Source: Gregg DeGuire / Getty Queen Latifah To Invest In $14 Million Affordable Housing Development In Newark According to NJ.com , Queen Latifah is investing in her hometown in a major way. The Newark native just recently announced that her company, BlueSugar Corporation, is working to develop affordable housing in Brick City. BlueSugar Corporation is reportedly partnering with GonSosa Development on the $14 million initiative, which will also include a 20 three-family townhomes and another mixed-used building with an additional 16 units of affordable housing, a fitness center, and commercial space for nonprofit community organizations. Rents for the market rate units will start around $1,800 a month and are expected to open by December 2020. The affordable housing building is expected to be finished in December 2021; units there will be priced according to a person’s income.

In case anyone might balk at dating a married woman, know that Larissa was served with divorce papers last month. Then, in February, she filed her formal response. Indeed, The Daily Mail reports that a Mischa Barton sex tape is actively being shopped around to, well, the kinds of companies that make a living by purchasing celebrity sex tapes. According to the British tabloid, the racy video features Barton and an unidentified dark-haired man. Notorious sex tape broker Kevin Blatt tells the newspaper that a third party has provided him with a copy of the tape and asked him to serve as a middle man for any sale. Blatt says the footage is being shopped around “porn valley” at a price of $500,000. That’s not shabby, if it’s any comfort to Barton. “I know that at least three large online porn sites, YouPorn.com, Porn.com and RedTube.com, have reviewed it and they’re all seriously considering the offer,” Blatt says. “I’ve seen stills from the video, it’s clearly Mischa,” he adds. “She’s seen performing a sex act on a guy and can be seen having sex in various positions.” That last part isn’t too surprising, really. Barton doesn’t weigh very much. It’s easy to see how a partner could maneuver her body around pretty easily. It is believed the video was shot at a private residence in Hollywood within the past year, although it’s unclear what evidence exists to back up this claim. Among other details of the alleged Mischa Barton sex tape: Barton wearing a grey hoodie and nothing else. She’s having intercourse on a double bed. The man is wearing only a black t-shirt. Through her attorney, the actress isn’t denying her role in the sex tape. But she is adamantly against its public consumption. “Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images,” attorney Lisa Bloom says in a statement, delivered with authority: “She believes that she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time. The rapper/producer’s finally found a buyer for his Georgia mansion after it sat on the market for six months. The mystery buyer will pay $2.5 million for the 15,000 square foot manse in Sandy Springs, Ga. The singer put his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on the market back in May for $2,595,000. He originally bought the home for $2.6 million back in 2007. He tried to sell the mansion the same year he bought it for $3 million, but took it off the market months later. The pad features 24-hour security, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, sauna, racquetball court/indoor basketball half court, tennis/sport court – but the listing noted the home was in need of repairs.
