Amy Roloff and Chris Marek: ENGAGED!! It’s Finally Happening!

A Little People, Big World star has some rather huge news to share: SHE’S ENGAGED! Amy Roloff has confirmed to People Magazine that she and Chris Marek have finally agreed to marry, several months after the Internet started to wonder in earnest just when this special development might take place. “I’m excited, I’m so surprised, I’m thrilled!” Amy tells People , adding to the publication: “I never in a million years thought I’d be getting married again, but I also hoped for it! Now that it’s happening, I couldn’t be happier or more excited.” Marek popped the major question at dinner on Wednesday night, a day after Amy’s birthday. He rarely talks to the press, but such a special occasion calls for a special opportunity, prompting Marek to say the following to People of Roloff and their engagement: “I was very nervous! It had to be a heart shaped diamond because I knew that’s what Amy wanted.” Mere days ago, social media users took a close look at a photo of Amy and wondered whether she and Marek were engaged. These same social media users had posed the same question numerous times before, figuring a proposal simply had to be in the works. Amy was previously married to Matt Roloff, with whom she shares four children: twin brothers Jeremy and Zach, 29, daughter Molly, 26, and youngest son Jacob, 22. She filed for divorce in 2015 after 27 years of marriage and recently opened up in her memoir about Matt at least having had an emotional affair toward the end of their relationship. Still, the exes remain very close, co-starring on Little People, Big World every season and even living on the same farm property until just a few months ago. Amy has been with Marek for about three years. In a December of 2016 episode of her family’s TLC reality show, Amy told Molly about her single life and hitting it off with Marek. “I’m having a good time,” she said way back then. “You know, I had a couple of pool parties. I had, like, 40 people here. No, I probably had, like, 50 people here. “Then this guy Chris that I met, he came to the party, too. We got to talking and he invited me to go on a motorcycle ride. Oh, I’m having a ball!” Since this time, since they started to get serious, Amy has accompanied Chris on a number of motorcycle rides and trips; she has often documented these outings on Instagram. Despite her clearly strong feelings for Chris, Amy often pushed back on the idea of getting married for a second time. Why? Because she feared getting hurt again — and also because she formerly had some doubts about whether she and Marek could truly work. Speaking with her girlfriends about her relationship with Marek in 2017, Roloff confessed that she didn’t think she’d find love with someone of average height. “I just never thought someone who is average size would be interested in me,” she said in a TLC clip from from that tear. “I just really want him to never question or doubt the relationship because I’m a little person…” “I just have a good time. I have fun with him. I never thought I’d be dating as a grandma, and it’s nice to experience that and be with someone.” Marek and Roloff just attended Jacob Roloff’s wedding last weekend. View Slideshow: Jacob Roloff Wedding Day: See All the Beautiful Pics! Their engagement news is merely the latest reason for this family to be quite excited for the year ahead: There will now be a wedding at some point… Tori Roloff is due to give birth around Thanksgiving… and Audrey Roloff is due to give birth in January 2020. So exciting all around!

Abby Lee Miller: I Was 10 Minutes From DEATH!

