCain alongside his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle to discuss his new book “Triggered, his deplorable daddy and his outing of the alleged whistleblower. Things went left (of course) when (our girl) Joy Behar ran down a nice list of horrible things Deranged Dorito has said and done and Donny Jr. clapped back that “We’ve all done things that we regret” while trying to accuse Joy of donning blackface and bringing up alleged comments made about Roman Polanski. “We’ve all done things that we regret. Joy, you have worn blackface,” Trump Jr. said at one point during the contentious segment. “Whoopi, you said that Roman Polanski… it wasn’t ‘rape-rape,’ when he raped a child.” Goldberg snapped back: “Now that you’ve broken this piece of ice, because I guess it is the fight you wanted…are you questioning my character?” “I’m not questioning your character. I’m talking about, you’re questioning my father’s character and I say we all have done and said things,” Trump Jr. said before being interrupted by Goldberg. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the whole taping was “chaotic” and some audience members shouted at the roundtable and argued with specific hosts during commercial breaks. Whoopi allegedly told the audience that their constant booing was “f***g them up” and she snapped on an audience member who tried to chime in on DTJ Jr.’s Polanksi comments. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” the woman said to Goldberg. “Then be quiet and listen to me,” the co-host responded. (The woman was also asked by a member of the show’s staff to stop using her cellphone, another no-no for audience members.) Later, as the woman left the studio with a fellow audience member, she said of Goldberg: “I definitely riled her up. She was so upset.” What. A. Mess.
