With dozens of teams fighting for every loose ball and every tip, it’s no doubt that the Final Four NCAA games will be a spectacle to watch! You can watch the NCAA Final Four Games online via live stream free. The NCAA Final Four game times to watch the basketball tournament  are as follows. The NCAA Final Four will start on Saturday, April 3rd. The first Final Four game time begins 6pm EST (3pm PST). The exact ball tip off is set for seven minutes after the hour. The first game will be between Butler and Michigan State. This first game will be followed immediately by the second Final Four game in approximately 30 minutes after the first one ends. This is tentatively set for 8:47pm EST (5:47pm PST). The second Final Four game time is for Duke and West Virginia.
