O.J. Simpson Slams Caitlyn Jenner: Enjoy Life As an Old Lady!

As you’ve no doubt heard by now, O.J. Simpson was released from prison last month after serving nine years on robbery charges. Needless to say, some folks were less than thriled with the thought of living in a world in which the Juice is on the loose. Obviously, there are the families of O.J.’s alleged murder victims, and the Brown and Goldman families are probably more than a little about reports that Simpson tried to hire a hitman and have them killed during his time behind bars. But O.J. burned a lot of bridges during his first stint as a free man, so the Browns and Goldmans aren’t alone in their antipathy toward the former football great. The members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, for example, are no big fans of number 32. Kris Jenner’s husband, Robert Kardashian, was a close friend of Simpson’s and the late attorney played an instrumental role in assembling the defense team for his double murder trial. Both Kris and former husband Caitlyn Jenner have been vocally critical of O.J., and there have been reports that Kris and Caitlyn are afraid for their lives in the wake of Simpson’s release. TMZ caugh up with Simpson in Las Vegas last night, and the topic of Caitlyn came up during a brief conversation. O.J. attempted to keep the conversation lighthearted, but we’re guessing Jenner won’t be thrilled with what he had to say. “I don’t know Caitlyn,” Simpson told the paparazzo. “I’ve never met Caitlyn, as far as Bruce is concerned, I really didn’t know him that well.” The reason to question the veracity of that remark, as O.J. vacationed with the Jenners in the late ’80s, but it’s what Simpson said next that’s really sparking controversy. “If he wants to choose to live his life out as an old lady, instead of an old man, hey, women live longer,” Simpson joked. “He may be on to something.” A groaner, to be sure, but it could’ve been far worse. Kathy Griffin Goes After Andy Cohen, Harvey Levin and More in INSANE Rant!

Kathy Griffin has some things to say. And, as you’ll see, that’s actually a massive, massive understatement. Back in May, as you’ll surely remember, Kathy did a photo shoot in which she held the decapitated head of Donald Trump — a Halloween mask covered in ketchup. It caused quite a stir: she was fired from multiple gigs, and she was even the subject of a federal investigation. Shortly after sharing the photo, she apologized , explaining that sometimes with comedy, lines can be crossed, and this was one of those times. But in the months since, she’s retracted her apology because “The whole thing got so blown out of proportion.” She said that the photo didn’t only cost her jobs, but friends began turning against her, she and her family started getting death threats. And now, five months later, she’s still dealing with the backlash. Earlier this week, it was announced that Andy Cohen would be replacing Kathy on CNN’s New Year’s Eve special, and when Andy was asked about it by TMZ, he replied with “Who? I don’t know her.” Meaning that he didn’t know Kathy — you know that classic Mariah Carey move. Except that Andy and Kathy definitely know each other, since she had a show on Bravo for years. She addressed that in a pointed tweet. “Even when it’s on tape, there are doubters?” she wrote. “He is NOT kidding w paps. Was my boss for 10 years. Treated me like a dog. Deeply misogynistic.” She was so upset by Andy’s words that she did a 17 minute video in which she went after him, TMZ boss Harvey Levin, and all the people she’s ever interacted with in her career that did her dirty. She kicks the video off by explaining that the fallout from the Trump photo is still going on , and it’s actually gotten worse. To prove that, she shares a voicemail she’d gotten from Harvey — he asked her to call him back for a chat and left his phone number, which she doesn’t disguise at all in the video. The reason for releasing his phone number, she says, is because after the Trump photo was released, she was doxxed mercilessly — and she feels that since Harvey is “in bed with everybody from Hollywood to Donald Trump,” he deserves similar treatment. From there, she jumps on to Andy Cohen, who she says was a “miserable boss” during her years at Bravo. She mocks him a bit for being an executive who then gave himself his own talk show — “seems to get picked up every season,” she joked. After that, Kathy jumps back to Harvey for a moment — she seems a little scatterbrained throughout the video, honestly, but we can’t really blame her. She claims that Tyler Shields, the photographer who took the photo, told her that two different people from TMZ told him that Harvey speaks with Trump multiple times a week. “Is that OK with you guys?” she asks. “The president talking to a gossip blogger?” Back to Andy, Kathy alleges that the two times she appeared on Watch What Happens Live, he offered her cocaine before filming began. So there’s that. About TMZ, she says that the website itself is extremely misogynistic, and that ageism is a big problem, too. “Harvey Levin, have you ever done anything honorable, ever?” she asks. “What do you do besides tear women down and make a bunch of money?” She actually refers to him as “the gay male version of Kellyanne Conway.” All throughout the video, she names people — not famous people, just people she’s worked with in the industry — who she feels let her down in some way. After all this, at the end of the video, she explains that she recorded it in the first place because she’s currently on a world tour, and she’s leaving Australia soon for Singapore. She’s been advised that she’s on multiple international lists, and that she’s been detained at every airport she’s been to in recent months. “So when I go to Singapore, if I just don’t return, I just want you guys to know, that’s why. Because I took a picture of a mask with ketchup on it.” Thoughts?

