Project Runway All-Stars Finale: Who Won?

Project Runway crowned the ultimate All-Star of all its All-Stars last night, Anthony Ryan (Season 9) went up against Uli Herzner (Season 3) and Emilio Sosa (Season 7) on a finale that asked the trio to complete its concluding show in just four days with a budget of only $3,000. That’s like asking Kim Kardashian to get by with a mere 12 pointless Facebook posts per week! In the end, the man who won a record five challenges this season came out on top, as Ryan impressed judges Georgina Chapman, Isaac Mizrahi, Liv Tyler and Margherita Missoni with what Mizrahi referred to as the “best dress I think I’ve ever seen on Project Runway .” That praise is higher than Justin Bieber on a Tuesday afternoon! For his efforts, Ryan earned $150,000; a sewing/ embroidery studio; an all-expenses-paid vacation around the world; and a spread in Marie Claire . Simply put afterward, Ryan Tweeted that he was “SO honored!” to be named champion. Did you agree with the panel’s choice?

Naked eBay Seller: Woman Posts Photos of Dress, Wearing No Pants in Mirror

In a hilarious case of why you may want to give photos a once-over before uploading them online, a woman posted naked shots of herself while trying to sell a dress on eBay. Then again, this may have actually increased demand for the item. A young woman from Oxfordshire, England – eBay username sugartit_2 – decided to sell off her “Asos yellow Skater Dress 10” and took a picture of it. Near a mirror that reflected her mostly naked body. HOT! Naturally, it wasn’t long before this was screen-grabbed and Tweeted , trending with the hashtag #ebayyellowskaterdress. Was sugartit_2 mortified? Hardly. In fact, she took the whole thing in stride and utilized it. The sexy Brit pulled the original eBay auction then re-listed the dress as “asos yellow skater dress size 10. a MUST HAVE” with a nearly identical photo. In the new one, she appears to be wearing an oversized jacket: The updated eBay product description for the dress reads: “#ebayyellowskaterdress as seen by thousands. never worn naked. Needs a good home.” Priced initially at £15.99, it’s up to £56.00. Well played, sugartit_2.

Same-Sex Army Wife Banned from Spousal Club at Fort Bragg

A real-life controversy is giving Lifetime’s Army Wives a run for its scandalous money. Ashley Broadway and wife Heather Mack – a lieutenant colonel stationed at Fort Bragg – were married in November, a few months after the repeal of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.” But Broadway has been denied membership in a base club for officers’ spouses, with many believing this ban is solely due to her sexual preference. Broadway was told by a representative from the Association of Bragg Officers’ Spouses last week that her application was turned down because she does not possess a military spouse identification card. HOWEVER, this is a brand new rule, according to Babette Maxwell, founder and executive director of Military Spouse Magazine . It was only enacted after Broadway asked to join the club. The club’s bylaws, obtained by NBC News, make it clear this organization accepts “spouses of all commissioned and warrant officers,” even mentioning that the group “will not seek to deprive individuals of their civil rights.” There is no reference in the bylaws to an identification card. Said a tear-filled Broadway of the rejection: “I was really hurt by the denial. Living for years under ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,’ I couldn’t be a part of the military family. After ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,’ I thought, wow, I can finally be part of something, finally give back to the military community in ways other than just writing a check. So it was a blow. A real blow. Here, I thought things were progressing. I was knocked back down.” Broadway and Mack have a two-year old son and the latter is eight months pregnant with their second child. Yesterday, the spouse club wrote on its website: “Our constitution and Bylaws are currently being reviewed. Thank you for your patience during this process. We will have them posted as soon as possible.”
