The little one just celebrated her first birthday and both parents were absolutely gushing over just how obsessed they are with their bundle of joy via Instagram pictures and long caption tributes. With how much these two stars seem to love being parents, it’s really no surprise the couple might already be thinking about having another baby already. Kylie posted a picture with her baby daddy on Saturday night, only hours before his performance at the Super Bowl halftime show is set to go down. The two are cuddle up on a staircase looking happy as ever, and to make matters even more lovey-dovey, the makeup mogul captioned the photo, “baby #2?” Almost immediately after Kylie posted the photo along with the cheeky caption, she responded to a comment asking if she was pregnant clarifying, “no, lol”–but that doesn’t necessarily mean the couple isn’t trying. Beside the obvious explanation that the “baby #2” caption could mean Jenner and Scott are in the mood for another one, Ky could also just be poking fun at the constant questions she gets about having another baby after only a year since Stormi’s birth. Just a couple weeks ago when Kylie announced she had something exciting to share with the world on Twitter, she got a boatload of questions about whether or not she was referring to being pregnant again. Dan Toler Dies; Allman Brothers Band Member was 65

Dan Toler, a guitarist best known for his run with the Allman Brothers Band in the 1970s and 1980s, has passed away. He was 65 years old. The musician died Monday due to complications from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease. He had been suffering from the illness for two years. Toler joined the famous group in 1979 and played with it on three albums. By the end of his life, however, the artist was unable to speak or play his beloved instrument. “It is with great regret and sadness that our dear friend and loved one, Dan Toler, passed away peacefully in his sleep last night,” read a post on his Facebook yesterday. “Future service to be announced. Please keep Debbie and the family in your prayers. We would also ask at this time that you would respect the family’s privacy. The Toler family thanks you for all your love and support.”

Lindsay Lohan Smelled of Alcohol During Car Crash; New Plea Deal in the Works

Lindsay Lohan may have been drinking just before she crashed her Porsche last June on Pacific Coast Highway, but a field sobriety test was not performed. Law enforcement sources say a bottle of alcohol was found next to Lindsay’s Porsche, and her breath smelled of alcohol; it’s unclear if she was drinking. Despite this new revelation, prosecutors are reportedly offering a new plea bargain that does NOT involve jail, proving she truly is the luckiest person alive. The Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer Lindsay 60 days in a rehab facility in her lying-to-cops case, four months less than their initial offer. In addition, the City Attorney wants Lindsay to attend another set of AA meetings, and do community service – closely monitored, not a la Chris Brown . To be clear, Lindsay faces both criminal charges for lying to police in the wake of the crash, and the probation violation that offense potentially triggered. It’s not a good position to be in, but like always, she may escape it. TMZ says the wild card is that the L.A. City Attorney is also involved because they’re handling the jewelry heist case where Lindsay is still on probation. Up to now, we’re told the L.A. City Attorney wanted jail time for the probation violation, but the prosecutor may clear a path by backing off that position. The plea bargain meeting between prosecutors and Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller – who previously alleged Lohan was not read her rights – is today. Stay tuned for those fireworks. Will Lohan do time? Forget wah-wah . There’s only one sound Kim Kardashian hears when thinking of her impending child: KA-CHING ! The reality star has started to cash in on her pregnancy, blogging Monday after a “super comfy” pair of mommy jeans that are designed by J Brand. “I feel like I’m back to my old self and I’m so happy!” Kardashian wrote on her official site. “With this being my first pregnancy I’ve been finding it really difficult to find clothes that are comfortable and fit me well, but these are great. Are there any other moms to be out there who have tried these?” Probably. But there aren’t any others who were paid six figures to write those words. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a girl in July, but this doesn’t mean the couple will be getting married any time soon. For one thing, Kim is STILL legally wed to Kris Humphries . For another, she said in a recent Cosmo interview that she does not feel an urgency to marry. That, of course, may change the more cash E! throws at her to televise the wedding.
