Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall made headlines today when he told reporters of a certain performance enhancing drug: “I’ve heard of some crazy stories. I’ve heard guys using like Viagra, seriously. Because the blood is supposedly thin… some crazy stuff.” However, the company behind this magic medicine says any athlete popping its drug should be aware: The pills “indicated solely for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED),” Pfizer tells TMZ, adding: “Pfizer has not examined the safety of Viagra in men without ED and does not promote or encourage the use of Viagra for any use but the treatment of ED.” Well, okay then. Perhaps if the players just relax and put a little less pressure on themselves, the yards will come easily on their own.
