Delicia Cordon Moves Out Of LeSean McCoy’s House After Attack LeSean McCoy seems to have gotten his wish. His estranged girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, and her children have moved out of his home. If you’ll recall, Delicia was brutally pistol-whipped inside of LeSean’s home last week, and she hinted from the start that her ex-baller boo was behind orchestrating the attack. LeSean had apparently tried to have his friends and family illegally evict Delicia while she was out of town, and later had an associate file legal documents to have a court remove her from the home. She was attacked just one day before they were set to meet in court over the matter. Now, TMZ reports that moving trucks were spotted outside of LeSean’s home. Sources tell them that Delicia has relocated to a home she considers safer, and has private security on the premises. LeSean vehemently denies he was involved in the incident, and has yet to be charged with a crime. Delicia maintains that LeSean orchestrated the attack — despite reports floating around the internet that she was “no longer sure” that her ex placed an order for the robbery. Sean Kingston sued SK WS Enterprises, the owners of Playhouse nightclub in 2016, accusing the club’s security of helping to set him up to get jumped and robbed of necklaces worth more $300,000. The club owners said in court papers that they had nothing to do with Sean’s assault and robbery inside the venue. The case was supposed to head to trial, but Sean abruptly stopped moving the legal proceedings forward. He missed his last two court hearings, and the fed up judge ordered the case dismissed last month, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. The judge said Sean didn’t tell the court why he was blowing the case off, but the singer’s major money troubles could be the blame. Last year, he admitted in court papers in a suit over unpaid legal work that he had less than $500 in the bank and was living with his mother. On the night of the alleged assault, Sean said he was hanging out in the VIP section, when the club’s security approached him and asked him to visit with another high profile guest. But as the singer approached, an unknown person began hitting him with their fists and knocked him over the head with a champagne bottle, according to his complaint. When Kingston’s friends tried to intervene on the assault, he said the club’s security guards stopped them in their tracks. He said a robber then snatched his chains – worth more than $300,000 – and fled the scene. Kingston demanded $900,000 for his pain and suffering and he’d been living in fear and suffered from crippling anxiety as a result of getting jumped and robbed. But last month, the judge dismissed the case, with prejudice, which means he can sue the club again if he wants.

The R&B gentleman, who guested on 50 Cent’s 2009 hit “Baby by Me,” recently confirmed that he and his girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw, are expecting a child together. “I am 30, and I do have my first child on the way, and I’m very, very, very excited about that,” the hitmaker told Ebony magazine. The star also revealed that the new addition to his family is due in January. “It’s a New Year’s baby,” the singer told the magazine. The dad-to-be said he doesn’t know the baby’s gender yet because the little one was curled up in the womb during the first ultrasound, apparently making it hard to determine the sex. The star jokingly called out his unborn child, saying the baby was “stubborn.” However, the child appears to be taking after his or her mother, because, the singer added, “They didn’t get that one from me.” A rep for Ne-Yo also confirmed to MTV News that the star is expecting. While this is the singer’s first baby, this is not the star’s first brush with fatherhood. Ne-Yo’s former girlfriend reportedly gave birth to a child, Chimere, who the star once claimed as his own until he later learned he was not the boy’s biological father. Ne-Yo and his ex were reportedly in litigation over the matter. “I’m not allowed to talk about it, and I’m not allowed to see [Chimere],” Ne-Yo told USA Today in 2008. However, the star did seem very open to the idea of raising children and told the paper, “I’ve been thinking a lot about kids lately.” He even revealed that he wanted “a girl and a boy” and appeared ready to assume the role of a protective dad. “When the first guy comes to my door asking for my daughter, I might end up going to jail,” Ne-Yo said. “I just don’t know how I’ll handle that.” The impending pitter-patter of little feet is not the only thing the singer has on his plate; the star is also preparing to drop his latest album, Libra Scale.
