Police searched his 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera and found three guns, over $107,000 in cash and less than one ounce of marijuana.     According to jail records, Offset, whose real name is, Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was charged with making an improper lane change, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon during a crime and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. His 27-year old bodyguard, who was in the passenger seat of the car, was also charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of a weapon during a crime. As of now, both guys are still being held at a Clayton County jail. Meanwhile, Offset’s wife Cardi is home loving up on their new baby girl. R.I.P. Paul Walker’s Cause Of Death Revealed

More information on what is already very upsetting news . Paul Walker’s Cause Of Death Revealed It’s sad he took a ride in his favorite car with a friend and never returned. Prayers go out to his family. According to TMZ: Paul Walker died from the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries sustained from the Nov. 30 car crash … this according to the L.A. County Coroner’s Office. Translation — Paul did not die from the impact of the crash alone. He burned to death after the Porsche GT crashed into a tree and a pole and exploded into flames. The man who was driving the Porsche GT, Roger Rodas, died from multiple traumatic injuries suffered upon impact. Burning was not listed as a factor in his death. The coroner says toxicology results for both men will be available in 6 to 8 weeks. The Medical Examiner says both deaths have been ruled as an accident. Sources in the coroner’s office tell us … both men were positively ID’d by using dental records. Walker and Rodas were killed Saturday in Santa Clarita, CA when the Porsche GT they were in veered off the road, slammed into a pole and exploded in flames. The cause of that crash is still under investigation. Paul was 40. Rodas was 38. This is still so hard to process. He will truly be missed. WENN

Paul Walker Dies in Car Crash; Fast and the Furious Actor Was 40

Paul Walker has died. The actor best known for The Fast and the Furious franchise perished this afternoon in a single-car crash and explosion in California. The accident happened in Santa Clarita, north of L.A. He was 40. According to TMZ sources, Walker was in a Porsche when the driver somehow lost control and hit a post or tree, causing the car to burst into flames. Paul and another person in the car were reportedly killed. The star was at a car show to raise money for the Philippines typhoon relief effort, and sources say he was taking friends out for rides in his Porsche GT. The crash reportedly happened during the charity event. Police are all over the scene, and the L.A. County Coroner’s Office is en route. It’s unclear at this time what caused the crash or who was driving. Two victims have been pronounced dead, though neither’s identity has been made publicly available. Our hearts go out to both of their families. A native of Glendale, Calif., Walker first broke out in the late 1990s movies Pleasantville and Varsity Blues , followed by She’s All That and The Skulls . He joined the successful Fast and the Furious franchise in 2001, and most recently reprised his role as Brian O’Conner in Fast & Furious 6 in 2013. Fast & Furious 7 was announced for a 2014 debut. While promoting his latest film Hours earlier this month, Walker revealed that his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow, recently moved to live with him. Story developing … UPDATE : This report was followed by others claiming it is all a hoax. The only issue is that the story calling Walker’s death a hoax is the actual hoax. These reports are all from a website that has an automatic generator set for any celebrity whose name you wish to plug in. The hoax reports are false. R.I.P. UPDATE : Paul Walker‘s representative has confirmed the tragedy that took place today and offered some additional details, posting on Facebook: “It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide.” “He was a passenger in a friend’s car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news.” “Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences.” New Regency, the studio behind the Fast & Furious films, Tweeted: “It is with great sadness to report that @RealPaulWalker has passed away. Lindsay Lohan Plea Deal: NO Jail in Exchange For 90-Day Rehab Stint, Community Labor

In a surprising (and yet somehow not surprising) twist, Lindsay Lohan struck a plea deal with prosecutors, avoiding jail in her lying-to-cops case … for now. Lindsay will be headed to rehab and must do community labor but will avoid major jail time, provided she complies the the terms of her probation. Yeah, we all know how that goes. The star showed up 48 minutes late (obviously) to face the music, and despite having rejected a plea deal earlier this month, agreed to the following terms: 90 days of in-patient, lockdown rehab 30 days of community labor 18 months of psychotherapy 2 more years of probation In concluding the proceedings, the judge told Lindsay “don’t drive” and “this is it” regarding probation. Next time, there will be no hearing. Just jail. It’s amazing she avoided it in this case, to be honest. For one, there’s a mandatory five-day jail sentence for reckless driving, but it’s going to be folded into her rehab; she won’t be behind bars even for a day. She also admitted to violating probation in her jewelry heist case, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail as a result … but that sentence was stayed. If Lindsay Lohan completes probation, it’ll disappear. Lohan was charged with reckless driving and lying to a police officer about a June 2012 car crash in which her Porsche crashed in to a dump truck. Her arrest triggered the probation violation charge. The actress entered pleas of no contest on two misdemeanor charges relating to the traffic accident, and she did not challenge that she violated probation. Lohan acknowledged her drug and alcohol addiction in past court appearances. She’s spent 250 days in five rehab facilities since January 2007. Lindsay Lohan Smelled of Alcohol During Car Crash; New Plea Deal in the Works

Lindsay Lohan may have been drinking just before she crashed her Porsche last June on Pacific Coast Highway, but a field sobriety test was not performed. Law enforcement sources say a bottle of alcohol was found next to Lindsay’s Porsche, and her breath smelled of alcohol; it’s unclear if she was drinking. Despite this new revelation, prosecutors are reportedly offering a new plea bargain that does NOT involve jail, proving she truly is the luckiest person alive. The Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer Lindsay 60 days in a rehab facility in her lying-to-cops case, four months less than their initial offer. In addition, the City Attorney wants Lindsay to attend another set of AA meetings, and do community service – closely monitored, not a la Chris Brown . To be clear, Lindsay faces both criminal charges for lying to police in the wake of the crash, and the probation violation that offense potentially triggered. It’s not a good position to be in, but like always, she may escape it. TMZ says the wild card is that the L.A. City Attorney is also involved because they’re handling the jewelry heist case where Lindsay is still on probation. Up to now, we’re told the L.A. City Attorney wanted jail time for the probation violation, but the prosecutor may clear a path by backing off that position. The plea bargain meeting between prosecutors and Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller – who previously alleged Lohan was not read her rights – is today. Stay tuned for those fireworks. Rush Limbaugh: The Left Has Won!

Rush Limbaugh would like to make a clarification. A day after creating a stir by saying he is ” ashamed of America ,” the conservative radio host talked in-depth Friday about exactly what he meant by that comment. Rush Limbaugh: The Left Has Won “The Left has beaten us,” Limbaugh lamented. “They have created far more low-information, unaware, uneducated people than we’ve been able to keep up with… “I’ve always had a Civics 101 view of the country: People get what they want, they vote what they want, and they get the way they vote.” Limbaugh went on to say Democrats “control the education system… pop culture, movies, TV and books” and they do it by creating “dependency,” scaring voters into believing the Right will take it all away if elected. “I’m fed up with it,” he concluded. “I can’t do it anymore…. The whole thing is shamefully absurd. I don’t know how else to say it.” What do you think of Limbaugh’s comments? Has the Left really won? Is there hope remaining for conservatives?
