So imagine a Black mom from the Bronx getting ready to take her kid to school then noticing that someone is already in the driver’s seat. ABC 7 reports: 49-year-old woman had auto-started her 2005 Honda Pilot, parked outside her New York City apartment in Melrose, at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. When she walked downstairs with her son to take him to school, she noticed someone was already in the driver’s seat. The suspect, identified as 19-year-old Bernado Santiago, was toying with the ignition, attempting to get the car moving. But the gag is, the woman still had the key in her possession. So she opened the driver door, yanked Santiago out and held him down until police arrived. She got a few hits in, too — as she should. The 19-year old has been charged with attempted grand larceny, petit larceny and criminal stolen possession of stolen property

Struggle Savant Sean Kingston May Have Royalties Seized Over Unpaid Jewelry Bills

Source: Judy Eddy/WENN.com / WENN Sean Kingston is back in the news once more over unpaid jewelry fees , an issue that has dogged him for a while. The “Beautiful Girls” singer didn’t appear in court to respond to a lawsuit over unpaid fees for a jewelry loan and now might lose his royalties to pay back $314,000 in a default judgment. The Blast reports : Kingston was sued by the jeweler Haimov Jewelers, who accused him of screwing them out of $44k by refusing to pay for items loaned to him, including a Rolex and diamond bracelet. The “Beautiful Girls” singer never showed up to court to respond and a default judgment was entered in the amount of $314,138.22. The amount was actually larger than the amount requested due to retroactive interest. On June 29, docs were filed in the case by Haimov Jewelers demanding Sony Music turn over all documents relating to the rapper — including copies of the front and back of the last four checks paid by Sony to Kingston, complete copies of any written authorization for employment by him and all copies of any and all W-2s, 1099s or other tax records for him in their possession for the past three years. Dej Loaf Dealing With Pregnancy And Sextape Rumors Rumor has it that Dej Loaf is dealing with a new man in her life by the name of Marlon and that the pair have a sextape that will be leaking in the coming days… Oh and the rumor mill is also saying the rapper is expecting a baby with her new boo. She’s only supposed to be in the first trimester of pregnancy but the tipster who sent the story to BOSSIP says she’s beginning to show in her body already. BOSSIP spoke with Dej’s management who say both these rumors are “100% false.” “It’s bogus,” Dej’s rep told BOSSIP exclusively. Welp. There you have it. Guess that one is nipped in the bud before it even got out of control.

Lisa Marie Presley’s Children Taken By CPS Things have taken a serious turn for Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley in the proceedings for her divorce from her fourth husband. The socialite’s 8-year-old twin daughters have been taken custody by California child protective services , after disturbing photos of children were discovered on a computer belonging to their father, Presley’s estranged husband Michael Lockwood. Lisa Marie was reportedly “shocked and horrified and sick to [her] stomach” over the discovery. According to the filing (via People ): “Respondent [Lockwood] was discovered to have hundreds of inappropriate photos of children and is facing allegation of sexual abuse and neglect. While Respondent has yet to be convicted of crimes related to his possession of these photos, that he possessed them is documented evidence of conduct that has destroyed the mental or emotional calm of Petitioner [Presley]… Accordingly, Respondent’s request for spousal support must be denied by reason of his conduct alone.” YIKES. Lisa Marie also suspects that there may be more disgusting material looming on his other devices, according to the filing. “I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these un-analyzed devices.” Hopefully the kids are unharmed and can be kept safe while all of this is sorted out…

Amber Rose: Mocking Kim Kardashian at Worst Time Possible?

