When Jim Jones’ wifey, Chrissy said she thought that up-coming artist Somaya Reece needed to practice more–I thought she was just being a little facetious.  After listening and watching her video for “Would You Still Love Me” I now understand why Chrissy  said that. The semi low-budget video shows Somaya auto-tuning to her “love interest” in a bathing suit and mink coat. Reece is undeniably beautiful but her vocals are suspect! The Beastie Boys have released a hilarious trailer for their upcoming mini-movie Fight For Your Right – Revisited .  The mini-movie will be packaged with their forthcoming album, Hot Sauce Committee Part Two , due out in May. The Beastie Boys called upon some great acting talent for the 30 minute film, including Susan Sarandon, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, Danny McBride, Seth Rogen, John C. Mediatakeout dusted off their old VHS collection and found a B-movie starring “Love And Hip-Hop’s” Somaya Reece going topless. The video vixen turned aspiring rapper played one of the  good-time girls named Luci in a wrestling flick called Slammed .  CLICK HERE FOR THE PHOTOS It’s ironic that she was in a wrestling movie because her career thus far has been patterned after the WWE. Everyone from Tila Tequila to Joe Budden has been in some kind of public feud with this woman who has appeared in a commercial for Pepsi and recorded a few music videos. On “Love & Hip-Hop” Somaya has been in a televised beef with Jim Jones’ wifey Chrissy and the Capo had to put her manager in his place on a recent episode. Can’t we all just get along?