After well over a year of surguries, painful treatments, and intense physical therapy, Abby Lee Miller was able to walk again this month. Those few steps were a major accomplishment, and only now is Miller revealing how bad things truly got. Before her emergency surgery, she wasn’t just at risk of death — she was dying . Abby Lee Miller spoke to HollywoodLife at the Creative Arts Emmys. “I lived,” she begins, really setting the tone for how dire her situation was. Before surgery, Miller reveals, “the doctor said ‘we have 10 minutes or we are going to lose her.’” “And that is how close to death I was,” she grimly explains. Burkitt Lymphoma may have a high survival rate, but only among those who catch it in time. With Miller, it was a very close call for what doctors initially assumed was a mere infection. “This spinal cord injury, choking my spinal cord and all of that,” Miller says, came close to claiming her life. Even once she was out of the proverbial woods in that respect, she reveals, she remained paralyzed. “I can take just a few steps with the walker,” Miller detailed. Famously, she took a few steps on stage on The Doctors . We have included that video in this post. “I yell at friends all the time when I get frustrated and upset,” Miller admits. She explains: “I am like ‘why did you not just let me die? Dying’s easy, you just lay there, you know this is hard, it’s tough.’” Miller has expressed how her cancer battle made her want to die in the past. “And,” she continues. “They said ‘he did not give us a choice, he just said I am going in and we said oh, okay.’” Unless you have a DNR, that’s just how it goes. “I guess I have some more dreams to fulfill,” Miller reflects. “I have other things that I want to do,” she expresses. “And,” Miller reveals. “Doing other shows I am creating.” “And you know there is always a kid who needs to straighten their legs and point their feet,” Miller reasons. There’s the Miller we know and … know. Finding purpose in life through terrorizing children into dancing properly. “I was at the California Rehabilitation Institute. It’s amazing,” she says of her intense therapy to walk again. Miller shares: “It’s fabulous and you have therapy four times a day, four hours a day, every day, Saturday, and Sunday included.” “Now once they release you and your insurance says ‘that’s it’, then you’re an out patient and you go for an hour, three times a week,” she adds. “So you spend an hour getting there, you do it for an hour, and then you leave for an hour,” Miller admits. “And it’s really not the same intensity.” Even famous people have to deal with our absurd and nightmarish healthcare system. But through hard work, a refusal to give up, and expert care, Miller is alive and making improvements in her mobility. Her doctors have admitted that she has missed some screenings, but say that she is cancer-free. That is good news. Whatever we may think of her as a human being, no one deserves cancer. Sia Topless Painted Tits of the Day

Sia is a 42 year old hipster, raver, party girl, electronic music weirdo who has been around for a long fucking time, best known for her solo album and her videos of little girls from Dance Moms dancing creepily, but was previously a songwriter for a bunch of people….her biggest song probably TITANIUM by David Guetta that all kinds of cheesy club bros probably play at pool parties in their short shorts and think is a classic…. I know people like Sia, who are the same age as Sia and who grew up in the electronic music scene doing lots of drugs….I remember raves in the early 90s, and I remember the more sophisticated “acid jazz” music people who would show up at those raves…like SIA… So the happy and sad titty face pic is on the level of obscure you’d expect, but that we collectively can say despite being cheesy reaching try hard even though she’s made it shit, and despite being old tit, it’s still big tits…and that’s the kind of art I can appreciate even if I think all art is bullshit lies… JOIN THE NEWSLETTER YOU ASSHOLES! Abby Lee Miller Receives Visits, Comfort From Dance Moms Alumni

Abby Lee Miller continues to battle cancer as she recovers from her latest emergency surgery . Life in the hospital is … not fun. So who better to stop by to cheer her up than some Dance Moms alums? There were, of course, pictures. Take a look! Maesi Caes took to Instagram to share a photo from her visit with Abby Lee Miller. She doesn’t specify why she needed to wear a face mask, but we suspect that it may have been a precaution to keep her from infecting Miller, who is probably immunocompromised. “HERO,” Maesi writes, defining the word as: “‘An ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles'” From a certain point of view, Maesi suggests, this definition could apply to her former dance teacher. “…Miss Abby,” Maesi continues. “Thank you for being my hero.” Maesi wasn’t the only one who showed up to lend some moral support. “A very glum afternoon quickly turned BRIGHT,” Elliana Walmsley wrote on Instagram. “Seeing the BEAUTIFUL @therealabbylee!” her caption continued. Elliana gushed: “Loved chatting with her about old times, new times, and future times!!!!” “A visit wouldn’t be complete without getting a private lesson! Feet!” she jokes. “Let’s show Miss Abby SOME LOVE by commenting her fav emojis.” Abby Lee Miller herself shared an image of her with both girls, who were each wearing face masks. “I guess it doesn’t matter where I am or what I’m doing,” Miller writes in the caption. “The kids,” she says. “Always migrate right toward me!” She then makes a joke. Miller suggests: “I guess I’m more fun than their moms!” Back in May, Abby Lee Miller sported a wig while receiving a visit from another Dance Moms alum, JoJo Siwa. These days, JoJo is busy feuding with Danielle Bregoli . But in May, she made time for a visit. Keeping to her usual, uber-positive brand, JoJo wrote: “Got to see my favorite today!” “Abby you have changed my life for forever,” JoJo gushed. “I am so thankful for everything you have done for me. JoJo wrote that Miller taught her “Table manners, how to survive in a plastic bubble, and more!” “Thank you for letting us come by and visit you today!” JoJo wrote. “I love you. FOREVER.” Millerhas also been visited by her godchild, Maddie Pietrusinski. All of these visits are wonderful. Is there a risk that Miller could be exposed to some sort of outside germs or infection? Unfortunately, yes. But it seems that her doctors feel that the brightening of her mood brought on by these visits is worth it. Abby Lee Miller underwent emergency spinal surgery when she was suddenly experiencing paralysis. Sadly, it was worse than an infection. Miller was diagnosed with cancer . Specifically, Burkitt lymphoma. Though reports claimt hat Miller is preparting for the worst , the good news is that the recovery rate for this cancer is high, and that it responds quickly to treatment. Fans hold out hope that Miller will make a full recovery, and soon. It looks like she’s expected to make it just fine — because Dance Moms is holding auditions for its next season, and Miller herself is set to star. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Beat Cancer

