Arrests: Hip-Hop Wild Child Chief Keef Arrested Again MINUTES After Pleading Guilty To 110 MPH Speeding Charge!

This kid just can’t get right… Chief Keef Arrested Shortly After Leaving Court For Speeding Charge Via Chicago-Tribune Rapper Keith Cozart, better known as Chief Keef, was arrested blocks from the Skokie Courthouse only minutes after he pleaded guilty to speeding 110 mph on the Edens Expressway last month. Cozart was blocks from the courthouse when he was arrested by Chicago police officers, officials said. Leah Starkman, Cozart’s lawyer, said he was arrested after his court hearing on a misdemeanor trespassing charge. Starkman didn’t know the details of the arrest, but said he was in custody at the Grand Crossing District station, 7040 S. Cottage Grove Ave., on Chicago’s South Side. She said she believes police were waiting from him to leave the Skokie courthouse. “He’s still being processed,” she said. “I haven’t seen the paperwork.” The 17-year-old rapper who has been arrested several times recently had pleaded guilty this morning to speeding and was later scolded by the judge who ordered him not to drive. “You think you’re invincible, and you’re certainly not,” said Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg. “Violate (conditions of the plea agreement) and you’ll find out you’re not. … I sure hope I don’t see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail.” Welp…hopefully Keef is prepared. Under sentencing guidelines for the Class A misdemeanor, Cozart could have been sentenced to a year in prison and fined up to $2,500. But the judge fined him $531, put him on probation for 18 months, ordered him perform 60 hours community service, and undergo random drug testing. He must also complete eight hours of traffic school. Dressed in a black T-shirt, plaid shorts, sneakers, and wearing a gold chain, Cozart made no comment in court. “If I were you, I wouldn’t take this deal if you can’t follow these conditions,” Hoffenberg said. “I’m really not sympathetic to people who don’t listen to me,” the judge added. Yeah sure, prison sucks, but from the looks of things Mr. Keef could use some time to reflect on his life choices and re-evaluate what’s important to him. Image via Twitter Continue reading

Ragusa, 31, pleaded guilty in April to three counts of lewd and lascivious battery in a March 2008 case involving a 14-year-old boy, and two counts of having unlawful sex with a minor in an April 2008 case involving a 16-year-old student. Ragusa has been in jail since she was arrested in 2008 leaving one of the victims' homes.Monday's sentencing included testimony from the victims' families, who depicted Ragusa as a sexual predator who caused severe emotional distress for their “Miss Ragusa maliciously and intently preyed on my son and the other boys,” said the mother of the 14-year-old victim. “She had access to their charts as far as their emotional behaviors. … I feel that she was very conniving … in picking these boys out and preying on them and using that to manipulate them and seduce them.” Prosecutor Rita Peters also… for full story click here http://www.waneenterprises.com/news/502 Did she get off light ?? added by: Wizzane
