WARNING: If needles give you the heebies, you may want to avoid clicking “play” on the video below. Because even the needle-brave might shudder when they see Cynthia Bailey take it in the eye during a cosmetic procedure. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star visited Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Simon Ourian , the same doc who treats the Kardashians, to get her eyes done. The procedure is said to get rid of dark circles under the eyes in less than 15 minutes. But those 15 minutes seem kinda gruesome. Okay, kinda really gruesome. In the video below, Bailey receives a series of injections around the eyes, some of which come very close to the actual eyeball. And judging by how calm she appears, the woman either has a high tolerance for sharp objects coming at her face or she was on some awesome sedatives. Dr. Ourian, who shared the video to his Instagram page, describes the pain level for the hyaluronate injections as “none to moderate.” He uses only topical numbing to dull discomfort. If you're brave enough to endure the injections, it'll set you back between $2,900 and $5,900, depending on your individual circumstances. Here's how she looks now: Bailey shared the pic above of herself on vacation on Puerto Rico during the Memorial Day weekend. We're still not sure of the status of Bailey's marriage to Peter Thomas , but the two have been the subject of divorce rumors of late. There was some speculation that co-star Porsha Williams slept with Thomas , although those rumors were later debunked.

An employee at the Cincinnati Zoo shot and killed an endangered lowland gorilla on Saturday after a four-year-old boy slipped and fell into the animal's enclosure. A zoo official confirmed the incident during a press conference… and the Internet is now abuzz over who is to blame for this tragedy. The following piece of surveillance footage depicts Harambe – a 17-year-old, 400-pound gorilla – grabbing the child and pulling him around its habitat. This lasted for approximately 10 minutes, while the boy's mother and many other zoo guests looked on in helpless horror. Considering this a life-threatening situation, the zoo's dangerous animal response team acted by fatally taking down the gorilla, according to Cincinnati Zoo Director Thane Maynard. After the animal was shot with a rifle, the toddler was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He had non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to be just fine. “The child was not under attack but all sorts of things could happen,” Maynard said. “He certainly was at risk.” After the boy went under the railing, through a set of wires and over a moat wall, two female gorilla were called away from the scene. However, the male gorilla went to the moat, picked up the kid and started to drag him through the water and all around. Why were real bullets used over a tranquilizer? Because the latter would take too long to take effect, Maynard explained. Because the western lowland gorilla is a critically endangered species, zoo employees are in mourning today… even if understand why the shooting had to take place. Others, however, wonder why this precaution had to be taken if the gorilla had done the child any harm after 10 minutes. Watch the frightening video below and choose a side: did the employees do what needed to be done in order to save a child's life? Or should they have refrained from the fatal act because they understood Harambe would never have hurt the boy?

She was also involved in a minor hit-and-run before the fatal crash. By Kelley L. Carter Amy Locane Photo: Amanda Edwards/ Getty Images Amy Locane’s real life is playing out like a scene in the original “Melrose Place,” the 1990s TV series she co-starred in. On Sunday night, the 38-year-old actress was charged with killing someone in a drunk-driving accident. The Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office says Locane ran into the passenger side of another car in Montgomery, New Jersey, killing a woman who was sitting in the front seat, TMZ reports. The car’s driver has serious injuries and was flown to a nearby hospital; Locane, who also had credits in “Airheads” and “Cry-Baby,” was arrested at the scene and charged with a DUI. She was taken to a different hospital for treatment. The Newark Star-Ledger reports that the actress confessed to police that she’d consumed several glasses of wine before getting behind the wheel. The prosecutor’s office says Locane was involved in a minor hit-and-run accident right before the fatal crash. According to police, she had rear-ended a car a few miles away from the fatal crash, and when the driver of the other car tried to call police, the actress got back into her SUV and drove off, “swerving and knocking down several mailboxes,” the witness told police. She is charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault by auto. Officers said she smelled of alcohol, and they reported that the actress’ eyes were bloodshot and glassy and that her speech was slurred. If convicted, she faces five to 10 years in prison. Bail hasn’t been set.