Dance Moms Season 7 Episode 25 Recap: Welcome, Cheryl Burke!

Abby Lee Miller was a distant memory on Dance Moms Season 7 Episode 25 , and that’s because of Dancing with the Stars pro, Cheryl Burke showed up to take her place.  When the episode got underway, the mothers found out via social media that Abby Lee Miller had announced her intention to quit the show and it did not go down well with everyone.  This was especially concerning because nationals were just two weeks away and nobody knew what was going to become of the teams. Jill noted that she was shocked, but she probably knew.  The coach was facing a stint behind bars because of her tax fraud, so they should have gotten a backup plan in motion before her exit.  Ashlee continued to play bitter and trashed the dance routine from The Irreplaceables’ performance, and Holly was quick to point out that it was a good one.  Cheryl Burke appeared and brought along Ryan Ramirez to help sort things out with the girls. The moms knew a lot was riding on them making it through this next competition.  Cheryl quickly noted that the girls were lacking confidence and chalked it up to what was going on with Abby on social media. Their phones were blowing up because fans were reacting to the news.  Cheryl wanted the mothers to get on board with the team and stop talking about Abby. The mothers got mad when they heard the other girls were going to the same competition.  During rehearsals, the other girls were just not feeling it, and it seemed like they just wanted to roll over and give up. Cheryl decided it may be time to demote Kendall because she was not getting the routine.  The mothers then tried to blame themselves for the way their daughters were acting. Yes, it was terrible and proved just how toxic the environment is on this show.  Things with the other girls were not good, either. Abby had shunned them and told them they could not use the studio. They managed to reel in Miranda to choreograph for the girls. Stacy then said they should pay tribute to Abby with the performance.  That would be a good idea if Abby did not ditch them like a hot potato. They called the group routine “We Surrender.” Yes, they want Abby back.  Ashlee was struggling to come to terms with the fact that Christi and her followers were bashing her on social media. Jamie put it all down to the other moms being scared they win the competition.  At the competition, Chloe and Nia came in third place for their duet, but Camryn and Kendall secured a first-place finish. Abby’s girls managed a second place finish in the group routine, but The Irreplaceables crated in fifth place.  Abby then texted Miranda and fired her, but Ashlee and Brynn decided the show was not for them any longer and they departed. What does this mean for the other girls? Time will tell.  What did you think of the action? Sound off below! View Slideshow: Lifetime Reality Shows: The Ultimate Rankings!

Dance Moms Season 7 Episode 24 Recap: Farewell, Abby Lee Miller?

