Chris Brown, Justin Bieber duet This could be a fabulous year for Chris Brown…a comeback year…a year of big bank. Brown just revealed that he will be working on a brand spankin’ new track with The Biebs. We’ve got the deets below! On Christmas Day, Chris Brown gave his fans a bit of holiday cheer or disgust, depending on how you take it. Via his Twitter page, Brown announced a collaboration with the kid-with-the-side-swept-shag-mopped top. Brown tweeted, “ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!! 2011 #BREEZYTAKEOVER (sic). While Bieber has not yet confirmed the partnership, we are not 100% if this is true or if it will really take place. You all know how the Usher -Brown tour rumor panned out. At any rate, IF this collaborative effort takes place, Brown’s image is about to get puppy-fied because if the Biebs is supportive of Brown, errrrone can love up Brown once again. Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez’ Hotel Room Date

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez just had a hotel room date! The newly dating couple were spotted ordering room service alone from Justin’s hotel suite in Miami, Florida.  Bieber , 16, and Gomez, 18 had the intimate date in Justin’s  Gansevoort Hotel room and even order room service from STK . Apparently, Bieber called up the restaurant and ordered Penne pasta with alfredo sauce, a ginger ale and a Pepsi for the pair to split. After they ordered the food, neither of them were seen leaving the room. This most recent date proves that the two young stars are definitely enjoying some private time together and possible moving towards a more serious relationship. US and Russia announce deal to cut nuclear weapons

US President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev have agreed a new nuclear arms reduction treaty after months of negotiations. The final agreement came in a phone call between the two leaders. The deal replaces the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which expired in December. It will be signed in Prague on 8 April, the White House said. Both sides agreed to cut their arsenals last year, but disagreements on verification have held up a deal. In a speech in Prague last year Mr Obama set out his vision of moving towards a world without nuclear weapons. The US is said to have more than 2,000 deployed strategic nuclear weapons, while Russia is believed to have more than 2,500. Both sides agreed in July to reduce that number to between 1,500 and 1,675 each. added by: 02
