Stock Image by Getty Snow Tickets In South Chicago Hoods Are Staggering In Comparison To Wealthier Areas Data says the Chicago Police are issuing disproportionate amounts of snow tickets in the Black neighborhood of Englewood where a fist full of complaints to 311 are usual made about snowy sidewalks. In Northern, wealthier neighborhoods in city, where hundreds more complaints are being made, they are seeing fewer tickets. How is that even so?? According to WBEZ Chicago PD is abusing something called the “2 inch rule” in neighborhoods like Englewood. This rule says that if it snows over 2 inches, you can’t stay parked on a main street. But, according to a Chicago Police Department directive , cops aren’t supposed to issue “2-inch rule” tickets unless city officials declare weather severe enough for “phase two” of the official snow plan to kick in. These cops are just giving tickets without official word of SEVERE weather and poor folks are eating it. Other findings show that these poorer ‘hoods get more tikets for failure to shovel sidewalks. The CPD have yet to comment of the unequivocal amounts of snow tickets being issued around the city.

Broward’s Sheriff’s Office via Getty Images White Supremacist Group Says They Trained Nikolas Cruz A white nationalist militia is claiming to have ties to the Parkland school shooter. Jordan Jereb told The Associated Press that Nikolas Cruz participated in one or more training drills with his group, and had carpooled with other members to Tallahassee for the exercises. The group’s goal is to make Florida a white ethno-state and they’re said to participate in “spontaneous random demonstrations” and try not to participate in the modern world. Jereb said however that he didn’t personally know Cruz and denied that his militia was responsible for the murders of 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that Cruz carried out with an AR-15. Cruz is facing 17 counts of premeditated murder in the shooting. People are wondering however if Jereb and his Republica of Florida group are just trying to gain notoriety from the shooting.

If people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, then what are the restrictions for people in prison? As we’re sure that you remember — because who could forget? — Abby Lee Miller went to prison for bankruptcy fraud. And yes, she’s still in the big house … if that’s still a euphemism for prison. But, through the magic of television, reality TV airs weeks or even months after being filmed. So Abby Miller is still on Dance Moms … sort of … and has a load of insults to share about the new dance teacher. Abby Lee Miller must have some nerve. We can’t honestly claim to be surprised, after all of her ridiculous aggression that she’s displayed on season after season of Dance Moms . Dance Moms is one of those reality shows that’s hard to watch sometimes. The moms and Abby are entertaining when they’re snipping at each other, sure. But it kind of just feels like Toddlers and Tiaras , except that the girls whose lives are getting ruined right before your eyes aren’t just toddlers. Now, though, Dance Moms has a new dance instructor , since Abby is in prison. A-list choreographer Laurieann Gibson is there for the girls. It’s a brand new day. We learned some details about the next episode of Dance Moms , and a familiar face will be appearing. Abby Lee Miller, with all of the calm and nuance of Nancy Grace and her general likability, too, had some issues with the choice that the various dance mothers had made. We’re guessing that Abby’s real issue was that they felt that the show could go on without her. Abby seemed to challenge Laurieann’s qualifications, because she had previously worked with older girls rather than starting with them when they were toddlers. Ashlee Allen, one of the moms of the series, defended their choice. “You put us all in a situation where we had to find somebody else, and when [Laurieann] came in, she was tons of energy and she was invested and she was here and she was working.” Abby decided to characterize Laurieann a little differently: “Well, she’s desperate for work. I’ve been working for six years non-stop … How good are you when you don’t win?” Abby’s priorities are more than a little nuts, but we knew that already. Mom Jill Vertes gave Abby what we can only describe as a taste of her own medicine. “It’s about creating workable dancers, not about doing the same eight-count and 52 turns to win a plastic trophy… [The girls] love Laurieann Gibson. They said they didn’t want you coming back.” First of all, that’s great because she’s acknowledging that there are priorities other than winning. Second of all, it’s great that the girls love Laurieann Gibson — something that we already knew — because these dance lessons are all supposed to be for the girls. (Not for their moms, not for the glorification of Abby, and really not even for the viewers) But third of all, that “they didn’t want you coming back” was something that Abby really needed to hear. Maybe, while Abby Lee Miller sits in her prison cell and processes everything that she’s done with her life and all of the choices that she’s made so far, she’ll come to understand why the girls she trained don’t seem to care for her. if she gets to see Laurieann’s teaching style, maybe Abby could even learn how to be a better person. She still maintains that she’s innocent of bankruptcy fraud, by the way, so we guess that she won’t learn any life lessons about crime. Abby has been sentenced to serve 366 days in prison, though, so there’s time for just about anything. No matter what Abby takes away from her experience, though, we’re glad that the girls are learning with Laurieann.

