DJ Trauma was honored with a Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège Toast (#PrivilegeToast). Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège Toast honors individuals who master their craft, doing exceptional work in their respective areas of entertainment, music, and business. The dinner was held Friday night with close friends toasting to Trauma’s continued success at Megu in the meatpacking district. Joining in on the toast were DJ Chyrstal, R&B singer Estelle, Dave Chappelle , Omarion, and many more. Trauma and guests enjoyed a specially curated menu and Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cocktails. Apart from the dinner, he was also gifted with a personally engraved bottle of Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège. Check out more photos below!

Jimmy Kimmel to Host White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner

The White House Correspondents’ Association has a found a host for its 98th annual dinner next April 28, and it should be a good one: Jimmy Kimmel. “I look forward to being a part of the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner,” the host of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live said. “I love dinner.” Attended by the President and First Lady, other senior government officials, members of the press corps and Hollywood A-listers, the event offers a rare chance to let loose in the buttoned-up, polarized and combative world of politics. Case in point: Here’s President Obama’s speech at this year’s: President Obama at White House Correspondents’ Dinner It’s not all for fun and laughs – it’s for a very good cause, too. Proceeds from the dinner go toward scholarships and awards aimed at supporting aspiring journalists and recognizing excellence in the profession. “Jimmy’s humor is sophisticated and edgy while appealing to a wide audience,” said Reuters journalist Caren Bohan, president of the WHCA. “We are so thrilled that Jimmy has accepted our invitation to be the featured comedian at our annual dinner.” Seth Meyers was the MC at the 2011 event.

Rumors are running rampant on Twitter that a Justin Bieber fan may have punched his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, at his birthday dinner in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. Biebs was in a great mood when he and Gomez went into Maggiano’s restaurant, but when they left, he was looking considerably less happy – and she had a cut on her lower lip. Ouch! So did a fan hit Gomez? Update: Her reps tell Zap2it there is “absolutely no truth to the story.” Phew! After returning home from the dinner, Bieber took to his Twitter, where he thanked fans for contributing to his Charity Water birthday project. “I see all the tweets. #ILOVEMYFANS” he wrote. The following morning, a photo of Bieber in the car with Selena was released in which he was giving n overly aggressive a paparazzo the middle finger and Gomez was covering her face.
