A heartfelt congratulations is in order for Scott Porter and his girlfriend of four years, Kelsey Mayfield: they’re engaged!!! An insider confirms to Us Weekly that the Hart of Dixie actor proposed in late January and the couple is now living together in Los Angeles. Mayfield, a casting director, met Porter on the set of Friday Night Lights , but didn’t know at the time that he portrayed Jason Street, one of the drama’s main character. “They hit it off regardless, and one week when Kelsey was going on a trip, Scott gave her some DVDs of the show,” a source says . “Of course she was laughing when she found out [he was on the show] and called him.” Awww, what a sweet story! Our names are Aliah & Kelsey (@SmallTownBelieb) & after a couple months we’ve finally decided to share our Bieber experience! One night we were sitting on our Twitter and saw a way to attend the ‘Never Say Never’ Los Angeles premiere . We of course, freaked out! We emailed Paramount Pictures and they sent us our tickets. We couldn’t believe we got to see Never Say Never before anyone else! So, the next day, we got up early and drove to LA where we stood in line for HOURS. We figured we would stand in line, watch the movie and leave. Boy were we wrong… When it was time for us to go in, they took us to the PURPLE CARPET, where we stood and met ALL of our favorite celebrities! We got tons of hugs and autographs. It was all too amazing. We had already had the time of our lives, when we saw THE BIEBER CREW walk onto the carpet. We were instantly in shock!!! Scooter Braun, THE Scooter Braun came and talked to us for around 10 minutes. Then Ryan Good came, well everyone from the crew. At this point, we don’t think our night can get any better. Next thing we know it, we hear the loudest screams we’ve ever heard, we look over and there stood JUSTIN DREW BIEBER! We were speechless. He was literally standing RIGHT in front of us. Like, our noses could touch. He signed some stuff, told us he loved us and went down the rest of the carpet. After everyone had cleared the carpet, sercurity took us into the arena where Justin, Scooter and Usher gave a speech. Then we watched Never Say Never. We were all over the news. We had spent our night with our idols. It all felt like a dream . We will never take anything for granted every again and we will NEVER SAY NEVER. Febuary 9th changed our lives. Thanks a lot, Kelsey Grammer. You’re forcing us to actually take the side of your ex-wife. As this former couple battles it out for custody of their children – the case is expected to be heard in early July – TMZ has uncovered a letter that paints Kelsey in an even worse light than Hank did. In a document dated April 29, and sent from Kelsey’s lawyer to Camille’s attorney, the former sitcom star actually requests that his children are separated. The letter reads : “Kelsey proposes … Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason,” adding that Kelsey would then enroll his six-year son in a school in Chicago. Camille has filed for primary custody of both kids in response, in order to keep them together. Stan Rosenfield, Kelsey’s rep, didn’t deny his clients demands, simply saying in a statement: “Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidential documents to TMZ and other media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation. “There is no valid reason to drag the Grammer children into any media spotlight.” Whose side are you on in this battle? For a guy who reportedly enjoys sex like a woman , Kelsey Grammer is taking a manly stance in his divorce proceedings with Camille Grammer. The actor has made his case to a judge that he’s taken every step necessary to be legally free forever from his wife. In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kelsey is asking the court to officially grant the split. Please just kiss Kelsey goodbye already, Camille. The only things holding it up: greed and vindictiveness. Camille has turned down a $30 million offer already, and now Kelsey refuses to put up a $10 million bond that would keep everyone honest while they negotiate the final settlement. Kelsey wants to be free from one marriage so he can begin a new one: he’s engaged to 29-year old Kayte Walsh. A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday. An anxious world awaits.