Caitlyn Jenner Celebrates a "Fantasy" Come True

Caitlyn Jenner has achieved a personal milestone. She’s accomplished something the reality star never thought she would accomplish. She’s walked down the beach in a bathing suit. Not just any bathing suit, of course. Or not a men’s bathing suit, we should emphasize for accuracy. Instead, the transgender icon has shared a picture on Instagram of herself walking down the beach in Cabo San Lucas, wearing only woman’s swimwear. “40 years ago my therapist asked me what my fantasy is,” Jenner wrote as the caption, adding as a tease and an answer: “I told her walking on the beach being my authentic self and…” And here she is: It’s been quite a journey for Jenner to reach this point in her life, of course. She struggled for decades as a man, remaining deep in the closet and hiding her true self from the public. But that finally changed in April of 2015 when Jenner sat down with Diane Sawyer and opened up about how she felt like she was meant to be a female. This explains the Instagram video Caitlyn posted in which she’s rocking the aforementioned plunging one-piece swimsuit and a wide-brimmed hat.  As she gets closer to the camera, she takes off her hat and proudly declares “Free!” as she twirls around while the waves crash ashore. It’s pretty great. In January of this year, Jenner underwent gender reassignment surgery . “The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated,” Caitlyn writes in the memoir, referred to the decision to undergo the surgery as “complex.” She adds in the book, which basically ruined her relationship with many members of her family, that she had grown tired of answering questions about when she would have this procedure done. “I am telling you because I believe in candor,” she says. “So all of you can stop staring. You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it.” In a subsequent interview with Larry King, however, Jenner made it clear that not all transgender individuals undergo this surgery. Dream Kardashian in a Pumpkin Patch: Too Cute for Words!

Blac Chyna shared video of precious baby Dream being excited and holding a small pumpkin. And just today, Rob Kardashian is tweeting the cutest photos of Dream visiting a pumpkin patch. It looks like this adorable baby is ready for her first Halloween, and both of her co-parents are making sure that she's feeling the hype. And we all get to witness the cuteness overload. Check out the photos and the video, below! Whoever her parents might be and whatever they might have done, Dream Kardashian is innocent, blameless, and adorable. In just under a month, this little sweetheart have her very first birthday — on November 10th. Which means that, yes, this October 31st will be her first-ever Halloween. Blac Chyna shared a precious Snapchat video of Dream Kardashian, unable to contain her excitement (or her giggling) as she played with a pumpkin and wiggled her precious little baby toes. We don't know if Rob already had this planned or was inspired by the video, because this afternoon, he's shared photos of Dream having a different pumpkin-related adventure. Rob Kardashians hared this photo on Twitter, because, for obvious reasons, Rob Kardashian no longer has an Instagram . Twitter has few standards — well, unless Rose McGowan is tweeting, apparently — so Rob is still free to use that platform. And it's a good thing, too, because that means that we're all treated to these precious pictures of Dream. She. Looks. So. Cute ! Of course, from her baby perspective, this isn't the time of year — this is just how things are now. Life is full of orange gourds and maybe that's how things will be forever. But just because she's a baby with the accompanying levels of inexperience with the world and a very likely not-yet-developed sense of what holidays and seasons are doesn't mean that she can't have fun. And who says that she has to have fun alone? Look at Dream, playing as if she's in a haunted painting. And who's that beside her? Reign Disick! It's so sweet to see these cute cousins playing side-by-side. Reign will turn 3 on December 14th, so there's actually a pretty decent chance that he could remember parts of today's playdate, even as an adult. As for Dream, it's good that she enjoys playing with her cousins, because she's about to get a whole lot more. Kylie Jenner is pregnant . Kim Kardashian's third child is one the way via surrogate. And Khloe Kardashian is finally pregnant, too. That means that Dream will get three new, younger cousins in 2018, all thanks to her aunts. But those new bundles of joy will come after Dream's first birthday. And speaking of Dream's firsts , look what else Rob shared on Twitter: We know that Rob Kardashian is kinda broke right now, but he's rich people broke , so he can still do things like take his baby daughter to the zoo. For her first-ever zoo trip, in fact! ( Poor people b roke would be, like, choosing which bill to pay. Possibly eating Tums as a “snack.” Life can get rough for non-Kardashians) Dream looks so happy, and part of that is definitely just being around family, but part of that has to be having all of these new experiences. Babies love to learn about the world. It's what they do. Not all babies look quite so cute while they're doing it as Dream does, though.

