Amanda Bynes Eviction: Actress Moves Out of NYC Apartment After Threats By Landlord

Amanda Bynes, threatened with eviction by her landlord for breaking rules and being disrespectful toward others, packed up and left her NYC apartment last week. According to reports, Bynes got a letter from management in January explaining that her lease would be terminated (presumably February 1, when she left). Reason: She’s a pothead. Management made the decision to evict following complaints of marijuana smoke emanating from Amanda Bynes ‘ apartment “morning, noon and night.” Sources say she was also seen smoking weed in the halls. It’s a non-smoking building, like most New York structures. She’s kind of a big a fan of the herb, it would appear. In any case, TMZ reports that Amanda wasn’t going to wait and challenge management’s decision and decided to simply find somewhere else to live. It’s unclear where the 26-year-old plans to go next, but departing this spot is a done deal. Trucks were seen packing up and moving her stuff on outta there. Anybody need a roommate?

The always-glowing Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in West London, donning a chic gray tartan Zara cape and showing her noticeably fuller figure. Some might even claim they saw a baby bump on this cold day, although from the side angle captured by celebrity gossip photographers, it’s hard to say. Take a look after the jump … Yeah. The bump is in the eye of the beholder, or something. Kate Middleton, baby bump or not, shopped in black leggings and brown boots, stopping at a local footwear boutique and appearing to be in good spirits. Prince William’s wife has been making shopping her duty as of late. Pregnant Kate Middleton to Continue Royal Duties … For Now

Kate Middleton is a working mom-to-be, at least for the time being. Well, at least to the degree that British royal family members work. While she was initially hospitalized with morning sickness and confined to bed rest, she will not be giving up her public engagements for the time being. “The duchess, health permitting , will continue to undertake engagements in the near future,” a Palace rep said, adding that no timeframe has been set. Good to know Middleton mania won’t be taking half a year off. According to yesterday’s official Kate Middleton due date announcement, it’s sometime in July, meaning we have a solid five or six months of bump watch coming.
