The reality star reportedly just laid down $6 million for a new home in Hidden Hills, California, a gated community adjacent Calabasas, where she currently resides, reports TMZ. Kylie’s posh new mansion is just down the street from her mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian. The 7,000-feet Cape Cod-style home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and features a swimming pool, wine cellar, and of course, a walk-in closet that’s probably bigger than my apartment. Guess her old house was just so 2015. Kylie moved into her previous mansion just last June, but it sounds like she’s bored of it already. That one set her back $2.7 million, so these new digs are an upgrade. Looks like those Kylie Lip Kits are really taking off. The world breathed a sigh of relief while pedophiles around the world mourned when she broke up with Tyga a few weeks ago. Since then, she seems to have moved on. On separate occasions, Kylie has been spotted with Ty Dolla Sign and PartyNextDoor , confirming her preference for unheard-of rappers with bizarre monikers. Former Grey’s Anatomy leading man and newly-single Patrick Dempsey continues to make 2015 a year of dramatic changes in his life. His latest? Putting his unique estate in Malibu up for sale for a whopping $14.5 million. The home boasts three acres of land, three bedrooms, ocean views and a yard composed of a spacious pool, fire pit, climbing wall and a pizza oven. “We were looking for a little land and space, and a house with some architectural significance,” Dempsey shared with Architectural Digest in 2009. He added, “Everywhere you looked there was something visually pleasing. The simplicity appealed to me, and the inside felt expansive and calming.” The home was originally purchased in 2009 for $7 million; Dempsey shared the property with his wife Jillian Fink and the couple’s three children. Fast-forward to today and Patrick and Jillian Dempsey are divorcing and he has left Grey’s Anatomy after 11-plus seasons on the ABC hit drama. There are reports that Patrick was fired by Shonda Rhimes following an earlier suspension stemming from his poor work ethic and attitude. In any case, he’s out the door … in every facet of his life it appears. So where’s he headed next? In the real estate world, Dempsey found another home about a mile from Venice Beach, Calif., for a modest $1.9 million. Florida Woman Filmed Herself Being Raped By Parole Officer A parole officer in South Florida was fired and later arrested last week after a woman who was serving probation accused him of raping her, and provided video evidence of one of the alleged rapes. Yes, she filmed her own rape… Via News Mic reports: WSVN reports that the accused parole officer, 50-year-old former Florida Department of Corrections employee Zachary Thomas Bailey, assaulted the woman twice after using his authority to force his way into her home. In the first encounter, she accused Bailey of blocking her in her bedroom and touching her genitals. In the second, the woman says he raped her. “The victim said she recorded the [second] incident on her phone not only so police would believe her, but so Bailey would not be able to write a false parole violation against her for reporting the rape,” WSVN reported. “This is someone who is hired to protect you, hired to say, ‘Hey, protect the society,’ and you don’t expect your probation officer to be acting in this manner,” Coral Springs Police Lt. Joe McCue told WSVN. “The victim said, ‘This is rape. This is rape. I don’t want you to do this.’ Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail.” According to records examined by the Sun Sentinel, Bailey has no prior arrests and had at least four prior recognitions in 1997, 1999 and 2002, including two for “‘outstanding efforts’ regarding contact standards.” Lock this sicko up for life and film someone taking his cookies in prison!
Emily Creno, an Ohio mother who subjected her four-year-old son to numerous medical tests in an alleged cancer hoax, was arrested on Tuesday. She was charged with a third-degree felony for child endangerment following an ongoing scheme in which she claimed he was dying of cancer. In December of last year, she allegedly began an elaborate hoax in which her young child was initially taken to a hospital for seizure-like symptoms. Over multiple visits, he underwent at least 20 blood tests and more than 150 hours of inpatient monitoring, along with other tests, reports indicate. Creno also shaved her son’s head regularly. “Each time [the child] was brought into the hospital, staff was unable to find any signs or symptoms of medical distress,” a statement of facts said. That fact appears to have been kept from friends, family and others looking to help. Several Facebook groups organizing donations sprung up in response. One of them, “Champions for the Creno Family,” had almost 150 members at time of writing. At least 20 people claimed to have donated money or goods. All the while, the boy was subjected to tests for a disease that he never had, and – according to his father – given medication that he did not need. In May, the Ohio boy’s father, John Creno, told the Columbus Dispatch that taking the needless seizure medications had left his son unable to walk. “He could hardly walk,” John Creno said. “He could not talk at all.” “You could not understand a word he said. He would literally sit on the couch, tell you he had to go potty and, before you could help him, he already wet himself.” John Creno said he had no idea his wife was lying to him. The couple have since divorced, which is not hard to believe after going through this. Police were first tipped to the possible fraud by a woman who had a daughter with leukemia and thought online updates about Creno’s son made no sense. Damian Smith, the detective assigned to the case, said the Columbus physician whom Creno said was J.J.’s oncologist had no knowledge of the child. In a Facebook support group, Creno claimed to have worked as a nurse at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where her son received numerous tests. However, an investigation by WBNS revealed that Creno not only never worked at the hospital, she has never even been a licensed nurse in Ohio. The child’s father said above all, he was concerned about his son. “He was told that he was going to see Donna,” John Creno said. “Donna was my mom, who passed away from cancer. So telling a 4-year-old, ‘You’re going to go see Donna’ … he thought he was going to die.”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were seen checking out renovations to their mansion, which is undergoing an extensive makeover, in Bel Air yesterday. “It’s not close to being done, but it’s coming along,” a source said of the $11 million property, which the parents of North West purchased back in January. The home will be complete with with a gym, movie theater, bowling alley, basketball court, pool, and a hair and makeup salon … plus the usual stuff. For the time being, the new family is living with Kim Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, in Calabasas, Calif., just how the momager likes it no doubt. No word yet on the potential end date for their home renovations , or whether little baby Nori will have her own staff, butler and servants’ quarters. Still no sign of her since the North West photo reveal on Kris Jenner’s talk show, which looks to have mercifully been sacked after a rough summer.
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans recently moved in with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith after a few months of dating, which is like years in regular person terms. Now they’re moving into their own place! Which they bought! That’s right, Jenelle Evans , who’s still married to Courtland Rogers, is officially a homeowner! Jenelle broke the good news on Facebook, posting “We bought a house!!! With Nathan Joseph Griffith,” along with a picture of the charming home. “The picture was taken a long time ago, it’s from the post online,” she tweeted of the shot, which was stamped May 2. “Ill take more pics tomorrow.” Jenelle’s well-kept (for now) pad is in Myrtle Beach, S.C. , and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a stainless steel kitchen, and a two car garage. All in a nice neighborhood, too, for $134,000! NOTE: We need to move to Myrtle Beach. The quiet street should offer Jenelle plenty of privacy, which she’ll forfeit by posting her entire life on social media, but still. Good for raising a family. That was apparently a factor in seeking out a coveted school district, so her son Jace will be able to get a great education once she regains custody. So basically Jace will be enrolling in whatever school is closest to Barbara Evans in Wilmington, N.C. But it was a nice thought by Jenelle at least. It’s not clear who owns the home on the deed, which will no doubt become a point of contention if and when she and Nathan Griffith call it quits. But for now, congrats, you kids!