Kylie and Kendall: SILENT on Their New Lingerie Line. What’s Going On?!

For as much backlash as Kendall and Kylie have gotten for what some describe as stealing the brands of other celebrities, you might expect them to not do that. Instead, it looks like they’re taking a page out of Beyonce’s book. You know how Queen Bey  Kendall and Kylie have come out with a new line of lingerie — but they haven’t said a word to promote it. We don’t know if Kendall and Kylie aren’t proud of this particular product, if they think that Kylie’s pregnancy will generate all of the publicity that they could need, or if they’re experimentally flexing the power of their brand. Or maybe they just forgot. Whatever the reason, be it method or madness, Kendall and Kylie’s lingerie line is now available at Topshop. It’s called the “Kendall + Kylie” lingerie collection, and it launched on Wednesday. And this occasion was heralded, not with a tweet, but with a whimper. … That is, neither sister plugged it on social media. That’s so rare for either of them, but for both of them to completely forget to promote their own products? That’s almost enough to make you believe those bonkers celebrity clone theories. Well, not really. But it sure is different. You’d think that Kris Jenner taught them better than that. But maybe, just maybe, this isn’t an accident. Cosmopolitan expressed their shock over Kendall and Kylie’s lingerie line going unannounced. “But here’s the plot twist: They didn’t tell anyone. This isn’t even an ICYMI, because literally everyone missed it. The line simply appeared on Topshop’s website, as if by magic.” Well … not by magic. Some writers and coders and maybe even some graphic designers set it up and then someone hit “publish.” But there wasn’t any pomp and circumstance surrounding it, either. Cosmo reported on the actual lingerie line itself. “The capsule is co-designed by Fleur du Mal founder and creative director Jennifer Zuccarini, and it features plenty of velvet, mesh, and lace.” That makes sense for lingerie. “Styles range from sheer bodysuits to athletic shorts and basic bralettes.” So some of it is designed to work as sexy outerwear. Despite the lack of promotional tweets or whatever, that’s very on-brand. W Magazine  shared that feeling of dismay. “Kendall and Kylie Jenner aren’t usually shy about self promotion on social media. (After all, their family has built a career out of it.) But when their new collection with Topshop dropped today, there wasn’t as much as a tweet or post about it from either of the sisters.” See? We’re not alone in thinking that this is out of character. In fact, neither Kendall nor Kylie modeled for the clothing. Instead, a brunette model with similar coloring to the Kardashian girls modeled the lingerie on the Topshop website. She looks great but, again, usually the Jenner sisters promote their own brand and use that as a key to their success. The big theory that we have — and we’re not the only ones — to explain this is simple: Maybe Kendall and Kylie are pulling a Beyonce. Beyonce is famous for dropping albums and music videos with zero notice. No announcements, no billboards, nothing. It’s a power play on her part. Beyonce’s influence is such that her music tops charts by word of mouth. Maybe Kendall and Kylie are testing the waters to see if they can mimic that strategy. However, let’s put forward an alternate theory. What if, rather than just a capricious experiment to see how powerful their brand is … if this is instead a test run for the future? Kylie Jenner is about to become a mom. At 20. Which is bonkers. But that means that she’s not going to have the kind of free time that she used to. That means less time for modeling her products and it also means less time for social media. Kendall is a genuine, honest-to-goodness supermodel. She works for a living in perhaps the most “normal” job held by any member of the Kardashian clan. Practically speaking, the two of them won’t be able to do as many in person promotions of their products in the near future. They need to know how well their goods are going to sell as they make financial plans in terms of personal spending and business decisions. Maybe this is a test run for the future. Or … maybe we’re reading too much into it. What do you think?

