The Bachelor creator and executive producer Mike Fleiss is facing criminal charges for harassing David Charvet and Brooke Burke. You won’t believe how. An arrest warrant was issued by the Los Angeles County D.A., charging Fleiss with the crime of disturbing the peace via the use of excessive noise. David Charvet and Brooke Burke have complained that Fleiss “initiated a campaign of terror and harassment” against them, and now we know why. In addition to making physical threats against them, allegedly … he’s been blaring barking dog sounds from huge speakers pointing at their property. It’s not clear why, but he apparently despises the married parents of four more than Reality Steve and The Bachelor spoilers that leak every December. Charvet and Burke tried unsuccessfully last month to obtain a restraining order, but the police evidently took up the case, and Fleiss will be arrested . Again, we have no idea what started the beef with Brooke and David, but The Bachelor honcho does not sound like a person you’d want as a neighbor. Fleiss, who married Laura Kaeppeler earlier this year, was reportedly uncooperative with law enforcement officials during the ensuing investigation. A few weeks after Victoria’s Secret got into hot water for its Perfect Body campaign , one of that brand’s models have fired back at critics who argue she has anything but the perfect body. Sara Sampaio – who is expected to walk the catwalk at the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion show – recently posted a picture of herself in a bikini to Instagram. And it was met with excessive insults from social media users who harassed Sampaio for being all skin and bones. In response, Sampaio posted a defense of her figure, coming down hard on folks for trying to make a woman feel badly about her body. “I’m proud of my body and I’m not gonna let any of you bully me just because I’m skinny!” the brunette wrote. “Every body is different, and every metabolism is different! “I eat a lot, so next time u decide to tell me to eat a burger remember I probably eat more burgers than you, I’ve always been skinnier, and probably will always be, I workout, I’m healthy and I’m happy!” Sampaio noted that she never criticizes anyone who is overweight and said there’s a double standard at work here: It’s not okay to diss a fat woman, but it’s apparently acceptable to critique a skinny woman. “The amount of hate I see thrown at me and to other model friends that I know are naturally skinny it’s ridiculous!” she wrote. “U don’t see us shaming other types of bodies so please don’t come and shame ours! “Be happy with ur body and stop shaming others! Ryan McPherson and Daniel Tanner, co-creators of the Bumfights video series, were recently arrested in Thailand on some seriously disturbing charges. The two men were charged with allegedly packaging actual human child body parts stolen from a hospital in Bangkok, and shipping them to the U.S. The packages were labeled as “toys.” According to multiple reports, Ryan McPherson and Daniel Tanner were apprehended after a scan of three boxes by a Bangkok parcel company last week. The gruesome discovery was reportedly intended for their friends back home in Las Vegas as a prank, but the authorities weren’t in a laughing mood. Their packages contained several body parts, including a child’s foot, an infant’s head, an adult heart and two pieces of adult skin (it’s not clear from where). The pair was taken into custody. Both men were released, however, due to lack of evidence, after being interrogated by law enforcement, and have since fled to neighboring Cambodia. McPherson and Tanner, for those unfamiliar, made millions in the early 2000s from their Bumfights videos, pitting homeless people against each other. Still class acts. The more information that comes out about the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta reunion fight , the more ridiculous the whole thing sounds. Case in point: Joseline Hernandez bit a piece of a security guard’s flesh off. The brawl on the set erupted , according to cast and crew, after Benzino called Stevie J a crack head, causing Stevie J to charge at his co-star. Stevie J’s girlfriend slash fake wife Joseline then got into it. Sneak-attacking Benzino’s fiance Althea, Joseline hit her in the face SO hard that everyone on the set heard a crack … then she yanked out her weave. Talk about adding insult to injury right there … LITERALLY. It worse from there, as Joseline went after Waka Flocka Flame’s wife, Tami Rivera, pulled at her weave as well, prompting Waka’s mom (seriously) to intervene. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Reunion Fight Waka’s mom reportedly punched Joseline in the head and ripped out her extensions in defense of Tami, at which point security finally got to Hernandez. Security booted Joseline off the set, but on her way out the door, she elbowed Mimi Faust in the stairwell and SHOVED HER DOWN THE STAIRS. And we haven’t even gotten to the most ridiculous part yet! When a security guard tried to subdue Joseline a second time after the attack on Mimi, she bit him in a fit of rage, tearing a piece of his flesh off. It’s not clear from where, but that’s a secondary point here. Not surprisingly, in the wake of this insanity, a number of cast members are making a play to get the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta producers to fire Joseline . No word on whether that’ll happen … but wow.
