Now Lindsay Lohan has taken her crusade against her estranged father, Michael, a step further and asked her lawyer to take legal action, pronto. The alleged actress contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, Wednesday, to request an immediate restraining order against Michael Lohan
