Kevin Ward Jr., the 20-year-old racing prospect killed in an accident by NASCAR star Tony Stewart, is being mourned across his native New York State and beyond. While no criminal investigation into Stewart’s conduct is underway, Ward’s relatives and friends are taking Tony to task for his actions in the wake of the tragedy. His car swiped Ward’s, which spun out of control, at which point Kevin exited his car and began roaming the track on foot, pointing at Stewart. Then tragedy struck. Tony Stewart Kills NASCAR Driver Kevin Ward Jr. in Track Accident; Police Investigation Underway

NASCAR star Tony Stewart is under police investigation after taking the life of fellow driver Kevin Ward Jr. in a horrific accident yesterday during the Empire Super Sprints series event in Canandaigua, New York. Ward was 20 years old. His vehicle had crashed into an outside wall after being clipped by another driver (believed to be Stewart). Ward proceeded to exit his car walk on to the track to confront Stewart. In the following video, you can see Ward pointing his finger and yelling, as one car swerves to avoid him and then Stewart’s No. 14 plows into him.