This is an exciting time to be a member of the Roloff family. On Sunday, Audrey and Jeremy welcomed their first child, a precious girl named Ember Jean . She joins relatively new baby Jackson Kyle as the second grandchild in the Little People, Big World universe, as this adorable young fella was born to Tori and Zach back on May 12. That was four months ago exactly… and Tori has now provided Instagram followers with an update on her son. “And just like that our little man is 4 months old! Lots of milestones this month,” wrote Tori, following up on the same sort of post she penned on Jackson’s three-month birthday . Tori then proceeded to list Jackson’s latest accomplishments, which include the following: Baby J can hold his head up. We can roll over…sometimes. We want to put everything in our mouth. We went on our first airplane ride… to Catalina. We went to Disneyland. We love telling stories. We’re still not sleeping through the night. We weigh almost 16 pounds! And we got to meet our cousin Ember Jean! Tori concluded that “we are already so in love with” with Jeremy and Audrey’s daughter, while adding, of course, that she loves Jackson. And she included the hashtags “#babyjroloff #ZandTPartyofThree” toward the end of her caption. About a month ago, TLC resumed filming on Little People, Big World , with sources confirming Jackson will play a prominent role. Cameras followed around his parents throughout Tori’s pregnancy this spring and they are expected to document Audrey’s path to motherhood in detail this fall/winter. But expect to see plenty of shots of Jackson as well, with Tori and Zach taking him on multiple trips already. As mentioned above, he’s been to Disneyland… and he’s also cheered on the Seattle Seahawks in person… and he’s met his great grandmother and nearly all his other relatives as well. The Duggar Family can now count a new precious bundle of joy among its members. It was revealed via the family blog on Tuesday night that Anna Duggar and Josh Duggar have welcomed their fifth child into the world. His name is Mason Garrett… he weighed nine pounds and one ounce at birth… he measured 22 inches in length… and HERE HE IS: “We are so thankful and happy to announce the arrival of our new son, Mason Garrett Duggar. Both he and Anna are doing well,” reads the blog post, continuing as follows: “He arrived today without complication and we already adore him. The entire family is ecstatic over the arrival of another beautiful blessing. “We want to thank everyone for your prayers, kind words and well wishes. We appreciate it much more than we could ever express. “We pray God blesses each of you with an abundance of the kindness you’ve shown us.” Just as Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have named all their children with “J” monikers, Anna and Josh have chosen an “M” theme for their children. As such, Mason joins older siblings Mackynzie (seven years old), Michael (six years old), Marcus (four years old) and Meredith (two years old). The couple announced in a blog entry on the same Duggar website in March that they were expecting another child this year. This one came as a surprise because… well… Josh has quite the sordid family history. He admitted two years prior to this pregnancy announcement that he had molested two of his sisters, an ugly scandal that his parents helped him cover up. They didn’t report Josh – who was a teenager when his committed these heinous actions – to the authorities, choosing instead to handle the behavior internally. Duggar acknowledged this dark mark in his past upon announcing Anna was expecting once again. He wrote at the time: “For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family.” “Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust… We’ve learned that a life of faith and rebuilding a life together is simply done one day at a time.” As recently as last week, it was reported that Josh and Anna remained in marriage counseling . This report alleged that the ex-reality stars are “trying desperately to salvage their troubled relationship,” which was also placed in major danger when Josh confessed to cheating on Anna . Wrote Anna and Josh several months ago: “As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year.” “Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!” In August of 2015, Josh checked into a faith-based rehab facility in Illinois, not long after admitting he was addicted to pornography and had been unfaithful to Anna. He completed this stint in March of last year. Later this month, meanwhile, he and Anna will celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary. As for other members of Josh’s famous family? They’ve been busy procreating and getting married, per usual. Joseph Duggar exchanged vows with Kendra Caldwell this past weekend, while Joy-Anna Duggar announced late last month that she’s pregnant with her first child. Josh Duggar and Anna Duggar Welcome Baby #5!
