Chloe Sevigny Finds Jennifer Lawrence "Annoying," Clearly Has Awful Taste in People

It’s almost as rare to find as a photo of Kim Kardashian with her clothes on, but THG has searched long and hard and we’ve done it. We’ve discovered the one person on this planet who dislikes Jennifer Lawrence. In the latest issue of V Magazine, Chloe Sevigny explains why. “So much [success] is about marketing and selling the product. They’ll have a really peppy funny girl on the talk show rounds, and everybody adores her and loves her and wants to be her or f-ck her, and then so many more people want to watch the movie or TV show.” Lawrence certainly is a talk show darling, even sitting in to host The Late Show during one memorable appearance with David Letterman. “I love when a movie star is a great movie star,” Sevigny adds. “I think Angelina Jolie is a great movie star. I don’t think I can be that, or just be an actor. I don’t think I have the charisma. Which is probably why I never reached another level. I like Emma Stone. Whenever she’s herself, she’s really cute. ” Jennifer Lawrence I find annoying. Too crass .” Yes, too crass . We would have accepted too clumsy … but too crass?!? 14 Reasons Why We Love Jennifer Lawrence 1. Up Next: ” 14 Reasons Why We Love Jennifer Lawrence .” We’ll be redirecting you shortly… Sevigny worries that people focus too much on “personality” over actual “acting ability.” “What I did on Big Love, Hit & Miss, and American Horror Story, it’s not like I’m just playing the same character over and over again,” she says, blowing hard on her own hard. “I would like to be respected more as an actress. It’s not like I can complain about anything. I think I’ve had great opportunities, but you can always have more.” Sure, maybe. But first you better check yourself before you wreck yourself, Chloe Sevigny.
