Kim Kardashian "Handcuffed" to Kris Humphries, Lawyer Argues

The Kim Kardashian divorce case may have reached a tipping point today. First, Kanye West was actually deposed by an attorney for Kris Humphries, who asked the rapper… God only knows what about his relationship with Kardashian and how it has any bearing on her desire to ditch Humphries. Then, Kim’s lawyer – Laura Wasser – went off on the entire debacle, telling a Los Angeles County judge that her client is “handcuffed to Mr. Humphries… These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life.” Aside from supplying readers with the easiest punchline ever, she makes a good point. Kris signed a prenuptial agreement. What is the hold-up here?!? Wasser also expressed irritation, according to TMZ sources, that Humphries and his legal team are dragging this mess out, considering they haven’t even deposed Kim yet. She referred to the case as a “fishing expedition.” In response, Kris’ lawyer said all Kim has to do is agree to an annulment (which would void the prenup) and everyone could move on. In the end, the judge set a trial date February 15. Yes, that’s 16 months after the couple split. Who do you blame more for this divorce debacle?   Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries Oh my frickin God, they both just need to go far, far away! View Poll »

Ivanka Trump Denies Staging "Intervention" For Obama-Obsessed Donald

Ivanka Trump is blasting a report that claimed she and her siblings staged an intervention, asking father Donald Trump to back off his public bashing of President Obama. The Trump heiress took to Twitter today to call out the N.Y. Daily News: “I totally respect @realDonaldTrump’s opinions & right to articulate them, which is what I would’ve told @nydailynews if they’d call me to fact check their false story ,” she wrote. The Trump patriarch has taken a ton of heat – and kept late night talk show hosts in business – thanks to his repeated diatribes throughout the 2012 election cycle. A year and a half ago, he was beating the drum for Obama’s birth certificate to be released, insinuating repeatedly that the Commander-in-Chief was not a U.S. citizen. Obama eventually released the document, then eviscerated the Donald at the WHCA dinner. In 2012, he made a “bombshell” offer to donate $5 million to charity if Obama – who he continues to bash repeatedly and publicly – produced his passport and college records. This month, he ranted against the sham election and end of democracy as we know it. The level of vitriol was off-putting to many; according to the Daily News , his heirs decided to confront him and ask him to tone it down for the good of the Trump name. According to Ivanka, this never happened … although the way things are going for him lately, the fake sources the paper got this from may be on to something. He was our #1 Turkey of 2012 , after all … and there’s a Macy’s Dump Trump petition . [Photo: WENN.com]

Brandon Marshall on Viagra Use in the NFL: Common!

We all know Viagra can help men score. But can that little blue pill make a difference when an NFL running back needs to cross the goal line in a very difference sense? Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall made headlines today when he told reporters of a certain performance enhancing drug: “I’ve heard of some crazy stories. I’ve heard guys using like Viagra, seriously. Because the blood is supposedly thin… some crazy stuff.” However, the company behind this magic medicine says any athlete popping its drug should be aware: The pills “indicated solely for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED),” Pfizer tells TMZ, adding: “Pfizer has not examined the safety of Viagra in men without ED and does not promote or encourage the use of Viagra for any use but the treatment of ED.” Well, okay then. Perhaps if the players just relax and put a little less pressure on themselves, the yards will come easily on their own.