They’re back! After what seemed like an eternity, the Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood crew made a triumphant return to TV screens, and boy, there was a lot of drama. On Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Season 4 Episode 1, Keyshia Cole joined the cast and had some upsetting things to report about her estranged husband, while some of the other stars made some significant changes to their lives. Let’s get to it. The biggest shocker of all was that Keyshia was a full-fledged regular on the series. She’s an excellent singer, so we’re glad we can watch her on a weekly basis. “It’s been a long journey. We about to put out the album and we’re going on a new tour,” she explains in a confessional. Talk quickly changed to Keyshia’s failed relationship with Daniel “Booby” Gibson, but she was surprisingly positive about reigniting the spark between them. The shocking thing was that Keyshia did not blame him for their split, and revealed that they were still living under the same roof. She also complimented him on being a great father to their son. Will they be able to fix their relationship? They do seem cute, and it’s certainly an interesting hook for Keyshia. Meanwhile, Hazel-E was forced to open up about why she has been missing from social events. “I was caught up in relationship drama with Mr. Katt Williams, but don’t get it twisted the comeback is real,” she says. She then went on to reveal that she’s no longer with Katt, and has traded him in for someone who is ten years younger than her. That seems to be the trend these days, so go Hazel-E! Talk turned to Hazel-E wanting to invite Nikki, Teairra, Moniece, and Masika to an event of hers. She was still not on good terms with Masika but felt it was time to fix things. Elsewhere, we got to find out that “a lot has changed” for Safaree Samuels. For a start, he’s in a brand new relationship with Nikki Baby. Secondly, he’s funnier than ever before. He mingled with Booby and Fizz, and they got talking about his new relationship. Safaree then said that Keyshia’s new song made it evident her relationship with Booby was on the rocks. “I could definitely relate bro. I could relate to being in a public breakup in front of the world and having songs written about me,” Safaree says, clearly making a reference to himself and Nicki Minaj not being a thing. At Hazel-E’s big event, Nikki shows up, and the other women are not impressed by her being invited. Moniece says, “Does she ever wear anything other than ‘I’m open for business’ outfits?” Nikki should probably get ointment for that huge BURN. Hazel made a grand entrance in a helicopter and got ready to perform, but Masika started yelling at the stage. A drink was hurled at Hazel, and her security had to get involved to tell the women to shut the hell up. Later, Hazel and Teairra argued about drifting apart, and Teairra said that Hazel was living off credit card fraud. “Everything about this little Hollywood persona that Hazel is trying to present is fake,” Teairra says. Yes, it was a low blow, but we love all the tension between the cast so far. They are all against each other. We also met a new cast member named Brooke Valentine and her boyfriend is still married, so there’s bound to be drama from that. Finally, Zell joined in for karaoke night, and Alexis was not impressed with him being included, so she hurled a drink at him. What did you think of all the drama? Sound off below! If you watch Vanderpump Rules online , then the thought of DJ James Kennedy probably brings to mind the image of a shaved ferret furiously pounding the play button on iTunes and wondering why women aren’t lining up to have sex with him. Or maybe that’s too harsh. Perhaps for you, DJ James conjures thoughts of a Harry Potter prequel that focuses on young Voldemort’s time as a West Hollywood club douche. Whatever the case, we’re all in agreement that James is the absolute worst. Unfortnuately, we have bad news for the James Haters out there, as it looks like Kennedy will be back for another season of pretending he has any reason to hang out around the rest of the Vanderpump crew. This year promises to be even more awkward than last, as James’ one pseudo-ally, Lala Kent, quit the show last summer. James needs someone to talk to other than the unseen middle-aged dude he rents a corner from (we assume his name is Ron), which might explain why Raquel Leviss is apparently being added to the cast. The news comes to us courtesy of a post on Scheana Marie’s Instagram page: Scheana posted the above pic during a day of filming, and the introductory tone of the caption led many fans to the impression that the folks she’s flanked by will be joining the Vanderpump family for Season 6: “My pageant queen and SUR’s newest!” Scheana wrote alongside the pic. The woman, of course, is pageant competitor and noted bad decision maker Leviss. She’s dating Kennedy, who we can only assume has some Trump pee tape -level dirt on her. The dude is a male model named Adam Spott, who is now, according to Scheana, SUR’s newest. We’re not sure what sort of ties Spott has to the rest of the cast, but it’s not the first time producers have tried to liven things up with a newcomer who never appeared on the show as a friend of an existing SUR-ver. It didn’t work out so well for Lala, or the ill-fated Vail Bloom (We miss you, baby girl.), but maybe the third time will turn out to be the charm. If nothing else, Spott will give the ladies of SUR something to look at other than Kennedy’s rage-contorted mug, and we’re sure they’re grateful for that.