O.J. Simpson: Plotting Revenge Against … Kim Kardashian?!

Unless you’ve tuned out the news entirely due to the events of the past nine months, you’re probably aware that O.J. Simpson was granted parole last week. Yes, the Juice will soon be loose after serving nine years in prison on robbery charges. A lengthy bid, to be sure, but O.J. got off pretty easy when you consider he  totally allegedly murdered two people. Anyway, O.J. was sentenced to an astonishing 33 years, and some folks believed he’d never live to see his release date. But now, Simpson is soon to be a free man once again, and many who were once close to the former NFL star/probable double murderer are understandably a bit worried. Among the concerned parties are several members of the Kardashian clan. The family was once close with O.J. but the relationship was damaged irreparably by that whole “him almost certainly killing two people” thing. We learned earlier this week that Kris and Caitlyn Jenner are “terrified” by the news of O.J.’s impending release. And now it seems they may not be alone in their totally justified fear of a seriously scary dude. Radar Online has spoken with a former cellmate of Simpson’s named Vernon Nelson, and based on the ex-con’s claims, Kim Kardashian may want to double down on her security detail. It seems O.J. is quite displeased with Kim for comments she made on Keeping Up With the Kardashians implying that he’s guilty of the murders of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. “Simpson griped, ‘I always treated Kim with respect. I don’t know why she would dog me out, but I guess she will do anything to promote their reality show.’” Nelson wrote in an email interview with the site. The former inmate also claims that Simpson blasted Kim with “very powerful and serious” insults that “made the hairs on my arm stand up!” Ominously, when Nelson asked Simpson if he had a message for those on the outside who he felt had wronged him, the former football star seethed: “Tell them to expect me like they’re expecting Jesus to come back because I’m coming!”  We’re no biblical scholars, but we’re pretty sure Jesus didn’t come back, like, to stab everyone. Thankfully, it’s unlikely that the 70-year-old Simpson would ever be able to get anywhere near the heavily-guarded Kim, but still. Kim Kardashian: Being Robbed in Paris Changed EVERYTHING

Kim Kardashian appeared on The View for the first time in 5 years, and she talked about her strained relationship with Caitlyn Jenner . But after half a decade, she had a lot more to discuss — including her lifestyle and her family, and how everything's changed since the robbery. One of the keys to being a businesswoman is turning every disadvantage into an advantage. Apparently, Kim is applying this even to personal trauma. Because she's using having been robbed and fearing for her life to change things about her life. “I think in life, things happen to you for a reason and you really do have to pay attention and I got the message.” That can be a dangerous point of view. And a horrible thing to say to someone else who's just had a horrible experience. But a lot of people believe that, and it looks like Kim's one of them. “I just learned so much and something had to change just of how I live my life.” A lot of people reprioritize after a traumatic experience, especially one that they believed would claim their lives. “The things that were important to me before and the things I liked to show off before are definitely not the things I like to show off now.” One of those, of course, being sharing her location to the world. A lot of us do that without thinking. “Having dinner with” and then tagging your friends' Twitter handles is an innocuous way of keeping friends updated on your life. But if someone wanted to break into your home, they'd want to keep an eye on your tweets for just such an opportunity. For most of us, it wouldn't be worth the effort. Kim, on the other hand, has obscene amounts of money and some very expensive clothing and jewelry to go with it. Being robbed wasn't her fault, but it's a reminder to all of us to be careful with who knows what . Make sure that you're not the easiest target and they'll rob somebody else, basically. She's now terrified to let her kids grow up on social media. A lot of parents have that fear, and it's usually misplaced. In Kim's case, she's concerned because her children are famous. Non-celebrity young people might be bullied by peers, not harassed by literally thousands of trolls who are looking to feel powerful by making a famous person sad. Even Kim, an adult, isn't immune. “I do break down at times… It's not ok for people to be saying these awful things.” And one of the things that made her conscious of this and how it would impact her children was the Paris robbery, when people on social media suggested that she had faked the horrible event. “For us to just have these people that have all this keyboard courage to write the craziest things about you and to think that that's ok and it's not ok.” You know, keyboard courage is a good term. And for sure an insult. If you tweet something at someone, it should always be something that you would say to their face. Overall, being robbed as she was is very nearly a worst-case scenario in terms of the bad things that happen because of fame. So while it's good to take some lessons to heart, you also need to take some of this with a grain of salt. Hopefully, by the time that North is 13 — the age of being old enough to use social media is still 9 years away — Kim will have struck a balance. Being rich and famous has its cost, but we'd for sure want North to be able to interact with her peers. Twitter already allows you to keep your account private. Just saying.

