Harper’s Bazaar selected 20 women who continue to represent the best of British style – be it elegant, trend-setting, traditional or totally unpredictable. Kate beat out the stylish likes of Florence Welch, Tilda Swinton, Keira Knightley, Stella McCartney, Alexa Chung and her own little sister Pippa Middleton .
