Aroldis Chapman Accused Of Choking His Girlfriend A baseball star has been accused of choking his baby’s mother and firing off a gun 8 times within their garage. However, with little to no cooperation from the victim, it’s not looking like charges will be filed… Via People : Cincinnati Reds All-Star pitcher Aroldis Chapman allegedly shoved and choked his girlfriend and then went into the garage of his Davie, Florida, home alone and fired eight rounds with a handgun into a concrete wall, according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE. The alleged incident occurred on Oct. 30 but was first reported on Monday in a Yahoo Sports report. The report states that Chapman, 27, “was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend… over information she obtained from his cellphone.” According to the report, Chapman’s girlfriend told cops that he ” ‘choked’ her by placing his hands around her neck, but did not prevent her from breathing at any time.” She also allegedly told them that he pushed her up against a wall and caused her to fall to the floor. Chapman allegedly admitted to cops that during the argument, he left the house and got into the passenger seat of his Land Rover, where he punched the side window with his left hand – his pitching hand – causing a laceration. After that, Chapman allegedly told cops, he locked himself in his garage alone and shot several rounds inside. Police recovered eight shell casings. But once cops needed to press charges, Chapman’s girlfriend changed her tune… No arrests were made in the incident. Investigator Mark Brent wrote: “Due to conflicting stories, lack of cooperation by the victim and witnesses, no physical injuries, and the fact that Mr. Chapman fired his gun in a closed garage with no one present, there is insufficient evidence to charge him with a crime.” Chapman’s girlfriend, who is the mother of his infant child, left the house with police still there, the report states. When Brent asked the girlfriend’s brother to pass along his telephone number, the brother allegedly told Brent that she probably wouldn’t call him, the report states. Interesting. Apparently the MLB is still looking into this one. No word yet on what plans, if any, they have to discipline one of their all-star players over this incident… Getty

Roselle police report that they discovered the dead bird, named Phyl, and learned about its abuse while investigating an alleged case of indecent solicitation of a child, NBC Chicago reports. David Beckman, 63, of the Chicago suburb, Roselle, faces three charges of harassment by telephone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of drug possession, attempted indecent solicitation of a child, cruelty to animals, and two counts of battery NBC Chicago reports. Both the battery and solicitation of a child charges stem from a case earlier this week in Roselle, which involved a child between the ages of 13 and 17, according to the Daily Herald. Beckman was being held at DuPage County Jail on Friday on $10,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for June 12. Sadly, the alleged animal abuse isn’t the only one to make headlines recently. In April, Kurtis Peterson, a Michigan man, was sentenced to up to 15 years in prison for having sex with two dogs. In February, Andrew Mendoza pleaded guilty to public lewdness and criminal trespassing for trying to make a baby with his neighbor’s horse. “I was thinking it would have a horseman baby,” he stated in a court document. My name is Hengi and I’m 17. Let me just start by saying how much I prayed to meet Justin someday. I’ve been a belieber since 2009 and on November 26, 2012 in Montreal I saw my idol for the first time. Well first of all, I went really early at the arena around 8:00 AM. I went there alone since none of my friends could come with me. There was about 20 girls waiting in front of the garage and I decided to wait there also. Around 9:00 AM we saw a bus coming and we started freaking out. His grandma and grandpa were inside . When the bus left in the garage, suddenly Diane comes out and starts talking to us. I was right behind the fence so I was talking to her mostly. Some girls took pictures with her but I didn’t want to bother so I didn’t ask for a photo. I gave her a scrapbook that I made for Justin (which I worked on 2 months before the show). She was really sweet and she told me, “Don’t worry! I will give it to him”. When she left, I had a little hope. I was determined to see Justin. At 11:30 AM, some girls started leaving because it was too cold and they couldn’t wait any longer. Since that was my only chance of seeing him, I still waited. After a while, a man came out and he told us that Justin would come out later with Alfredo on his segwey to meet us. I was so happy. I did not move from my spot and I stayed right behind the fence. Around 1:00, a lot of girls started loosing hope and they left. Some of them still stayed there though. I could barely feel my fingers and my toes, it was extremely cold. I knew that Justin knew that we were waiting for him to come outside in the cold. I know my idol, and I know he would not let us stay there for no reason. Suddenly, as soon as the door of the garage opened at 2:00, I turned around and there he was. My heart was racing, my hands were shaking and all I could see was his beautiful face and his huge hat. I didn’t even scream or say anything. He came right in front of me and I made an eye contact with him. As soon as everyone saw him, they all ran in front of the garage, I decided to go inside and take a picture with him but it was getting too crazy. People were pushing and screaming. Unfortunately I couldn’t take a photo with him but I got pictures of him. He kept saying “I love you!” to everyone and he was sending kisses! He really tried to take pictures but he couldn’t or else girls would attack him. Since there was too many people running towards the garage he decided to leave before it would have gotten crazier. As soon as he left, I started crying. I couldn’t believe that Justin Bieber, my idol, was right in front of me. The security guard who was there told us that Justin was the first artist who ever came out to meet his fans and that he actually cared and wanted to sign autographs. Me and a random girl that I met couldn’t stop crying together. We were in shock that he was just in front of us. That day, was the best day of my life. Not only was the show amazing over all, but the fact that I got to see him 2 feet away from me was the best feeling in the world. It