Josh Duggar Celebrates Son’s Birthday, Remains the Worst

For reasons that remain unclear, Josh Duggar’s four children remain in his custody. Equally baffling is the notion that his wife, Anna Duggar, decided to have a fifth child with Josh after learning that she’s married to a confirmed sexual predator. One would think that the most shameful member of the Duggar brood would at least have the decency to shun the spotlight, but Josh uses occasions such as his kid’s birthdays to remind the world that he’s still out there being terrible: On Friday, Josh and Anna’s son Marcus turned 4, and as you can see, his father marked the occasion by reminding the world that the boy is in constant danger. The blurry image above appeared on the Duggar family’s official Instagram page, and it’s the first time that the account has intentionally featured Josh in several months. There was a time when the Duggars went to great lengths to keep Josh hidden from view, even adding sun spots and other obstructions in post-production, in order to keep him off camera on Counting On . But these days, it looks as though the family might be gradually reintroducing Josh to the public … and many fans are understandably less than pleased. When 19 Kids and Counting was canceled amidst revelations that Josh had molested four of his sisters and cheated on his wife, it was widely assumed that we’d never again see the Duggars on television. When it was announced that the family would be returning to TLC with Counting On , fans were assured not only that Josh would not be making any cameos, but also that parents Jim Bob and Michelle (who helped cover up his crimes) would not appear on the spinoff either. The Duggars broke that promise within months, and both parents are now series regulars. Thus far, however, they haven’t dared to try and sneak Josh back onto television. Sure, they’d be risking their brand by doing so, but if he continues to gradually make more appearances on Instagram, can TV be far behind? Getting away with as much as the Duggars have can result in the sort of hubris that really knows no bounds, and it seems Jim Bob is feeling pretty invincible these days. Miley Cyrus Gets "Inspired," Pays Tribute in Manchester

Miley Cyrus was one of several musicians to take to the stage on Sunday night and bring a tear to the eyes of over 60,000 people in Manchester. Along with Justin Bieber, Chris Martin, Liam Gallagher, organizer Ariana Grande and many others, Cyrus performed at a concert whose proceeds went to the Red Cross’ We Love Manchester emergency fund. This fund was set up in the wake of an attack on May 22 that killed nearly two dozen people who attended a Grande concert in Manchester Arena. At one point during this special show, Cyrus sang a duet of “Don't Dream It's Over” with Ariana, while at another point, she went solo with a rendition of her new single, “Inspired.” It was an appropriately moving song for the occasion. Upon dedicating this performance to everyone in the crowd (and around the world, really), Cyrus added: “I’d like to wrap my arms around each and every one of you and tell you thank you from the bottom of our hearts “I am so honored to be at this incredible event surrounded by all you amazing people.” She continued: “For me, the most important responsibility we have on this entire planet is to take care of one another, and look what we’re doing today and how amazing that is.” It really is true. The concert appears to have been a mammoth success, both from a fundraising perspective (about $2.6 million raised) and from the perspective of lifting up a city in need.