Here's even more ” fingers in the booty-ass bitch ” business for you.  Amber Rose reportedly mocked Kim Kardashian's ugly situation, all while  Kanye West is hospitalized , prompting everybody and their mothers to think that the feud between her and Kim is back on in full-force.  Amber shared the video below, announcing that she was taking off from social media for the remainder of the year, and would return after 2016 ended … not unlike Kim's self-imposed hiatus.  Fans even pointed out that Amber went bare-faced like her nemesis did back when she was posting on social media.   Things that make you go “Hmm …”  Kim and Amber have a long track record of being crazy at one another, and it all started over — you guessed it! — Kanye West.  If you recall, Rose and West dated long before Kim Kardashian came into play, and after the two broke up, there was a lot of contention.  Amber and Kanye broke up in 2010, and Amber moved to jumpoff, Wiz Khalifa, while Kanye moved onto Kardashian.  Both couples had babies in 2013 — Kim and Kanye had North, and Amber and Wiz had Sebastian — and that's when things started to get real ugly.  This was around the time that Tyga and Kylie started hooking up, and the bad blood between Kylie and Blac Chyna — who's Amber's BFF — began boiling.  After Amber called Tyga a cradle-robber, essentially, Khloe Kardashian slammed Amber and told her not to throw rocks, 'cause glass houses and all that.  Amber then called Kim a whore (?) and the rest is history.  That being said, if Amber is dragging Kim … it's petty beyond belief.  Especially since the two were said to have mended fences by sharing a photo taken together which Kim captioned, “Tea anyone?”   What tangled webs they weave. But at least one cast member from this VH1 reality show doesn’t need the cameras to be rolling in order to bring home some drama. Isn’t that right, Jessica Dime? It was released by an equally random rapper named Lody Lucci as some kind of revenge against Dime supposedly finding romance with former NBA player Shawne Williams. We can’t show you any of the Jessica Dime sex tape footage here because it is EXTREMELY not safe for work (or even some homes), … but one of the opening shots from the footage features a woman with a lower back tattoo that looks just like the one on Dime’s body. Why did Lucci leak this X-Rated video? Insiders claim that he and Dime were a romantic item; until, that is, Williams came into the picture. N.Y. Man Stabs Floor of McDonald’s, Fears Wild Animal Attack

A New York man has been arrested after reportedly hallucinating and going on a knife-wielding rampage inside a McDonald's on Black Friday. Fortunately, only the floor of the restaurant was harmed. Hancock, N.Y., police and New York State Police arrested the knife-wielding man who was reportedly hallucinating inside the McDonald's. Police say on Friday at around 10:00 p.m., Braden Rose, 40, was seen stabbing at the floor of the restaurant in a violent state of paranoia. Officers disarmed the man without incident and said it was determined he was hallucinating, believing he was being attacked by wild animals. After being evaluated, it was determined that he was under the influence of drugs, and was taken to Delaware Valley Hospital for treatment. The man had ingested drugs at McDonald's , apparently. Moreover, in his possession, he had approximately one ounce of cocaine, 1.7 ounces of heroin, various pills and hypodermic needles. Rose is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and more. A lot more. So much more that he was arraigned in the Village of Hancock Court and remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $25,000. The approximate value of the drugs seized is $10,000. We don't have a video of this incident, but because crazy things going on at McDonald's are fairly common, we do have this for you:

Is The Bachelorette winner Josh Murray moving on from former fiancee Andi Dorfman with famed Bachelor contestant – and proud virgin – Ashley Iaconetti?! This photo on Instagram, in which Josh posed with about 20 girls in New York but gave Ashley I. a shout-out (she’s on the far left), has fans wondering … You don’t need The Bachelorette spoilers to tell you it sometimes doesn’t work out after the show, even if the winning duo looks hopelessly in love. Such was the case when Andi and Josh broke up about six months after he popped the question on an emotional season finale of the ABC reality hit. Fast forward to this week, when Josh was in the NYC and cozying up to Ashley Iaconetti, who vied for Chris Soules’ heart on The Bachelor this winter. Ashley, along with runner-up Becca Tilley, was one of two contestants openly her virginity and the only one looking like a New Jersey-fied Kim Kardashian . After Josh posted the photo above, his Instagram was besieged by fans weighing in Some were excited about the coupling, most felt it was a diss to Andi.   Murray recently commented that he doesn’t miss Dorfman, and it doesn’t feel like they parted ways on the best of terms, so her fans are pretty defensive. However, Ashley tells TMZ that this isn’t what it appears …  mostly. Josh Murray did reach out to her about getting together, so there may well be interest there, and they had a good time together that night at the bar. She’s a fan of Josh, but she viewed it as a group date (she brought friends for backup, and clearly others were there as well) and nothing too serious. Suffice it to say, Ashley I.’s v-card remains solely in her possession. Andi sources say she still feels the IG photo was a “low blow” from Josh, but it sounds like nothing happened between Murray and Iaconetti … yet.
