Guitarist says lack of support from management and bandmates left him with ‘no other option.’ By Jocelyn Vena Oasis’ Noel and Liam Gallagher Photo: Marco Prosch/ Getty Images After taking to Oasis ‘ Web site on Friday to discuss his latest split from the band, guitarist Noel Gallagher has further elaborated on why he left , citing “violent and verbal intimidation” and a “lack of support” as some of the reasons for his departure. “The details are not important and of too great a number to list,” he said in the latest statement, posted on Saturday. “I feel you have the right to know that the level of verbal and violent intimidation towards me, my family, friends and comrades has become intolerable.
