Randy Quaid Mug Shot, Note of Innoncence Released

As celebrity mug shots go, these are pretty good. Randy and Evi Quaid, who were arrested for burglary yesterday afternoon after a warrant was issued for their arrest, were booked in Marfa, Texas.