It’s hard to believe that The Irreplaceables were once part of the ALDC. What a difference a few weeks makes.  On Dance Moms Season 7 Episode 24 , the two teams went head-to-head at the FIERCE National Dance Competition, and Abby Lee Miller struggled to come to terms with a significant betrayal.  Watch Dance Moms Season 7 Episode 24 Online When the episode got underway, Ashlee wasted no time in going after Camille to let everyone know that she is nothing more than a snake. The big issue stemmed from Camille apparently saying Brynn was lying about her and Camryn making an appearance at the ALDC.  The terrible thing about all of this was the message they were sending to the swarm of young fans who were looking at them swear at each other.  The ladies retreated to continue to press the girls to do well at the competition. The Irreplaceables’ moms wanted this to be the thing that defined them for being away from Abby.  They wanted to achieve a win without the influence of her. Things did not get much better when Aisha showed up to find that the girls were still defying her.  She thinks the girls are struggling because they do not know much about how the industry works. This was not exactly what they wanted to hear, and it caused a lot of drama for them.  Kira took issue with the way Aisha was talking about everyone and felt like she was too hard on them. In reality, Aisha wanted them to be a success because it would look bad on her if they did not.  Aisha then took aim at Kalani for not paying attention to what she was saying. She worried that the girls would not be able to separate themselves from the pack if they went to an audition without their mothers.  Elsewhere, Abby appeared to speak to the ALDC mothers and went on another screaming session about how she made all of the others a lot of money by letting them be a part of her team.  But, why is she blaming them when she’s clearly the one who cannot handle having some money without causing some drama for herself? Things then went into overdrive when Abby bickered with a producer because she did not want to be in the audience to face the other mothers and disappears.  While Abby is hiding in the shadows, everyone learns the ALDC is doing “Where Have all the Children Gone?” and everyone seemed mad about it.  Things took another epic turn when the mothers threw sass at one another and went as low as trashing their daughters. The Irreplaceables take second place proving they are not the force they were with the ALDC.  When does Abby Lee Miller really leave? Next week, probably.  What do you think about all the action? Dance Moms Season 7 Episode 24 Recap: Farewell, Abby Lee Miller?

Abby Lee Miller: Back on Dance Moms! BLASTING Laurieann Gibson!

If people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, then what are the restrictions for people in prison? As we’re sure that you remember — because who could forget? —  Abby Lee Miller went to prison  for bankruptcy fraud. And yes, she’s still in the big house … if that’s still a euphemism for prison. But, through the magic of television, reality TV airs weeks or even months after being filmed. So Abby Miller is still on  Dance Moms  … sort of … and has a load of insults to share about the new dance teacher. Abby Lee Miller must have some nerve. We can’t honestly claim to be surprised, after all of her ridiculous aggression that she’s displayed on season after season of  Dance Moms . Dance Moms  is one of those reality shows that’s hard to watch sometimes. The moms and Abby are entertaining when they’re snipping at each other, sure. But it kind of just feels like  Toddlers and Tiaras , except that the girls whose lives are getting ruined right before your eyes aren’t just toddlers. Now, though,  Dance Moms  has a new dance instructor , since Abby is in prison. A-list choreographer Laurieann Gibson is there for the girls.  It’s a brand new day. We learned some details about the next episode of Dance Moms , and a familiar face will be appearing. Abby Lee Miller, with all of the calm and nuance of Nancy Grace and her general likability, too, had some issues with the choice that the various dance mothers had made. We’re guessing that Abby’s real issue was that they felt that the show could go on without her. Abby seemed to challenge Laurieann’s qualifications, because she had previously worked with older girls rather than starting with them when they were toddlers. Ashlee Allen, one of the moms of the series, defended their choice. “You put us all in a situation where we had to find somebody else, and when [Laurieann] came in, she was tons of energy and she was invested and she was here and she was working.” Abby decided to characterize Laurieann a little differently: “Well, she’s desperate for work. I’ve been working for six years non-stop … How good are you when you don’t win?” Abby’s priorities are more than a little nuts, but we knew that already. Mom Jill Vertes gave Abby what we can only describe as a taste of her own medicine. “It’s about creating workable dancers, not about doing the same eight-count and 52 turns to win a plastic trophy… [The girls] love Laurieann Gibson. They said they didn’t want you coming back.” First of all, that’s great because she’s acknowledging that there are priorities other than winning. Second of all, it’s great that the girls love Laurieann Gibson — something that we already knew — because these dance lessons are all supposed to be for the girls. (Not for their moms, not for the glorification of Abby, and  really  not even for the viewers) But third of all, that “they didn’t want you coming back” was something that Abby really needed to hear. Maybe, while Abby Lee Miller sits in her prison cell and processes everything that she’s done with her life and all of the choices that she’s made so far, she’ll come to understand why the girls she trained don’t seem to care for her. if she gets to see Laurieann’s teaching style, maybe Abby could even learn how to be a better person. She still maintains that she’s innocent of bankruptcy fraud, by the way, so we guess that she won’t learn any life lessons about crime. Abby has been sentenced to serve 366 days in prison, though, so there’s time for just about anything. No matter what Abby takes away from her experience, though, we’re glad that the girls are learning with Laurieann.

