Rihanna and Katy Perry were both on the list of MTV VMA winners . The BFFs were clearly among the night’s fashion winners, as well. Rihanna’s stunning white gown and newly-shortened hair were the talk of the show, even before she was seen kissing Chris Brown inside Staples Center. Often known for outrageous getups, she looked tremendous, an angel of the night in a floor length white dress which still showed some skin, RiRi style.
