What is it with women wanting to take their clothes off around Tiger Woods ? During yesterday’s final round of play at the Presidents Cup, a woman dressed in a patriotic thong and red, white and blue pasties made like Will Ferrell in Old School on the 18th green. Yes, she went streaking! Presidents Club Streaker Shocks Fans The incident went down right in front of U.S. captain Fred Couples, though it could not distract the Americans from the task at hand: Despite this unexpected, naked presence, Woods and company bared down and defeated their international opponents by a 18.5-15.5 margin. Tiger sank the putt that clinched the win, no less. Seriously, people. While they make for good stories, it’ll take more than baby squirrels and naked women to put a dent in Tiger’s game these days.

Perez Hilton has come around a bit on Miley Cyrus, who he has been quite critical of at times, following her respectable hosting of Saturday Night Live . “I watched clips online,” he said. “I am Team Miley.” The turning point? “Once I stopped projecting onto her that which I wanted her to be and accepted her for whom she is right now, I thoroughly enjoy her.” “I’ve disassociated the Hannah Montana of the past. I’ve let go of any inkling of her being remotely a role model, and I just embrace her as the white Rihanna.” What does that mean, exactly? Explains the celebrity gossip expert: “Rihanna is not perfect. Rihanna has done a lot of things I don’t like. But I love Rihanna.” Rihanna has yet to respond to the comparison … but there’s no doubt she can Twerk up a storm in her own right. In fact, she sort of shames Miles. No offense, Miles. But the bad girl bar has been set high. While the Miley Cyrus- Sinead O’Connor feud was one of the few hot topics not mentioned on SNL, the blogger was asked to weigh in on that as well. “I think it’s a good tactic if you want publicity,” said Perez Hilton. “Miley is 20. So a 20-year-old is going to respond in a very feisty manner. And she did.” “And Miley also has an album coming out this Tuesday,” he notes, regarding Bangerz . “So, she is also going to milk what happened for publicity.” “I think Sinead’s intentions behind her original letter,” which encouraged Miley not to be a naked prostitute for the industry, “came from a good place.” “But the way she executed it , saying [Miley] is being exploited and a prostitute, that was wrong, because she obviously came from a misinformed place.”

Linny Boyette has passed away. If you’re a viewer of NBC’s Today Show, the name may ring a bell, and it earned a special sendoff from the anchors. “For so many years, the first person we saw” was Boyette, said Matt Lauer this morning on Today, before moving on to discuss Miley Cyrus’ sexual peak . Boyette was an enormous fan of the show, and viewers often saw him on TV, standing with the crowds gathered outside the show in New York City. Now, Today is mourning the loss of the supporter who died Sunday after complications from a heart attack, reported Natalie Morales. Boyette was 71. A military veteran born in England, Linny took the subway from his home in the Bronx, N.Y., to arrive on the plaza outside Today by about 5:30 a.m. Having reserved his spot, he would pass the time until the show began at 7 a.m. by reading the paper, drinking tea and chatting with other Today fans. “It’s something to do every morning . It makes my day,” he said in 2010. He had become especially close to Meredith Vieira, who managed to get him inside the studio in 2012 (he refused invitations from the crew, said Lauer). Tweeted Vieira: “So saddened to hear of Linny’s passing. I always loved seeing him every morning on the plaza. He had a wonderful smile and so sweet.”