all started on April 28th, 2012 when I came to NYC to look for Justin. I am from Endicott, New York and I live about 4 hours away, but I don’t care because it is for Justin. I came up looking for Justin because my friend told me where he was staying, so I went to his hotel and I waited for him. There were only about 15 people there so I thought for sure he would stop. I waited about an hour and none of us could figure out which way Justin would come out of. Justin’s driver pulled into the garage in the back of the hotel so we went there hoping he would stop. It was 12:44 pm and the garage started going up. All of a sudden Justin’s car was pulling out and HE WAS IN IT!!! He rolled down the window and took pictures with all of us. He told me he loved me and it was amazing! It was a GREAT day. Then on Friday, June 15th, 2012 I went to the Today Show because I had fan passes. I could barely see him and it was so upsetting. After the concert me and my friend went inside Rockefeller Plaza, where all of Justin’s people were leaving out of. I got a picture with Alfredo, Big Sean, DJ Tay James, Justin’s one blonde dancer, and Scooter Braun. Justin left right after the Today Show and went to Toronto. I drove home after the Today Show and thought, I will never meet Justin again, and that was a once and a lifetime chance, and it will never happen again. When Justin came back on Monday I couldn’t go to his signing or the concert at Apollo because I had testing. My life was terrible. On Tuesday June 19, 2012 I decided I will go to NYC that night to try and meet Justin again. That night I went to NYC after my Bio regent. I got to his hotel at 9:40 pm and 10 minutes later Justin ran into his hotel and nobody saw him. I was almost in tears thinking he isn’t coming out and I was so upset. Luckily Justin’s car was waiting outside and I thought maybe he will come back out. All of us waited about 5 minutes and Justin came out. He walked into the crowd and took two pictures with me. I accidentally covered the flash so it didn’t come out that good so I asked Justin for another one, he said sure! Then he left. I decided that I was going to wait and stay and try to get him again. Later that night I got a picture with Ryan Good. Everyone kept leaving during the night because everyone thought he switched hotels. Well I ended up waiting by myself. It was 3:30 in the morning on June 20th, 2012 when Justin’s car pulled up in front of the hotel. Justin came out and he took a picture with me! He then started walking away and he rolled up his sleeve and goes, “Do you like my new tattoo? That’s where i just was, getting it done.” I said yes and he was so nice! I WAS BY MYSELF!!! I drove home that day. When I got home I got an email saying that I got chosen to go to the Fuse recording . I called my friend and asked her to come up with me tomorrow to go see Justin. On Thursday June 21st, 2012 me and my friend drove up to NYC to go to the Fuse. When we got there, we waited in line. I asked Justin a question during the Fuse and he answered it. He was so nice and sweet. Later that night after Fuse, me and my friend went to Justin’s hotel and were hoping to meet Justin. Sadly Justin left and went to a dentist appointment and we didn’t see him. We met Ryan Good, Alfredo, and Scooter that night luckily. That week Justin’s album came out I went to NYC THREE times, driving four hours each way! I am so thankful and happy that I was fortunate enough to meet Justin and have the experiences I did with him. I remember I used to be that girl that would read these experiences and cry because I wanted to meet him so badly, and now I am one of those girls writing this experience . Thank you so much for reading this, and I hope to one day be reading your experience as well. NEVER SAY NEVER and don’t give up. My name is Gia, I’m 16 and from New Jersey. I saw Justin’s tweet about how he was going to Usher’s Broadway show on April 27 th . I begged and cried to my mom about how badly I wanted to go, and eventually she gave in. We took a train to NYC at 8:45 and arrived at 10 PM. We took a taxi to the theatre Justin was at with Usher. Once I got there, there wasn’t many people, but they had said Justin had just went inside and said he would meet us after. We waited 2 long hours, and finally he came outside at midnight. He went to go take pictures with us, and everyone was screaming and surrounding him. He then ran away right to his escalade and took off. A few of the girls knew where his hotel was, so we sprinted to the subway to then get to the hotel. Once we got there it was 12:20, and we weren’t sure whether to wait by the front door or the back door, but we decided to wait by the back. The big garage door was open so we figured we’d have the best chance of seeing him there. The guards kept telling us to go away and they eventually shut the door to trick us, but we didn’t leave. We all kept standing there, and eventually the garage door opened again so we knew Justin had to be coming in that way. About 15 minutes later, I saw his black escalade turn the corner and I was so excited. It went right into the garage and the door started shutting. Once it fully shut, I thought it was over. I was disappointed because I was like, “Well that’s it, another chance to meet Justin is gone.” We were saying, “Justin come outside!! There are only a few of us! PLEASEEE.” Less than a minute later, the garage started opening and I saw Justin’s red Supras walking towards us. I almost passed out lol. He said, “Guys I’m really tired” a few times and I said, “Justin I came from Jersey and I’m about to miss my train back, can I please take a picture with you?!” and he said, “Yeah come here” so I walked over by him and he put his arm around me and my mom took a picture of us. I said, “Thank you so much, can I give you a hug?” and he said “Yeah” and I squeezed him so tight. I didn’t wanna let go! I said thank you again and walked away. He then walked into the hotel and I walked outside and started hysterically crying. My dream had just come true. Now it was 12:50 AM and the last train back to New Jersey was at 1:20 AM so we had to run back to the subway to get to the train station to get home. We ended up missing our train, and had to wait a little while for a connecting one. Lets just say it was a night of running around, and tears, happy tears to be exact. I never thought I would get to meet him, but my dream finally came true. I really appreciate Justin taking a picture with me at 12:33 in the morning when he was exhausted.
