The NYPD has released footage of a young woman who they say became angry over a beef patty — or lack thereof. The footage shows a woman smashing the windows of Back Home Restaurant in the Bronx with an aluminum baseball bat after the restaurant ran out of beef patties. According to the owner , it costs almost $2,000 to repair the glass windows, and employees are still picking up shattered glass weeks after the incident which occured back in January. Police are still on the hunt for the suspect.
Source: Kelvin Murray / Getty Florida Man Charged With Armed Robbery After Sticking Up Restaurant With A Finger Gun According to Panama City News Herald , a Gainesville native was arrested and charged with armed robbery after sticking up a local restaurant using a finger gun. Steven Michael Berlin, 56, reportedly entered Szechuan Palace and sat down at the establishment for about 30 minutes before approaching an employee at the counter and demanded money from the cashier. That’s when Berlin allegedly brandished his finger gun, reportedly scaring the cashier and causing her to hand over the cash. Berlin reportedly fled the restaurant but was found later with $577. He confessed to his crime to authorities and was charged with armed robbery because the employee believed he had an actual gun, and conducted himself as if he was using a firearm.

Cheese, but the supposedly family friendly franchise—”where a kid can be a kid,” eat pizza, and play games—took child endangerment to new levels over the weekend. If the occasional beat down wasn’t enough to make you think twice about taking your chil’ren to the establishment, this latest story will definitely do it. A 22-year-old Tacoma, Washington patron needed to be hospitalized after he accidentally shot himself in the leg while inside the restaurant, causing both children and adults to panic, NY Post reports. Why he had a gun at Chuck E. Cheese of all places? No one knows. One father who was at the restaurant for a birthday party when the shot rang off said, “A bunch of people started running down towards the end and then they said somebody has a gun, so everybody starts running.” The restaurant was evacuated after the shot was fired and no other patrons suffered injuries, according to the site. As for the the young man who hurt himself, NY Post states: “The 22-year-old man was rushed to the hospital following the incident. He is expected to make a full recovery. Police added that the man brought his concealed-carry firearm into the restaurant legally, KOMO reported, but parents expressed outrage he took his gun inside the establishment in the first place, as it caters largely to children. A representative for Chuck E. Cheese was not immediately available for comment.” Hopefully, Chuck E. Cheese has a plan to increase security and ensure weapons are never brought onto the premises. It’s great that no one’s child was hurt, but the kids shouldn’t have been exposed to the firearm in the first place. Marcos Taylor—who portrayed the infamous former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight in both Straight Outta Compton and Lifetime’s Surviving Compton TV movie—has been arrested on assault charges. According to TMZ , Mr. Taylor got into an argument at a Carrabba’s Italian Grill in New Jersey that ended up with him punching the Carrabba’s manager in the face multiple times. It’s been reported that it took a number of the Italian Grill’s employees to drag him out of the restaurant, and to make matters worse, at some point he allegedly hit a woman on the side of her head. As far as Taylor’s account of the events, he told TMZ that he is the one who got jumped and his attorney says it was only in an act of self-defense that anything went down, but he didn’t lay hand or foot on anyone.
Jay Z, Blue Ivy And Beyoncé Spotted At Lunch In Venice The coupled up Carters, Jay Z and Beyoncé had a family outing that included their five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and Hov’s mom Gloria Carter on Friday. According to E! News reports the family was accompanied by security guards as they headed to one of their favorite restaurants, Gjelina, in Venice. Bey rocked a large floppy hat and bohemian style dress. She rode to the restaurant in one of three Escalades that carried the group, their security and entourage. Jay drove a Tesla with his mom as his passenger. The family sat in their usual section in the back of the restaurant for over an hour. When they finished their security drove one of the Escalades to the curb by the venue’s exit and Bey slipped inside. Following lunch the group headed to Def Jam’s offices a few miles away where Hov and Gloria picked up a woman. Employees of a Houston Popeyes have been fired after they posted a video showing them preparing food on the dirty floor. The video has gone viral and Popeyes released a statement saying the company is “disgusted” and the video is “not acceptable.” The franchise has called in Houston health officials who have since investigated the restaurant and their results say the place is up to standard in code. Be careful where you eat!
A New York man has been arrested after reportedly hallucinating and going on a knife-wielding rampage inside a McDonald's on Black Friday. Fortunately, only the floor of the restaurant was harmed. Hancock, N.Y., police and New York State Police arrested the knife-wielding man who was reportedly hallucinating inside the McDonald's. Police say on Friday at around 10:00 p.m., Braden Rose, 40, was seen stabbing at the floor of the restaurant in a violent state of paranoia. Officers disarmed the man without incident and said it was determined he was hallucinating, believing he was being attacked by wild animals. After being evaluated, it was determined that he was under the influence of drugs, and was taken to Delaware Valley Hospital for treatment. The man had ingested drugs at McDonald's , apparently. Moreover, in his possession, he had approximately one ounce of cocaine, 1.7 ounces of heroin, various pills and hypodermic needles. Rose is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and more. A lot more. So much more that he was arraigned in the Village of Hancock Court and remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $25,000. The approximate value of the drugs seized is $10,000. Virginia Restaurant Uses Kapernick’s Jersey As A Door Mat 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick has made plenty of admirers and haters after refusing to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance during NFL games. One Virginia Beach restaurant has declared war on the athlete by using his jersey as a foot mat for patrons to rub their dirty shoes when entering the eatery.