27 Scandals That Rocked Reality TV

Just when you think it can't get any worse than Kenya Moore going off on Porsha Williams, along comes Juan Pablo Galavis. And then just when you think the lowest rung of the reality TV ladder has been reached due to the outright racism of the Big Brother 15 cast, along comes Teresa Giudice actually going to jail due to financial fraud. And then just when you're willing to write these examples off as exceptions and embrace reality television again, along comes Josh Duggar confessing to sexual molestation and… well… … it doesn't get any more grotesque than that. Here is a look at 27 scandals that have absolutely rocked the world of reality television. 1. Josh Duggar Admits to Sexual Molestation That title says it all, doesn’t it? In the spring of 2015, Josh Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting fame apologized for molesting multiple young girls when he was a teenager. 2. TLC Cancels Here Comes Honey Boo Boo Give the network credit. It pulled the plug as soon as rumors spread of June Shannon dating her daughter’s former molester. EWWWWW! 3. Big Brother 15 Just the entire season, really. These homophobic and racist cast members caused us to lose faith in pretty much all of humanity. 4. Everyone Hates Juan Pablo Galavis Juan Pablo Galavis was asked about a potentially gay Bachelor and responded: “I respect [gay people], but I honestly don’t think it is a good example for kids to watch that on TV.” He then went out and sounded like an even bigger moron during the actual season. 5. Duck Dynasty Debate Phil Robertson also got in trouble for making homophobic remarks to GQ. He then issued a statement that read: “My mission today is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and mean are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me.” 6. Jon and Kate Plus HATE Jon and Kate Plus 8 was once a beloved show on TLC. Abby Lee Miller to Cheryl Burke: Watch. Your. Mouth!!!

Abby Lee Miller has been sentenced to over a year in prison. But the irritating reality star refuses to slink away quietly. Shocking, right? Two weeks after a judge told Miller she would need to spend 366 days behind bars , due to her admitted role in a bankruptcy fraud scheme, the ex-Dance Moms host has come out firing against the new Dance Moms host. Back in March, Miller laid into producers of this long-running Lifetime hit, slamming them as cheap and chauvinistic and quitting her job as star of the popular show. Just days later, Cheryl Burke was hired to take over on Season 8, which is filming new episodes as we type. After initially expressing basic excitement over the gig in her first set of public comments since being hired, Burke turned her attention toward Miller herself several days ago. Speaking to reporters backstage at Dancing with the Stars, Burke said the following about the effect Miller’s sentencing has had on her former students: “The girls are so precious, and I feel like they are traumatized from what has happened with Abby, and it’s important for me to still be strict and do what I do.” Added Burke: “I expect nothing but the best from the girls, but it’s also important for me to make them feel confident about themselves because they are all beautiful and talented.” Naturally, these words got back to Miller, who did not miss out on an opportunity to stir up a new feud. “I think it’s a joke,” the 50-year-old choreographer tells Us Weekly , expounding: “In my studio, every single day, I had numerous producers, [choreographer] Gianna [Martello] and some type of child advocate service person who’s the tutor/social worker who is there, who watches … everything that’s said, everything that goes on. “So, how could any traumatizing be going on? That’s ridiculous.” That’s a weird response, isn’t it? Burke is simply saying that the girls are having some trouble dealing with the fact that their former instructor is going to prison. As they should be, right? As Miller likely would even want them to be, no? But Abby isn’t even focused with her ex-pupils in this case. She’s focused on the woman who is taking her place on Dance Moms and she’s taking Burke’s remarks very personally. “I think that’s a really rough statement and I would never say that about Cheryl,” Miller tells the aforementioned tabloid. “I think she needs to watch her mouth.” Or… what? Miller is going to an actual prison. She will soon be spending actual time behind bars. She isn’t really one to be making threats at the moment. In closing, the Pittsburgh native also claims that Burke doesn’t have enough experience for her new job. “Doing a show for three weeks is nothing like doing a show for seven seasons,” Miller says, perhaps forgettign that Burke has competed on 19 seasons of Dancing with the Stars. In closing on our end, we’d like to say the following: Miller sucks. A lot. With her gone, perhaps we actually will watch Dance Moms online on or TV each week to see what Burke brings to the table.
