Source: Streeter Lecka / Getty Dion Waiters Reportedly Suffers Panic Attack After Eating THC-Infused Edible According to ESPN , NBA baller Dion Waiters suffered a panic attack on the Miami Heat charter plane after consuming a THC-infused edible . Waiters, who was MIA against the Lakers, reportedly received medical treatment when the plane landed after the flight from Los Angeles from Phoenix. Waiters has had a rough start to the season in Miami, and has yet to play in a single game this season. The Heat are reportedly frustrated with his lack of production after inking him to a huge deal. He is in the third year of his four year, $52 million deal with the Heat. He is also due $24 million through the end of his contract, though could miss a $1.2 million bonus if he misses three more games this year. This incident will make it even harder for the team to trade the veteran seeing as no team may be willing to take on all the drama surrounding the veteran player.
Source: Charles Sykes/Bravo/NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images Monique Samuels Charged With Second-Degree Assault After Alleged Fight With Candiace Dillard Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard are the epitome of ex-friends, so much so that one of them has filed charges against the other. “The Real Housewives of Potomac” is currently filming season 5 of the Bravo show and things are apparently so contentious that Monique got physical with her former friend Candiace. The RHOP star who previously threatened to “drag Candiace pregnant and all” apparently made good on the threat during an October 16 incident. PEOPLE reports that the two were at a dinner party alongside their RHOP cast members when Samuels grabbed Dillard by the hair and pulled her down . Bravo cameras were reportedly filming the incident the whole time. Candiace, 32, recently filed a complaint over the incident and Monique, 36, is now facing a second-degree assault charge and will appear before a judge on December 23. A second-degree assault conviction would come with potential jail time. Walker, Jr. provided PEOPLE with an exclusive statement. “At this time, we do not want to say too much and just allow the criminal process to play out. We only ask everyone to pray for our client Candiace and her family,” Walker said. “The physical assault, humiliation and emotional distress have all been very painful and difficult for Candiace, as it would be for anyone attacked so viciously,” he continued. “We also pray that Monique will get some help,” said Walker. “The summons to court charge of Second Degree Assault is just one step below first-degree assault and must be taken very seriously. This behavior has no place in our society.” Walker ended his statement by asking that “everyone respect the privacy of the parties and allow the Montgomery County District Court to exercise its duty here to protect victims like Candiace.” SMH, how dramatic. Likewise Monique Samuels’ attorney, A. Scott Bolden, tells PEOPLE that Dillard’s claims are “completely one-sided, inaccurate and unwarranted.” Bolden adds; “Ms. Dillard has a public reputation for aggressive, belligerent and threatening behavior that has played out repeatedly on the Housewives of Potomac for millions of viewers to see for themselves.” Bolden adds, “To be sure, my client did nothing but defend herself in the face of more very aggressive behavior by Ms. Dillard. If this event occurred during taping of the show, I am confident that the video will bear all of this out. My client has every right to file for a counter criminal summons, as well, and will consider doing so, while fully defending herself in this action that has been filed with the Court. Either way, I am confident that she will prevail on this matter. House / Getty Marquis Jefferson, Father Of Atatiana Jefferson, Dies The father of the Fort Worth woman who was gunned down by a police officer in her home has unfortunately passed away. A family spokesperson confirmed that Marquis Jefferson, 58, suffered a heart attack and died Saturday night at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. “Less than a month ago, he was working at El Centro, mentoring kids twice a week,” family spokesman Bruce Carter told KXAS-TV (Channel 5). “He just couldn’t get back from what happened with his daughter.” Marquis Jefferson first made headlines when he filed a restraining order to put a stop to his daughter’s funeral that was planned without him. The funeral was rescheduled and held October 24. As previously reported 28-year-old Atatiana Jefferson was shot and killed Oct. 12 in her home while she was playing video games with her nephew. The officer who killed her now faces a murder charge. This is all so, so, sad. Our condolences go out to the whole Jefferson family.

Well, it looks like fertility runs in the family! If you’ve been watching Teen Mom 2 in recent months, you know that Leah Messer spends a lot of her time and money these days taking her loved ones on lavish vacations. And her younger sister Victoria will soon be enjoying the company of a very special souvenir from a recent family trip to Costa Rica. Yes, as she revealed in September, Victoria Messer is pregnant with her second child. And to say the news came as a surprise would be putting it very mildly. Victoria’s pregnancy ignited a mini-scandal within the Messer family, but it appears that things have calmed down considerably in recent weeks. On Thursday, Leah hosted a gender reveal party for Victoria, and of course, her own daughters participated, as well. Twins Ali and Aleeah each held a balloon, one blue, one pink. They popped their balloons on cue, and the blue one was filled with the appropriately-colored powder, indicating that Victoria is having a boy. Leah documented the event in her Instagram stories, and as she pointed out, Victoria’s will be the first Messer boy of his generation! “It all started with these two and now it’s time for the FIRST BOY of the family to make an impact!” Leah wrote on Instagram. “He’s gonna do big things SWIPE to see the twins excitement‼️‼️ #proudauntie #simmstwins #itsaboy #blessings @victoriaaa233,” she added. It’s good to see Leah being so supportive of her sister. As TM2 viewers know, she openly wasn’t too thrilled when Victoria first shared the news of her pregnancy in a now-infamous scene from the show. “See when we came back from Costa Rica, I didn’t start my period when I was suppose to,” Victoria revealed, adding that she was not on birth control, as she deemed it “too expensive.” “Paying $200.00 a month is cheaper in the long run than paying for a college tuition, diapers, formula,” Leah wisely pointed out. Victoria then confirmed that she learned she was pregnant shortly after hooking up with “the Costa Rica guy.” “So I went a bought a pregnancy test and it was positive, Victoria added. “So we are having a Costa Rican baby!” We’re happy for Victoria — but we hope she actually knows her baby daddy’s name.
